发明内容  本发明目的是提供了一种绿豆酒酿。 
方案如下:米饭40-45千克、绿豆5-5.5千克、米曲0.5-0.8千克。 
制备方法:将米饭、米曲和20度左右的温开水拌匀。温度控制在15-20度,发酵4-5天,当米饭发酵成米酒后,将绿豆煮烂,倒入到米酒中,瓶装常温保存即可。
