Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆,该车辆包括带安装在冷却剂回路中的换热器的通风装置,其中该通风装置能够通过换热器产生空气流并且具有至少一个风机,所述风机能借助主空气流产生多倍强度的副空气流。
背景技术
这种类型的通风装置由现有技术,如德国专利DE 102 39 936A1有所公开。其通过换热器强制产生空气流以改善该换热器在热交换中的效率。这种通风装置在车辆技术中用于如在车辆驻车时通过换热器确保从冷却剂回路输出足够的热量。德国专利DE 10 2006 040 429A1描述了一种带有多个这种类型的风机的通风装置。但值得一提的缺点是,这种通风装置在深度上需要特别大的结构空间。
WO 2009/030879A1公开了一种家用的立式风机。在立脚处设有一转子,该转子通过开口将空气吸入立脚中并进而将其压入设置在该立脚上方的环件的环绕空腔中。空气又通过在环件内侧上的环绕的窄隙流出并在此由翼状成型的内侧进一步加速。这些流出的空气在此从周边吸收明显更多的空气作为副流。风机由此能够没有明显的转子。CH 306 141A公开了一种以该工作原理工作的通风装置,该通风装置能通过内燃机的换热器吸收空气流。EP 0 820 557B1也公开了一种用于车辆的具有抽吸式风机的这种类型的通风装置,其中一个旋转的风机叶轮附加增强附壁效应/柯安达效应(Coanda-Effect)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种车辆,其具有带换热器的通风装置,该通风装置结构尽可能紧凑并且无损伤危险。
这一目的通过权利要求1的特征得到解决。
本发明涉及一种车辆,其具有带换热器的通风装置,该换热器是嵌装在冷却回路中的,其中通风装置能通过换热器产生空气流并且具有至少一个风机,该至少一个风机能借助来自一环形件的主空气流产生强度是其多倍的副空气流,其中,所述通风装置是冷却器格栅/散热器格栅的组成部分。
通过利用空气动力学效应由一相对弱的主空气流穿过风机朝向换热器的方向引发一强度是其多倍的副空气流,可以以较少的物质和灵活的结构空间利用确保利用周围空气对换热器的足够的强制通流。该通风装置隐藏地并且节省空间地置入车辆中,其中舍弃了可自由接触到的旋转部件从而降低了损伤危险。
在一优选的实施方案中,环形件构造成空心的并具有内侧的环绕的缝隙,一鼓风机将主空气流吹入该环形件中。该鼓风机可以在几乎任意位置与环形件并列设置。其目的仅在于将主空气流(从外侧)吹入空心的环形件中。因此鼓风机可以紧凑构成。从缝隙流出的空气在此在环形件的实施成翼状廓形的内侧上这样被加速,从而通过环形件吸入另外的空气作为副空气流。由于在环形件中不再存在旋转的转子叶片,所以在风机运行中实际不存在损伤危险。环形件可以选择性的作为圆形、椭圆形、矩形或不规则四边形/梯形构成。
在一优选的实施方案中,环形件至少部分形成冷却器格栅的框架。如果环形件用作冷却器格栅的外框,那么通风装置可以特别是十分不显现地置入到车辆的整体结构中。
在一优选的实施方案中通风装置具有多个风机。通过多个风机可以总体上进一步增强地、有目的地控制通过换热器的气流。

具体实施方式
根据图1,车辆9具有发动机10,该发动机能被施加来自冷却剂回路3的冷却剂。冷却剂吸收在发动机10的功率输出中不希望地出现的损耗热量并通过作为散热器/降温器(Waermesenke)起作用的换热器2输送以进行循环冷却。换热器2在此实施为板式换热器并且沿行驶方向垂直地位于发动机10前方。在换热器2前方又设有一通风装置1,该通风装置包括两个风机4。每一个风机4构造为使得鼓风机7将主空气流鼓入一空心的环形件5中,该主空气流经由一环绕的缝隙6,在环形件5的内侧上,向着换热器2的方向从环形件5流出。该主空气流被环形件5的实施成翼状廓形的内侧上这样被加速,从而引发从周围朝向换热器2的方向的、多倍强度的副空气流。风机4的环形件5在此形成冷却器格栅8的框架部分。

Claims (4)
1.一种车辆(9),具有带换热器(2)的通风装置(1),该换热器是嵌装在冷却回路(3)中的,其中通风装置(1)能通过换热器(2)产生空气流并且具有至少一个风机(4),该至少一个风机能借助来自一环形件的主空气流产生强度是其多倍的副空气流,其特征在于,所述通风装置(1)是冷却器格栅(8)的组成部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆(9),其特征在于,环形件(5)构造成空心的并具有内侧的环绕的缝隙(6),一鼓风机(7)将主空气流吹入所述环形件中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆(9),其特征在于,环形件(5)至少部分地形成冷却器格栅(8)的框架。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的车辆(9),其特征在于,通风装置(1)具有多个风机(4)。
