Abstract
Disclosed is a composition of cool tea and a carbonated beverage. The composition of the cool tea and the carbonated beverage comprises cool tea original liquid, caffeine, a sweet taste material and purified water, wherein the carbonated amount is 1.5-5.1 % w/v, and the existing amount of the caffeine is 0.0050-0.0400 % w/v. traditional Chinese medicine raw material grass jelly, microcos paniculata, honeysuckle and the like are added with water, soaked, stewed in boiling water and filtered, so that the cool tea original liquid is obtained. The compound beverage has the function of refreshing a brain due to the fact that the caffeine is added, the compound beverage is added with carbon dioxide gas, so that the temperature in a human body can be reduced as soon as possible, and the compound beverage has functions of eliminating summer-heat by cooling, preventing catching a cold, reducing the temperature and refreshing. Beverages with a full calorie, little calorie and non-calorie can be produced by adjusting the amount of the sweet taste material, so that the beverages are suitable to be drunk by all kinds of people.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a beverage technology, in particular to a herbal tea carbonated beverage composition, which is prepared by adding caffeine and the like into diluted herbal tea stock solution and preparing a new herbal tea carbonated compound beverage through a steam-water mixer.
Background
The herbal tea is one of the traditional Chinese medicines, tastes bitter, and is limited in the population who is suitable for drinking at first. The herbal tea has the effects of clearing summer heat, preventing cold and the like, and the preparation of the herbal tea into a popular beverage which can be accepted by various crowds is one of the goals pursued by researchers and manufacturers all the time. After the herbal tea is prepared into the beverage, the taste is improved, and the herbal tea is more and more popular among people. In recent years, the development of herbal tea beverages is leap, and herbal tea beverages of different varieties and different forms are continuously appeared.
However, in the existing herbal tea varieties, a novel herbal tea carbonated compound beverage in which carbon dioxide and caffeine are added into the herbal tea beverage at the same time is not seen.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a herbal tea carbonated beverage composition, which is prepared by adding caffeine and the like into diluted herbal tea stock solution and preparing a herbal tea carbonated compound beverage with the carbonation amount of 1.5-5.1% w/v by a steam-water mixer, wherein the compound beverage has the effects of clearing away heat and relieving summer heat, preventing cold, cooling and refreshing.
The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition comprises herbal tea stock solution, caffeine, a sweetener and purified water, wherein the carbonation amount is 1.5-5.1% w/v by volume.
The volume ratio of the herbal tea stock solution to the purified water is preferably 1: 1-10, said caffeine being present in an amount of 0.0050-0.0400% w/v.
The herbal tea stock solution is obtained by adding water 2-15 times of the weight of the herbal tea stock solution into the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, soaking, boiling and stewing, and filtering; the traditional Chinese medicine comprises, by weight, 6-15 parts of selfheal, 1.5-9 parts of liquorice, 9-15 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 3-9 parts of frangipani, 6-15 parts of chrysanthemum, 10-20 parts of honeysuckle and 9-30 parts of microcos paniculata;
the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials can also comprise 6-12 parts of hawthorn and/or 4.5-9 parts of mulberry leaves.
The sweetener can be selected from sucrose or beet sugar, which is present in the composition in an amount of not less than 2.0% w/v and not more than 6.0% w/v.
The sweetener can also be selected from sweetener and acesulfame potassium, the composition contains no less than 0.006% w/v and no more than 0.015% w/v of sweetener, and further contains no less than 0.006% w/v and no more than 0.015% w/v of acesulfame potassium.
The percentages refer to the grams of solute in 100ml of solution.
The invention adds appropriate amount of caffeine and sweetener into the herbal tea to prepare the herbal tea-carbonic acid composite beverage through the soda water mixer, which is a breakthrough improvement of the traditional herbal tea. The literature shows that: if the appropriate amount of the caffeine is taken, the caffeine does not exceed 500 mg per day, which is equivalent to drinking four big cups of coffee per day, so that the caffeine does not cause harm to human health, but is beneficial to human health, especially to human brain.
The composite beverage of the invention can play a role in strengthening brain and refreshing by adding caffeine, can cool the interior of a human body as soon as possible by adding carbonic acid gas, and has the effects of clearing heat and relieving summer heat, preventing cold, cooling and refreshing.
The sweetener content can be selected to prepare full-calorie, low-calorie or no-calorie beverage, and is suitable for all people.
Detailed Description
Example 1:
preparing herbal tea stock solution: 10kg of Chinese herbal medicines including chrysanthemum, 6 kg of frangipani, 19 kg of microcos paniculata, 12kg of mesona chinensis, 15 kg of honeysuckle, 10kg of selfheal, 5 kg of liquorice, 9 kg of hawthorn and 7kg of mulberry leaves are mixed according to weight. Adding 650 kg of water into 93 kg of Chinese medicinal materials, soaking for 3-12 hr, heating to 100 deg.C, decocting in boiling water for 10-15min, and filtering to obtain herbal tea stock solution.
According to the volume ratio of herbal tea stock solution to purified water of 1: 8, adding purified water into the herbal tea stock solution to dilute the herbal tea stock solution to obtain a diluent with a certain volume, adding 0.0200% w/v of caffeine and 4.78% w/v of cane sugar into the diluent, and uniformly mixing; quantitatively filling carbon dioxide into the cold tea carbonated beverage with carbonation amount of 3.0 vol% w/v by a steam-water mixer, and filling.
The steam-water mixer can adopt various existing products, such as an air-liquid mixer with the patent number of 201020543702.1 and the like. The carbonation amount of the herbal tea carbonated beverage is controlled within the range of 1.5-5.1% w/v by volume.
Example 2:
preparing herbal tea stock solution: the Chinese herbal medicines of 15 kg of chrysanthemum, 5 kg of liquorice, 9 kg of frangipani, 10kg of microcos paniculata, 11 kg of honeysuckle, 8 kg of selfheal, 10kg of mesona and 12kg of hawthorn are mixed according to weight. Adding water 500 kg into Chinese medicinal materials 80 kg, soaking for 3-12 hr, heating to 100 deg.C, decocting in boiling water for 10-15min, and filtering to obtain herbal tea stock solution.
According to the volume ratio of herbal tea stock solution to purified water of 1: 7, adding purified water into the herbal tea stock solution to dilute the herbal tea stock solution to obtain a diluent with a certain volume, adding 0.0200% w/v of caffeine, 0.0074% m/v of sweetener and 0.0074% m/v of acesulfame potassium, and uniformly mixing; and quantitatively filling carbon dioxide into the gas-liquid mixer to prepare the herbal tea carbonated beverage with the carbonation amount of 3.0 vol% w/v, and filling.
The herbal tea beverage composition can be added with natural sweeteners or artificial sweeteners to prepare full-calorie, low-calorie or no-calorie beverages. When added, the sucrose or beet sugar is present in an amount of not less than 2.0% w/v and not more than 6.0% w/v. The sweetener and acesulfame potassium are added in an amount of not less than 0.006% w/v and not more than 0.015% w/v, and acesulfame potassium is present in an amount of not less than 0.006% w/v and not more than 0.015% w/v.
The carbon dioxide is added to cool the human body as soon as possible, and the caffeine is added to play a role in strengthening the brain and refreshing the mind.
Claims (10)
1. A herbal tea carbonated beverage composition characterized by comprising: herbal tea stock solution, caffeine, sweetener and purified water, wherein the carbonation amount is 1.5-5.1% w/v by volume.
2. The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 1, wherein: the volume ratio of the herbal tea stock solution to the purified water is 1: 1-10, said caffeine being present in an amount of 0.0050-0.0400% w/v.
3. The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the caffeine is present in an amount of 0.0200% w/v and the carbonation in an amount of 3.0% w/v by volume.

The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the herbal tea stock solution is obtained by adding water 2-15 times of the weight of the herbal tea stock solution into the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, soaking, boiling and stewing, and filtering; the traditional Chinese medicine comprises, by weight, 6-15 parts of selfheal, 1.5-9 parts of liquorice, 9-15 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 3-9 parts of frangipani, 6-15 parts of chrysanthemum, 10-20 parts of honeysuckle and 9-30 parts of microcos paniculata.
5. The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 4, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials also comprise 6-12 parts of hawthorn and/or 4.5-9 parts of mulberry leaves.
6. The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the sweetener is sucrose or beet sugar present in an amount of not less than 2.0% w/v and not greater than 6.0% w/v.
7. The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 6, wherein: the sucrose or beet sugar was present in an amount of 4.78% w/v.
8. The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the sweetener is selected from sweetener and acesulfame potassium, contains no less than 0.006% w/v and no more than 0.015% w/v of sweetener, and further contains no less than 0.006% w/v and no more than 0.015% w/v of acesulfame potassium.
9. The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 8, wherein: contains 0.0074% w/v of aspartame and 0.0074% w/v of acesulfame potassium.
10. The herbal tea carbonated beverage composition of claim 1, wherein: wherein,
the herbal tea stock solution is obtained by adding water 2-15 times of the weight of the herbal tea stock solution into the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, soaking, boiling and stewing, and filtering; the traditional Chinese medicine comprises, by weight, 10 parts of selfheal, 5 parts of liquorice, 12 parts of mesona chinensis benth, 6 parts of frangipani, 10 parts of chrysanthemum, 15 parts of honeysuckle, 19 parts of microcos paniculata, 9 parts of hawthorn and 7 parts of mulberry leaves;
the sweetener is sucrose or beet sugar, and the existing amount of the sweetener is 4.78% w/v; or the sweetener is selected from sweetener and acesulfame potassium, the amount of the sweetener is 0.0074% w/v, and the amount of the acesulfame potassium is 0.0074% w/v;
said caffeine is present in an amount of 0.0200% w/v;
the carbonation amount was 3.0% by volume w/v.
