本发明公开了一种无框光伏组件支架,包括用于安装无框光伏组件的导轨,所述导轨固定设置在其下方的组件夹扣上,组件夹扣底部设置有支撑柱;所述组件夹扣由第一夹扣配件、第二夹扣配件和弹簧组成;第二夹扣配件内设置有U型槽,第一夹扣配件嵌入在第二夹扣配件U型槽内,且之间通过能够固定导轨的螺栓连接固定;所述第一夹扣配件前端面设有45°~60°的倾斜面,后端面设置有圆孔,所述弹簧设置在圆孔内与第二夹扣配件内侧面相抵;所述导轨内部设置有加强筋,外部一侧设置有与第一夹扣配件形状相互对应的倾角。这种无框光伏组件支架结构简单,便于安装和拆卸,且生产和安装成本低,安装效率高,经济性能好。

一种无框光伏组件支架
技术领域
 本发明涉及光伏领域,尤其涉及一种无框光伏组件支架。
背景技术
随着新能源技术的不断开发和利用,作为太阳能产业的光伏能源不断壮大。由于光伏产品科技含量比较高,在安装的时候格外小心。现有的光伏组件为了保证其安装后的结构牢靠,因此,需要设计用于安装光伏组件的支架。为了能够有效支撑光伏组件,并能够抵挡自然因素的影响,这些光伏组件外侧周边需要设计固定边框,通过固定边框与底部的支架配合,来固定光伏组件。但是这类光伏组件支架结构繁琐,生产和安装比较麻烦,生产和安装成本高,且不便于运输和拆卸,影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单,便于安装的无框光伏组件支架。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种无框光伏组件支架,包括用于安装无框光伏组件的导轨,所述导轨固定设置在其下方可自动恢复位置的组件夹扣上,组件夹扣底部设置有支撑柱。
优选的,所述组件夹扣由第一夹扣配件、第二夹扣配件和弹簧组成;第二夹扣配件内设置有U型槽,第一夹扣配件嵌入在第二夹扣配件U型槽内,且之间通过能够固定导轨的螺栓连接固定。
优选的,所述第一夹扣配件前端面设有45°~60°的倾斜面,后端面设置有圆孔,所述弹簧设置在圆孔内与第二夹扣配件内侧面相抵。
优选的,所述导轨内部设置有加强筋,外部一侧设置有与第一夹扣配件形状相互对应的倾角。
优选的,所述无框光伏组件与导轨之间通过粘接胶带连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:这种无框光伏组件支架结构简单,便于安装和拆卸,且生产和安装成本低,安装效率高,经济性能好。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
图1、图3所示一种无框光伏组件支架,包括用于安装无框光伏组件1的导轨2,如图2所示,无框光伏组件1与导轨2之间通过粘接胶带5连接;所述所述导轨2固定设置在其下方可自动恢复位置的组件夹扣3上,组件夹扣3底部设置有支撑柱4;如图4所示,所述组件夹扣3由第一夹扣配件3-2、第二夹扣配件3-4和弹簧3-3组成;第二夹扣配件3-4内设置有U型槽,第一夹扣配件3-2嵌入在第二夹扣配件3-4U型槽内,且之间通过能够固定导轨2的螺栓3-1连接固定;所述无框光伏组件1的导轨2作用于第一夹扣配件3-2时,第一夹扣配件3-2做水平运动,弹簧3-3收缩;无框光伏组件1的导轨2放置到位后,弹簧3-3展开,第一夹扣配件3-2恢复至原位置,将导轨2卡住;所述导轨2内部设置有加强筋,外部一侧设置有与第一夹扣配件3-2形状相互对应的倾角;所述第一夹扣配件3-2前端面设有45°~60°的倾斜面,后端面设置有圆孔,所述弹簧3-3设置在圆孔内与第二夹扣配件3-4内侧面相抵。
其具体安装方式如下,首先用粘接胶带5将导轨2和无框光伏组件1粘接在一起,再整体安装到带有组件夹扣3的支撑柱4上;整体安装时,导轨2顺着第一夹扣配件3-2上面的角度压迫第二夹扣配件3-4水平运动,组件安装到位后,由于弹簧3-3的弹力作用,第一夹扣配件3-2恢复原位,拧紧组件夹扣3上的螺栓5,使第一夹扣配件3-2、导轨2和第二夹扣配件3-4紧固,完成安装。
这种无框光伏组件支架结构简单,便于安装和拆卸,且生产和安装成本低,安装效率高,经济性能好。

Claims (5)

1.一种无框光伏组件支架,其特征在于:包括用于安装无框光伏组件(1)的导轨(2),所述导轨(2)固定设置在其下方可自动恢复位置的组件夹扣(3)上,组件夹扣(3)底部设置有支撑柱(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无框光伏组件支架,其特征在于:所述组件夹扣(3)由第一夹扣配件(3-2)、第二夹扣配件(3-4)和弹簧(3-3)组成;第二夹扣配件(3-4)内设置有U型槽,第一夹扣配件(3-2)嵌入在第二夹扣配件(3-4)U型槽内,且之间通过能够固定导轨(2)的螺栓(3-1)连接固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无框光伏组件支架,其特征在于:所述第一夹扣配件(3-2)前端面设有45°~60°的倾斜面,后端面设置有圆孔,所述弹簧(3-3)设置在圆孔内与第二夹扣配件(3-4)内侧面相抵。
4.根据权利要求2所述的无框光伏组件支架,其特征在于:所述导轨(2)内部设置有加强筋,外部一侧设置有与第一夹扣配件(3-2)形状相互对应的倾角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无框光伏组件支架,其特征在于:所述无框光伏组件(1)与导轨(2)之间通过粘接胶带(5)连接。
