本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种方便安装和拆卸的太阳能光伏组件边框。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种太阳能光伏组件边框,由左长边框、右长边框以及短边框镶嵌成矩形结构,所述左长边框和右长边框相互平行,两端之间通过短边框连接,所述左长边框、右长边框以及短边框之间通过卡簧连接,左长边框和右长边框侧边呈不同长度的C面结构,并且左长边框、右长边框以及短边框顶部设置有溢胶槽。 
为了增加组件的机械强度,进一步地,所述左长边框、右长边框、短边框以及卡簧内部设置有型腔。 
再进一步地,所述型腔的宽度a为11.5mm-15.5mm。 
更进一步地,所述左长边框的C面结构长度b为42.8mm-46.8mm,右长边框的C面结构长度c为24.9mm-28.9mm。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益之处是:这种太阳能光伏组件边框结构简单,通过嵌入式安装方式,方便工作人员安装和拆卸,提高了工作效率,节省了材料,也增强了产品的强度,质量更高。

图1所示一种太阳能光伏组件边框,由左长边框1、右长边框2以及短边框3镶嵌成矩形结构,所述左长边框1和右长边框2相互平行,两端之间通过短边框3连接,所述左长边框1、右长边框2以及短边框3之间通过卡簧连接,左长边框1和右长边框2侧边呈不同长度的C面结构,所述左长边框1的C面结构长度b为42.8mm-46.8mm,右长边框2的C面结构长度c为24.9mm-28.9mm,并且左长边框1、右长边框2以及短边框3顶部设置有溢胶槽4;为了增强组件的机械强度,所述左长边框1、右长边框2、短边框3以及卡簧内部设置有型腔5,所述型腔5的宽度a为11.5mm-15.5mm。
其具体安装方式如下,左长边框1和右长边框2相互平行,两端之间通过短边框3连接,所述左长边框1、右长边框2以及短边框3之间通过卡簧连接,在边框中心钻孔,然后通过U型螺栓配合螺母以及平垫和弹垫,与设置在边框下方的方管固定连接,防止边框发生位移。 
    这种太阳能光伏组件边框结构简单,通过嵌入式安装方式,方便工作人员安装和拆卸,提高了工作效率,节省了材料,也增强了产品的强度,质量更高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏组件边框,其特征在于:所述左长边框(1)、右长边框(2)、短边框(3)以及卡簧内部均设置有型腔(5)。
