本实用新型涉及一种通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具,属于太阳能领域。
背景技术
在光伏行业,需要使整个光伏发电系统的输出功率和支架结构达到最优化的平衡,同时光伏支架系统的设计需要结合建设地点的地理、气候及太阳能资源条件,将光伏组件以一定的朝向,排列方式及间距固定住的支撑结构,最终达到整个系统在户外使用寿命要求30 年,满足30 年中的风荷载,雪荷载及地震要求。
梯形彩钢瓦的瓦楞截面是梯形形状,无法通过夹具夹持住梯形彩钢瓦表面的瓦楞或其他外形特征,现有技术是针对每种梯形彩钢瓦的截面形状生产不同截面形状的夹具(参见图4),然后将夹具与梯形彩钢瓦的两个斜面使用螺栓固定。由于梯形彩钢瓦的型号较多,现有的夹具通用性较差,使得通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具在安装过程中装配复杂,需要准备多种夹具,夹具生产所需模具较多,提高生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种装配简单、节省成本的通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具,它包括支撑组件以及调节组件,所述支撑组件的截面呈Z字形,所述支撑组件包括上横板、竖板以及下横板,竖板与下横板的连接处向外设置有纵向布置的凸筋,所述调节组件包括调节板以及位于调节板一端的旋转座,旋转座内设置有纵向布置的卡槽,所述凸筋嵌置于卡槽内。
支撑组件的上横板上设置有上下贯通的腰形孔,支撑组件的下横板上设置有两个螺栓孔,调节组件的调节板上设置有两个螺栓孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型夹具角度可调可适用于各种型号的梯形彩钢瓦的夹持,夹具的通用性好,使得通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具在安装过程中装配简单,节省成本。

参见图1~图3,本实用新型涉及的一种通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具,它包括支撑组件1以及调节组件2,所述支撑组件1的截面呈Z字形,所述支撑组件1包括上横板1.1、竖板1.2以及下横板1.3,上横板1.1的右端与竖板1.2的上端连接,下横板1.3的左端与竖板1.2的下端连接,竖板1.2与下横板1.3的连接处向外设置有纵向布置的凸筋1.4,所述调节组件2包括调节板2.1以及位于调节板2.1一端的旋转座2.2,旋转座2.2内设置有纵向布置的卡槽2.3,卡槽2.3与凸筋1.4的大小匹配。所述凸筋1.4嵌置于卡槽2.3内,安装时夹具间隔布置于梯形彩钢瓦3的梯形段上,下横板1.3布置于梯形段的顶面,调节组件2.1布置于梯形段的左侧面,下横板1.3与梯形段的顶面之间设置垫片,调节板2.1与梯形段的左侧面之间设置垫片,有两个螺栓从外至内穿过下横板1.3、垫片以及梯形段的顶面将支撑组件1与梯形彩钢瓦3固定,有两个螺栓从外至内穿过调节板2.1、垫片以及梯形段的左侧面将调节组件2与梯形彩钢瓦3固定。
支撑组件1的上横板1.1上设置有上下贯通的腰形孔,腰型孔用于支撑组件1与上方支撑梁固定用,支撑组件1的下横板1.3上设置有两个螺栓孔,调节组件2的调节板2.1上设置有两个螺栓孔。

1.一种通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具,其特征在于它包括支撑组件(1)以及调节组件(2),所述支撑组件(1)的截面呈Z字形,所述支撑组件(1)包括上横板(1.1)、竖板(1.2)以及下横板(1.3),竖板(1.2)与下横板(1.3)的连接处向外设置有纵向布置的凸筋(1.4),所述调节组件(2)包括调节板(2.1)以及位于调节板(2.1)一端的旋转座(2.2),旋转座(2.2)内设置有纵向布置的卡槽(2.3),所述凸筋(1.4)嵌置于卡槽(2.3)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具,其特征在于支撑组件(1)的上横板(1.1)上设置有上下贯通的腰形孔,支撑组件(1)的下横板(1.3)上设置有两个螺栓孔,调节组件(2)的调节板(2.1)上设置有两个螺栓孔。
