[0002] 在光伏行业,需要使整个光伏发电系统的输出功率和支架结构达到最优化的平衡,同时光伏支架系统的设计需要结合建设地点的地理、气候及太阳能资源条件,将光伏组件以一定的朝向,排列方式及间距固定住的支撑结构,最终达到整个系统在户外使用寿命要求30年,满足30年中的风荷载,雪荷载及地震要求。
[0003] 梯形彩钢瓦的瓦楞截面是梯形形状,无法通过夹具夹持住梯形彩钢瓦表面的瓦楞或其他外形特征,现有技术是针对每种梯形彩钢瓦的截面形状生产不同截面形状的夹具(参见图4),然后将夹具与梯形彩钢瓦的两个斜面使用螺栓固定。由于梯形彩钢瓦的型号较多,现有的夹具通用性较差,使得通用型梯形彩钢瓦屋面夹具在安装过程中装配复杂,需要准备多种夹具,夹具生产所需模具较多,提高生产成本。
