Abstract

本发明涉及一种高抗冲PVC矿用管,由内外皮层和芯层构成,其特征是,1)所述内外皮层由如下原料制成:平均聚合度为1000-1100的PVC树脂100份,导电炭黑8-11份,热稳定剂5-6份,润滑剂1-2份,低分子聚乙烯蜡1-2份,高抗冲击性改性剂12-20份;2)所述芯层由如下原料制成:平均聚合度为1000-1100的PVC树脂100份,热稳定剂4-5份,润滑剂0.2-0.3份,低分子聚乙烯蜡0.2-0.3份,高抗冲击性改性剂10-12份。本发明的管材具有内外表面长久抗静电,管材抗冲击性高,耐低温的性能好。

一种高抗冲PVC矿用管及其制法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高抗冲PVC矿用管及其制法。
背景技术
在煤矿用PVC管材方面,目前的生产技术主要有两种,一种是单层生产工艺,是在PVC树脂中加入导电材料和其他助剂,通过混合后,加热、挤出、冷却定型,这种工艺导电材料在管材中分散均匀,但管材强度较低,成本较高;另一种是复合工艺,既管材由三层构成,内外皮层是导电层,芯层是不导电层,这种工艺保持了导电性能和一定的强度,成本较低。但目前这两种工艺生产的管材其强度都很难达到煤矿井下使用的实际条件,且低温脆性特别明显,出现装卸车摔裂,井下偏帮、落石砸坏,10℃度以下脆性特别明显。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种高抗冲PVC矿用管及其制法,采用三层复合结构,管材内外表面长久抗静电,管材抗冲击性高,耐低温的性能好。
本发明具体采用如下技术方案:
一种高抗冲PVC矿用管,由内外皮层和芯层构成,其特征是,
1)所述内外皮层由如下原料制成:

其中,热稳定剂为铅基复合稳定剂,例如:硬脂酸铅、月桂酸铅、混合脂肪酸铅、环烷酸铅、环氧脂肪酸铅、对叔丁基苯甲酸铅、对甲基苯甲酸铅等;
其中,润滑剂为硬脂酸;
其中,低分子聚乙烯蜡的平均分子量为1300-5800;
其中,高抗冲击性改性剂为丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)。
一种高抗冲PVC矿用管的制法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
1)混料:按照本发明的配方将皮层和芯层原料分别投入高速混料机混合,加温至110℃-120℃,然后放入冷混料机冷却至40℃;
2)成型:分别投入皮层和芯层PVC双螺杆挤出机,挤出成型,其中,挤出机料筒温度150℃-170℃,模具温度155℃-180℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
按照标准MT558.2-2005(矿用聚氯乙烯管材标准)进行检测,其结果是:
材料表面电阻<10Ω
材料有焰燃烧时间<3s
材料无焰燃烧时间<20s
材料拉伸强度>=40Mpa
对于公称压力小于1.25Mpa的管材被压至管材外径的1/2时无裂纹和破坏。对于公称压力大于1.25Mpa的管材不作要求。
两米落锤实验,低温0℃,10kg锤,样品无损坏。
本发明产品完全符合上述标准,且材料拉伸强度和两米落锤实验明显优于标准要求,抗冲击性好。

如图1所示,由内外皮层1和芯层2构成。

上述原料均为市售商品。
一种高抗冲PVC矿用管的制法,包括如下步骤:
1)混料:按照上述配方将皮层和芯层原料分别投入高速混料机混合,加温至110℃-120℃,然后放入冷混料机冷却至40℃;
2)成型:分别投入皮层和芯层PVC双螺杆挤出机,挤出成型,其中,挤出机料筒温度150℃-170℃,模具温度155℃-180℃。

1.一种高抗冲PVC矿用管,由内外皮层和芯层构成,其特征是,
1)所述内外皮层由如下原料制成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的高抗冲PVC矿用管,其特征是,所述热稳定剂为铅基复合稳定剂,润滑剂为硬脂酸,低分子聚乙烯蜡的平均分子量为1300-5800,高抗冲击性改性剂为丙烯酸酯橡胶。
3.一种高抗冲PVC矿用管的制法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
1)混料:按照权利要求1的配方将皮层和芯层原料分别投入高速混料机混合,加温至110℃-120℃,然后放入冷混料机冷却至40℃;
2)成型:分别投入皮层和芯层PVC双螺杆挤出机,挤出成型,其中,挤出机料筒温度150℃-170℃,模具温度155℃-180℃。
