Abstract

一种真空电水壶,包括:双层不锈钢壶体和用于放置壶体的底座,壶体的内胆和外壳间设有真空层,壶体中设有发热盘组件,壶体上设有壶盖和提手,发热盘组件的与底座间设有相配合的电连接器。所述的发热盘组件包括:复合有发热体的盘体,盘体边缘设有密封圈卡台,卡台下设有与盘体一体的至少二个弹性支撑脚,内胆上设有支撑脚定位环和密封圈限位筋,密封圈设于限位筋和卡台间,发热盘组件与壶体间通过弹性支撑脚和支撑脚定位环配合定位。本发明真空电水壶发热盘组件与壶体间无需采用焊接工艺,能有效减小生产过程中报废率。同时,本发明的真空电水壶只需一个壶体,便可通过密封圈对发热盘组件与壶体间进行密封,使得真空电水壶结构简单,降低了制造成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种真空电水壶。
背景技术
现有真空电水壶的发热盘组件与双层真空壶体之间大多采用焊接的工艺进行连接,焊接工艺对工件的尺寸精度要求非常高,当发热盘组件与双层真空壶体间的精度配合不好时,会导致发热盘组件和壶体间不能焊接到一起。再者,将发热盘组件和壶体焊接到一起后,无法拆卸返工,当壶体夹层的真空检测不合格时,会直接导致整个产品报废。为解决上述问题,中国专利CN201585852U号提出了“一种电水壶”。该技术方案的电水壶,包括壶体和电热装置,壶体包括通过螺纹连接或者卡扣旋接的方式固定相连的上壶体和下壶体;下壶体包括外壳和内衬,外壳和内衬之间为真空保温层。发热盘的外边缘套装有密封圈,密封圈安装在上壶体和下壶体之间。电水壶的下壶体采用真空保温结构,电水壶具有更好的保温性能。但上述电水壶存在以下不足:1、上述电水壶的密封圈安装在上壶体和下壶体之间,使得上述电水壶需要分别制作上、下两个壶体,给制造带来了不便,同时大大提高了制造成本。2、上述电水壶的密封圈通过硬性固定于上壶体和下壶体,其密封效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是:提供一种结构简单、密封可靠、能有效减小生产过程中报废率的真空电水壶。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种真空电水壶,包括:双层不锈钢壶体和用于放置壶体的底座,壶体的内胆和外壳间设有真空层,壶体中设有发热盘组件,壶体上设有壶盖和提手,发热盘组件的与底座间设有相配合的电连接器;其特征在于:所述的发热盘组件包括:复合有发热体的盘体,盘体边缘设有密封圈卡台,卡台下设有与盘体一体的至少二个弹性支撑脚,内胆上设有支撑脚定位环和密封圈限位筋,密封圈设于限位筋和卡台间,发热盘组件与壶体间通过弹性支撑脚和支撑脚定位环配合定位。
本发明的优点在于:由于盘体上设有弹性支撑脚,发热盘组件与壶体间通过弹性支撑脚和支撑脚定位环配合定位,使得发热盘组件与壶体间无需采用焊接工艺,不存在破坏真空层的风险,即使出现真空层漏气的现象,也可将发热盘组件拆下来进行返工处理,从而能有效减小生产过程中报废率。同时,本发明的真空电水壶只需一个壶体,便可通过密封圈对发热盘组件与壶体间进行密封,使得真空电水壶结构简单,降低了制造成本。由于弹性支撑脚和支撑脚定位环间的弹力作用,其可实现弹性密封,使发热盘组件与壶体间的密封更为可靠。
在本发明中,所述的盘体为不锈钢盘,与盘体一体的弹性支撑脚呈外翻状,弹性支撑脚的末端与支撑脚定位环相抵触。弹性支撑脚采用上述结构,可使密封更为可靠。
在本发明中,所述内胆上的支撑脚定位环和密封圈限位筋直接成型于内胆上。其可使制造更加方便。
在本发明中,所述的密封圈限位筋与卡台配合阻止密封圈移位。其利于提高密封的可靠性。
在本发明中,所述的壶体由外壳和内胆接合而成,接合处位于外壳和内胆的顶底两端。其可使制造更加方便。

具体实施方式.
结合图1-图5所示:本实施例的真空电水壶,包括:双层不锈钢壶体和用于放置壶体的底座1,壶体的内胆2和外壳3间设有真空层4,壶体中设有发热盘组件,壶体上设有壶盖5和提手6,发热盘组件的与底座间设有相配合的电连接器7。发热盘组件包括:复合有发热体的盘体8,盘体边缘设有密封圈卡台9,卡台下设有与盘体一体的至少二个弹性支撑脚10,内胆上设有支撑脚定位环11和密封圈限位筋12,密封圈13设于限位筋和卡台间,发热盘组件与壶体间通过弹性支撑脚10和支撑脚定位环11配合定位。
在本实施例中,盘体8为不锈钢盘,与盘体一体的弹性支撑脚10呈外翻状,弹性支撑脚10的末端与支撑脚定位环11相抵触。弹性支撑脚采用上述结构,可使密封更为可靠。内胆上的支撑脚定位环11和密封圈限位筋12直接成型于内胆上。密封圈限位筋12与卡台9配合阻止密封圈移位。所述的壶体由外壳和内胆接合而成,接合处位于外壳和内胆的顶底两端。
在本实施例中,复合有发热体的盘体8中的发热体可以是电热管14,当然也可采用电热膜。
由于盘体上设有弹性支撑脚,发热盘组件与壶体间通过弹性支撑脚和支撑脚定位环配合定位,使得发热盘组件与壶体间无需采用焊接工艺,不存在破坏真空层的风险,即使出现真空层漏气的现象,也可将发热盘组件拆下来进行返工处理,从而能有效减小生产过程中报废率。同时,本发明的真空电水壶只需一个壶体,便可通过密封圈对发热盘组件与壶体间进行密封,使得真空电水壶结构简单,降低了制造成本。由于弹性支撑脚和支撑脚定位环间的弹力作用,其可实现弹性密封,使发热盘组件与壶体间的密封更为可靠。
以上实施例仅是本发明的个案,任何根据本发明精神所作的替换均应理解为未脱离本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种真空电水壶,包括:双层不锈钢壶体和用于放置壶体的底座,壶体的内胆和外壳间设有真空层,壶体中设有发热盘组件,壶体上设有壶盖和提手,发热盘组件的与底座间设有相配合的电连接器;其特征在于:所述的发热盘组件包括:复合有发热体的盘体,盘体边缘设有密封圈卡台,卡台下设有与盘体一体的至少二个弹性支撑脚,内胆上设有支撑脚定位环和密封圈限位筋,密封圈设于限位筋和卡台间,发热盘组件与壶体间通过弹性支撑脚和支撑脚定位环配合定位。
2.据权利要求1所述的真空电水壶,其特征在于:所述的盘体为不锈钢盘,与盘体一体的弹性支撑脚呈外翻状,弹性支撑脚的末端与支撑脚定位环相抵触。
3.据权利要求1所述的真空电水壶,其特征在于:所述内胆上的支撑脚定位环和密封圈限位筋直接成型于内胆上。
4.据权利要求1所述的真空电水壶,其特征在于:所述的密封圈限位筋与卡台配合阻止密封圈移位。
5.据权利要求1所述的真空电水壶,其特征在于:所述的壶体由外壳和内胆接合而成,接合处位于外壳和内胆的顶底两端。
