Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电热开水保温水壶,包括由上而下的壶盖组件、壶嘴组件、双层真空壶身、发热元件、壶底以及底座,其中发热元件下方的壶底内设有隔热板和隔热材料层,壶盖组件为由上盖和下盖组成的中间有空气夹层的双层结构。本实用新型使用方便,隔热保温效果良好,由于各部件密封性好,使水壶内部呈密闭状态,而且壶底采用了隔热措施,壶身、壶盖均采用双层结构,因此可长时间的维持壶内温度,从而无须重复加热,水质保持良好,并大大节省电能,另外,通过安装阀门使安全性能大大增加。

电热开水保温水壶
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种保温壶,特别是涉及一种既能电加热煮开水又能持久保温的水壶。
背景技术
目前人们一般先通过电热水壶烧水,然后把烧开的水再倒入保温瓶内进行保温储存,其操作较麻烦。因此,有人发明了既可烧水又可保温的电热水壶,其是通过设置两个发热元件——大功率的主发热元件和小功率的保温发热件不断循环加热来实现的,该结构可以使水长时间维持在设定的温度范围,但由于没有隔热措施,为保持温度,壶内的水只能被频繁的反复煮沸,不仅影响水质,而且消耗电能。于是有人又发明了只有一个发热元件,而壶身外包裹隔热材料或壶身为真空夹层的双层结构的电热水壶,其保温效果大幅度提高,降低了反复加热的频率。但是,用于加热的壶底导热性良好,因此热量仍会从壶底迅速流失。另外壶盖的设计仍为单层结构,而且为了使用安全,避免在烧开水时因壶内蒸汽压力过高而发生爆炸,通常要在壶盖上开设蒸汽排气孔或直接利用壶嘴排气,但在保温状态时热量也因此从壶盖或壶嘴流失。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温效果好,保温时间持久的电热开水保温水壶。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种电热开水保温水壶,包括由上而下的壶盖组件、壶嘴组件、双层真空壶身、发热元件、壶底以及底座,其特征在于:所述发热元件下方的壶底内设有隔热板和隔热材料层,壶盖组件为由上盖和下盖组成的中间有空气夹层的双层结构。
所述壶盖组件的下盖上设有起泄压作用的安全阀和气孔。
本实用新型使用方便,隔热保温效果良好,由于各部件密封性好,使水壶在保温时内部呈密闭状态,而且壶身、壶盖均采用双层结构和壶底采用了隔热措施,因此可长时间地维持壶内温度,而无须重复加热,水质保持良好,并大大节省电能,另外,通过安装阀门使安全性能大大增加。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括由上而下的壶盖组件、壶嘴组件5、壶身6、发热元件10、壶底23以及底座24。
如图1、图2和图3所示,壶盖组件为由上盖15和下盖26组成的中间形成空气夹层的双层结构。在下盖26底部下表面与壶嘴组件5对应的地方设有密封圈2,旋紧后即起到密封作用。下盖26外侧设有外螺纹,可与壶嘴5旋接,在旋紧时对应壶嘴组件5出水口的位置设有气孔3,连通空气夹层和外界,下盖26底部设有安全阀1,可使壶内与空气夹层相连通,如果壶内蒸汽压过大时,即可通过安全阀1、气孔3泄压,在保证密封的状态下大大提高其安全性能。壶嘴组件5固定卡接于壶身6上方,并通过密封圈4将连接处的缝隙密封起来。壶嘴组件5外侧设有把手21,它们的交接处设有蒸汽通道16和蒸汽阀17,以及控制电源通断的蒸汽压力感应器18。电源“开”、“关”按钮19、20设于把手21内并分别与蒸汽压力感应器18相接。壶身6是由外壳7和内胆8组成的双层不锈钢真空壶身,底部与壶底23固接,壶身底部为单层结构的加热区域,发热元件10位于该加热区域下方并与其紧密接触,热传递良好,减少热量的浪费。发热元件10还连接有保险丝9、防煮干自动调温器13等保护装置。在壶底23内对应发热元件10下方的位置设有隔热板11和隔热材料层22。壶底23底部中央设有无绳插座12。底座24中央设有与壶底23无绳插座12匹配使用的无绳插头14。
使用时,往水壶内装满水,旋紧壶盖,将水壶座于底座24上,使无绳插座、插头12、14相连接,按下“开”按钮19接通电源,发热元件10开始加热。直到水被煮沸,蒸汽通过蒸汽通道16、蒸汽阀17作用于蒸汽压力感应器18,当蒸汽的压力达到感应器18的设定值时,自动断开电源,停止加热,所以,可通过调整蒸汽压力感应器18的压力感应值来控制水的沸腾时间。在水烧开后断电、停止加热的保温状态下,由于采取了本实用新型密闭式的设计和隔热保温措施,水在壶内长时间保持高温,无须重复加热。倒开水时,旋松壶盖至一定角度使壶盖的出水口对准壶嘴即可倒水,倒水完毕再旋紧壶盖,使水壶从新处于密闭状态。

Claims (8)

1.一种电热开水保温水壶,包括由上而下的壶盖组件、壶嘴组件(5)、双层真空壶身(6)、发热元件(10)、壶底(23)以及底座(24),其特征在于:所述发热元件(10)下方的壶底(23)内设有隔热板(11)和隔热材料层(22),壶盖组件为由上盖(15)和下盖(26)组成的中间有空气夹层的双层结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电热开水保温水壶,其特征在于:所述壶盖组件的下盖(26)上设有起泄压作用的安全阀(1)和气孔(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电热开水保温水壶,其特征在于:所述壶盖组件的下盖(26)下表面与壶嘴组件(5)对应的位置设有密封圈(2)
4.根据权利要求1所述的电热开水保温水壶,其特征在于:所述的壶嘴组件(5)侧面设有蒸气阀(17)以及控制电源通断的蒸汽压力感应器(18)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电热开水保温水壶,其特征在于:所述的壶身(6)为由外壳(7)和内胆(8)组成的带真空夹层的双层不锈钢壶身。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电热开水保温水壶,其特征在于:所述的双层壶身(6)底部为单层结构的加热区域,发热元件(10)位于该加热区域下方并与其紧密接触。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电热开水保温水壶,其特征在于:所述的发热元件(10)与一防煮干自动调温器(13)连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电热开水保温水壶,其特征在于:所述的壶底(23)底部和底座(24)上设有匹配使用的无绳插座、插头(12、14)。
