本发明属于一种技巧型应用。 
背景技术
水泵在运转过程中经常会因为各种原因造成叶轮反转;例如电源线反接,或停机后水管内液体倒流。这种情况发生后,容易造成叶轮螺母松脱,影响水泵正常运转,甚至造成事故。因此,如何防止叶轮螺母反转造成的松脱成为提高水泵可靠性、安全性的一个技术课题。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是防止叶轮螺母因反转而松脱的问题,为实现上述目的,本发明采用新型叶轮螺母,其特点是在螺母与叶轮接触表面增加扇叶状反扣纹,当转子轴与螺母拧紧后,由于反扣存在,阻止了轴与螺母向松脱方向的运动,这样即使发生叶轮反转的情况,螺母也不会松动而脱落。螺母与叶轮之间通过垫片连接;当需要松脱时,将垫片上的两个脚扒开,螺母拧松,垫片跟着螺母转而叶轮不会跟转松开。

具体实施方式
由图1所示,当螺母拧紧时,由于反扣存在,整个装置只会越拧越紧而不会 松脱;当需要松脱时,如图2所示将垫片上的两个定位脚扒开,螺母拧松时,垫片跟着螺母转而叶轮不会跟转而松开。 

Claims (1)

1.叶轮螺母防反转技术采用:(1)带反扣纹新型叶轮螺母,(2)带反扣纹新型垫片,(3)叶轮上增加定位槽等新设计。当螺母拧紧时,由于反扣存在,整个装置只会越拧越紧而不会松脱;当需要松脱时,将垫片上的两个定位脚扒开,螺母拧松时,垫片跟着螺母转而叶轮不会跟转而松开。
