背景技术
本发明涉及一种谷物存储组件，并且更具体地说，涉及一种用于小农场主的存储组件以保持用于食物的谷物供给。
在外国国家小农场主存储谷物作为持续整年的食物。通过现有的存储系统，约20-25%的谷物由于腐败变质（spoilage）而损失。腐败变质的主要原因之一来自象鼻虫与在存储容器内筑巢并且吃谷物的其它啮齿动物。由于象鼻虫不能在没有氧气的情况下生存，因此解决该问题的一种方法是密封存储容器。
因此，在本领域中需要一种解决这些要求的装置。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种降低腐败变质的存储组件。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有气密密封的存储组件。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种容易加载与卸载的存储组件。
根据下面的公开，这些目的和其他目的将会对于本领域普通技术人员显而易见。
可旋转的谷物存储组件具有可滑动地连接到前支腿与后支腿的可调节支撑件。具有可旋转地附接至其的辊子的主要支撑件连接到可调节支撑件并且横向于该可调节支撑件而定位。具有气密盖和至少一个开口的桶定位在辊子上。

具体实施方式
参照附图，谷物存储组件10具有优选地由中空管制成的框架12。框架12包括基部14、连接到基部14的前支腿16和后支腿18以及连接到支腿16，18的一对支撑件20。后支腿18比前支腿16短，使得支撑件20从前端朝向后端向下地成角度。至少一个并且优选地两个辊子22可旋转地安装到各支撑件。
布置在支撑件20上面的是桶24。桶24是任何尺寸或形状并且优选地是55加仑涂料桶。优选地，桶24具有围绕桶24的诸如环的把手25。对于较大的桶24来说，曲柄附接到辊子。在桶24的至少一个端部上是气密盖26。盖26具有接收帽30的开口28。开口优选地具有6英寸的直径。帽30优选地通过螺纹等可移除地连接到开口28以形成气密密封。在一个实施方式中，桶24的相对端在气密盖34中具有接收帽36的开口32。在替换实施方式中，千斤顶38定位为提升与降低框架12的后端。
要传送或运输存储组件10时，将框架12拆卸并且与千斤顶38一起放置在桶24内，随后将桶再密封。要操作时，组装框架12并且将桶24布置在辊子22上。然后将桶24填充以谷物并且将盖26放置在前端上以形成气密密封。桶24的角度允许容易加载谷物。
当想要移除谷物时，移除帽30以允许个人通过开口28够到并且移除谷物。一旦谷物被移除，便用帽30再密封开口28，随着桶24内的谷物的高度下降，旋转桶以使开口28移动更接近六点钟位置并且更接近在桶24内的降低的谷物高度。当桶接近空时，使用千斤顶38提升后支腿18以使桶24从后端朝向前端向下地成角度，这允许谷物朝向前端流动。
可替换地，当谷物高度降低时，根据需要通过旋转辊子22上的桶24，以类似的方式通过开口32移除谷物。因此，描述了一种至少满足全部所述目的的谷物存储组件。
在一个替换的实施方式中，前支腿16通过连续U形中空管形成，使得基部部分40在支腿16之间延伸并且与地面接触。还包括在框架中的是在每个端部上具有可滑动地装配在支腿16上方的中空缸体（cylinder）44的支撑件42。缸体44具有与支腿16中的开口48对准的开口46，以容纳销50以便相对于支腿16选择性地调节支撑件42的高度。
第二可调节支撑件52在每个端部上都具有可滑动地安装在后支腿18上方的中空缸体54。缸体54也具有与支腿18中的开口56对准的开口56，以容纳销58以便选择性地调节。

Claims (6)

1.一种可旋转的谷物存储组件，所述组件包括：
框架；
一对支撑件，具有可旋转地附接的辊子，所述一对支撑件连接至所述框架；以及
桶，所述桶在气密盖中具有被帽覆盖的至少一个开口，所述桶定位在所述辊子上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件，其中，所述框架能够选择性地调节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组件，其中，所述桶在所述桶的每个端部处具有开口和盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组件，其中，所述框架具有一对前支腿与一对后支腿。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件，其中，一可调节支撑件能够滑动地连接至所述前支腿。
6.根据权利要求4所述的组件，其中，一可调节支撑件连接至所述后支腿。
