Abstract

Description
本发明属于碱性低氢焊条,尤其是适用于螺旋机涂压的碱性低氢焊条,可用于碱性低氢焊条焊接的场合。
在本发明作出之前,常规碱性低氢焊条药皮的组成和熔敷金属性能如表1和表2,由于该焊条涂料的可涂敷性能差,不能适用于螺旋机涂压生产,投资较大,生产成本较高。

本发明的任务是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种投资较小、生产成本相应较低、焊条涂料的可涂敷性能好的适用于螺旋机涂压的碱性低氢焊条。
适用于螺旋机涂压的碱性低氢焊条,该焊条涂料包括大理石、氟化钙、硅酸盐、二氧化钛、铁合金和水玻璃,其组成份及其重量百分比为:大理石40-48,氟化钙20-26,二氧化钛、硅酸盐10-17,铁合金16-22,稀有金属合金0.1-1,水玻璃0.1-1,其中大理石、氟化钙、硅酸盐和二氧化钛组成中含有以下各种成份,这些成份占涂料总量组成(重量%)为:硅灰石和/或钙云母0-5,钛白粉3-10,海泡石2-6,合成云母和/或锂云母4-8。粘结剂水玻璃为模数3-3.4,浓度38°Be-40°Be的纯钠水玻璃或钠钾比为3∶1的水玻璃。
本发明适用于螺旋机涂压的碱性低氢焊条,采用了新型的焊条药皮组成,尤其是在焊条药皮中加入塑性、弹性和滑性物质,与现有技术相比,焊条涂料可涂敷性好,使得在螺旋机上涂压成为可行,投资较小,生产成本低,提高了焊条自身的冶金除氢能力,确保了熔敷金属的各项性能,具有较大的实施价值。
实施例1:
碱性低氢焊条药皮组成中大理石、氟化钙、二氧化钛和硅酸盐含有塑性、弹性和滑性物质硅灰石和/或钙云母、钛白粉、海泡石,合成云母和/或锂云母占涂料重量20%(重量%),水玻璃为钠钾比为3∶1,模数3.2,浓度39°Be的水玻璃。

实施例2:
碱性低氢焊条药皮组成中大理石、氟化钙、二氧化钛和硅酸盐含有塑性、弹性和滑性物质硅灰石和/或钙云母、钛白粉,海泡石,合成云母和/或锂云母占涂料重量22%(重量%),水玻璃为纯钠水玻璃,模数3.0,浓度38°Be。

碱性低氢焊条药皮组成组成中大理石、氟化钙、二氧化钛和硅酸盐含有塑性、弹性和滑性物质硅灰石和/或钙云母、钛白粉,海泡石,合成云母和/或锂云母占涂料重量18%(重量%),水玻璃为钠钾比为3∶1,模数3.4,浓度40°Be的水玻璃。

按上述实施例的碱性低氢焊条药皮组成配方,在焊条药皮中加入塑性、弹性和滑性物质,焊条涂料可涂敷性好,涂压性能优良,使得在螺旋机上涂压成为可行,投资较小,生产成本低,熔敷金属机械性能符合国家标准要求,该类焊条完全满足焊接工艺的要求,保证熔敷金属的各项性能,具有较大的实施价值和社会经济效益。

1.一种适用于螺旋机涂压的碱性低氢焊条,该焊条涂料包括大理石、氟化钙、硅酸盐、二氧化钛、铁合金和水玻璃,其特征是大理石、氟化钙、硅酸盐和二氧化钛组成中含有以下各种成份,这些成份占涂料总量组成(重量%)为:
硅灰石和/或钙云母 0-5
钛白粉 3-10
海泡石 2-6
合成云母和/或锂去母 4-8
2.如权利要求1所述的碱性低氢焊条,其特征是粘结剂水玻璃为模数3-3.4,浓度38°Be-40°Be的纯钠水玻璃或钠钾比为3∶1的水玻璃。
