本发明具体涉及一种船舶涂料。
背景技术
船舶在水中浸泡,行驶时间稍长,船壳水下部位会被水藻菌等微生物污染,积累多了会增加船壳与水的摩擦,降低船的航速,增加染料的消耗,缩短进坞周期等。若在船底涂刷防污涂料,在一定时期内,船舶可以减少以至避免微生物污染。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种船舶涂料,涂刷于已刷有防锈漆的钢板上,涂膜牢固,相容性好。
技术方案:一种船舶涂料,所述的船舶涂料由下列组份按照重量份数组成:乙烯基苯16-18份,酪蛋白5-13份,氧化镁2-5份,环氧树脂3-8份,间苯二胺5-9份,滑石粉1-4份,氯化铜3-8份,二甲苯4-7份,余量为水。
作为优选,所述的船舶涂料由下列组份按照重量份数组成:乙烯基苯17份,酪蛋白9份,氧化镁3份,环氧树脂6份,间苯二胺7份,滑石粉3份,氯化铜5份,二甲苯5份,余量为水。
有益效果:本发明涂刷于已刷有防锈漆的钢板上,涂膜牢固,相容性好。
