Abstract

背景技术
德国公开文献DE4127742A1公开了一种具有自由退出的小齿轮的启动装置。该小齿轮与中空轴构成为一体。该中空轴具有一开放端。为了避免中空轴与传动轴之间的机械装置内有脏物进入,该小齿轮在中空轴的开放端由盖封闭。
相对于此,希望通过一种新的封闭装置实现,不用为了能保持封闭装置而在轴端形成增加了结构长度的特定的几何结构。
发明内容
根据权利要求1描述的发明实现了,不用因封闭装置在中空轴上形成特定的几何结构。此外,封闭装置不超出或仅很小程度地超出中空轴的端部。
借助于形状锁合或力锁合实现封闭装置的特别简单的固定。一个或多个槽被证明是适于形状锁合的几何结构,所述槽例如为无斜度的、简单环绕的槽,或者右旋或左旋的螺纹,或者无斜度的多重沟槽。按照启动马达或内燃机的转动方向,右旋或左旋的螺纹有利于封闭装置的自锁。特别对于作为封闭装置的金属盖,简单环绕的槽被证明是耐久的。在这种情况下,例如将金属碗置入开口中,并且圆柱状侧壁以与槽一致的深度环绕地鼓起(ausbeulen)并由此扩口。作为替换,也可让盖借助于卡扣连接卡锁在环绕的槽中。无斜度的多重沟槽与塑料盖相组合是特别有利的,因为塑料盖的材料埋入沟槽中且实现了良好的固定。
凸缘自封闭装置径向向外地延伸出,该凸缘搭接中空轴的端部且同样固定布置在传动轴外圆周上的挡圈抑制扩张,从而通过这种封闭装置同时成本低廉地实现两个目的。

具体实施方式
图1以剖面方式示出了自由退出的启动装置16(参见图4)的中空轴13的自由端10。中空轴13(有时也称作从动轴)可移动地布置在传动轴19上并具有开口20。传动轴19具有朝向其端部22的轴肩25。在与轴肩相连的直径较小的轴颈28上固定有限位环31,该限位环31借助于挡圈34和槽37固定在轴颈28中。
中空轴13以其内圆周43的一部分在限位环31的外圆周40上引导。具有斜度的环绕的槽50(螺纹)自中空轴13的端部47起延伸,作为封闭装置53的盖置入或旋入该槽中。
盖、更确切地说封闭装置53具有管状区域56,该管状区域由板区段59至少大部分地封闭。在管状区域56的外圆周设有与具有斜度的槽50(螺纹)相对应的螺纹63。板区段59在其外部区域伸出该管状区域56,且由此在端部47上构成止动件66。槽50和螺纹63构成形状锁合部69。
因此,启动装置16具有传动轴19和在该传动轴19上至少可移动的中空轴13,中空轴13具有端侧开口20,启动装置16还具有封闭该端侧开口20的封闭装置53,其中封闭装置53固定在中空轴13中。
封闭装置53借助于形状锁合部69固定在中空轴13中。因此,中空轴13具有带有至少一个槽50的内轮廓体72,封闭装置53卡在该至少一个槽50中,从而保持不动。
在图2中,在中空轴13的自由端10中加工出无斜度的槽75。封闭装置53在此构造为金属碗。为了固定,封闭装置53被置入中空轴13的自由端10中,并且圆柱状侧壁78以与槽75一致的深度环绕地鼓起(ausbeulen)并由此扩宽(einwalzen)。该圆柱状侧壁78作为封闭装置53的管接头状区域81由此具有凸起部84,封闭装置53利用该凸起部84接合在槽75中。
在图3中,封闭装置53基于图1的示例具有一体地形成的凸缘87,该凸缘87自板区段59延伸,在环绕的弯曲部90之后延伸为例如圆柱状的区段93。凸缘87搭接中空轴13的端部10且同样固定布置在传动轴19的外圆周96上的挡圈97抑制扩张。挡圈97在此直接用作用于小齿轮95的止动件,该小齿轮95在此轴向移动地支承在中空轴13上。在其他示例中,小齿轮95与挡圈97之间的环用作止动件。该环在此抑制扩张地固定挡圈97。
在图1和3的实施例中,还可这样设置,即,封闭装置53仅力锁合地插入到开口20中。
图4示意性地示出了具有自由退出的小齿轮95的启动装置16。
Claims (6)
1.一种启动装置(16),具有传动轴(19)和在该传动轴(19)上至少能够移动的中空轴(13),该中空轴具有端侧开口(20),所述启动装置还具有封闭该端侧开口(20)的封闭装置(53),其特征在于,所述封闭装置(53)固定在所述中空轴(13)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的启动装置(16),其特征在于,所述封闭装置(53)借助于形状锁合部(69)或力锁合固定在所述中空轴(13)中。
3.如权利要求2所述的启动装置(16),其特征在于,在借助于所述形状锁合部(69)固定的情况下,所述中空轴(13)具有带有至少一个槽(50)的内轮廓体(72),其中所述封闭装置(53)为了固定而接合在该至少一个槽(50)中。
4.如权利要求3所述的启动装置(16),其特征在于,所述槽(50)具有斜度或不具有斜度。
5.如权利要求4所述的启动装置(16),其特征在于,所述封闭装置(53)的管接头状区域(81)具有凸起部(84),所述封闭装置(53)利用该凸起部接合在所述槽(50)中。
6.如前述权利要求之一所述的启动装置(16),其特征在于,从固定在所述中空轴(13)中的封闭装置(53)一体地延伸出凸缘(87),该凸缘搭接中空轴(13)的端部(10)且同样固定布置在传动轴(19)的外圆周(96)上的挡圈(97)抑制扩张。
