Abstract
本发明提供了一种基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,该方法使用由主表面活性剂溶液、助表面活性剂和助剂组成的复合胶束分散体系,分散各种纳米材料,从而制备出具有丰富粘弹性能的涂膜分散液,将该涂膜分散液采用辊涂或刮涂法在基材上涂膜,制备出均匀的纳米材料薄膜。所述复合胶束是指由两种或者两种以上的乳化剂或者乳化剂与有机小分子化合物通过离子键,氢键,范德华力等作用而形成的复合结构。该方法适用于多种类型的纳米材料薄膜的制备,能规模化大面积制备纳米材料薄膜。本发明工艺简单,聚合物纯净且无色无味,单体适用范围广。

本发明涉及一种纳米材料薄膜的制备方法,具体涉及使用复合胶束分散纳米材料制备纳米材料薄膜的方法。
背景技术
相对于宏观材料,纳米材料具备有高比表面积,量子效应等特殊性能。由纳米材料制备的薄膜在微电子器件,光伏电池,生物传感器等领域有着极大的应用价值。例如,由碳纳米管,金属纳米线,石墨烯等材料制备的薄膜同时具备高导电性以及高透明性,因此可以取代氧化铟锡成为下一代的透明电极材料。更值得一提的是,由蒙脱土等片状纳米材料制备的薄膜则可以提高基材的阻隔性能,机械性能甚至抗烧蚀性能。此外,由两种或两种以上不同纳米材料制备出的杂化薄膜也表现出了奇特的性质。例如,在碳纳米管薄膜中加入少量石墨烯可以极大提高薄膜的导电性能。
目前,制备纳米材料薄膜的方法主要有原位生长法(Small,4,1527-1536),转印法(AdvMater,18,304-309),抽滤法(Science,305,1273-1276),旋涂法(ACS Nano,4:5382-5388)以及喷涂法(Chem Eng Sci,65,2000-2008)等。但是以上方法往往很难实现纳米材料薄膜的大规模制备。
在工业界,往往采用辊涂法,刮涂法等方法制备各种材料的薄膜。所述的辊涂是指利用蘸涂料的辊子在基材表面辊动的涂膜方法(Paint and coating testing manual:fourteenthedition of the Gardner-Sward handbook)。刮涂是指采用刮刀在基材表面涂膜的方法(Coating Technology Handbook.Third Edition NW:CRC,2006)。而通常情况下,由于纳米材料的分散液粘度较低,当直接利用纳米材料分散液进行涂膜后,由于重力或者去润湿作用,涂膜液会发生二次流动现象,最后导致无法均匀成膜。
因此,为实现纳米材料薄膜的工业化制备,必须提高其分散液的粘度。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于多种类型的纳米材料薄膜的制备方法即基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,该方法能规模化大面积制备纳米材料薄膜。
本发明的关键在于使用复合胶束分散各种纳米材料,从而制备出具有丰富粘弹性能的分散体系,以该分散体系为涂料采用辊涂或刮涂法进行涂膜,制备均匀的纳米材料薄膜。所述复合胶束是指由两种或者两种以上的乳化剂(或者乳化剂与有机小分子化合物)通过离子键,氢键,范德华力等作用而形成的复合结构。
所述的基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,具体制备步骤如下:
A.将纳米材料超声分散在复合胶束体系中,其中复合胶束的粘度为0.01-150Pa·S,纳米材料的含量为0.1-50mg/ml,并通过离心分离除去过量的、尺寸在微米级的纳米材料聚集体,得到涂膜分散液;
所述纳米材料是金属纳米材料、无机非金属纳米材料或有机纳米材料复合纳米材料;所述的金属纳米材料是金、银、铂、钯、铑、铱、钌或铈的纳米材料;所述无机非金属纳米材料是氧化锌、硫化铬、二氧化锰、四氧化三铁、二氧化锆、硅、锗、碳纳米管、石墨烯、氧化石墨烯或纳米金刚石;所述有机纳米材料是聚苯胺、聚噻吩或聚吡咯的纳米结构材料。
B.将步骤A制备的涂膜分散液在基材上涂膜,涂膜后形成的波浪形液面自发流平形成均匀涂层;所述的基材是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乳酸薄膜或片材中的一种,或是玻璃、石英、云母、硅、铜、不锈钢、金或箔的片材;
涂层厚度为20-500微米,较佳的为30-200微米;于20-50℃下烘干得到纳米材料薄膜;较佳烘干温度为20-30℃。
C.通过浸泡或者抽提的方法除去纳米材料薄膜层中残余的表面活性剂,浸泡、抽提所用溶剂是乙醇、甲醇、丙酮四氢呋喃或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺;当基材为金属或无机非金属材料时,直接通过加热蒸发移除其中的表面活性剂;
步骤A所述的复合胶束体系是由主表面活性剂溶液、助表面活性剂和助剂组成;所述复表面活性剂溶液是由表面活性剂和溶剂组成,其中表面活性剂的浓度为0.02-0.1mol/L;较佳的为0.03-0.05mol/L;所用的溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇,或者是水与有机溶剂的混合组成溶剂,其中水的质量百分含量为2-100%,较佳的为50-80%;有机溶剂是甲醇、乙醇、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺或丙酮中的一种。
复合胶束体系是以下三类组合之一:
第1类:以阳离子型表面活性剂为主表面活性剂,以有机酸或者有机盐为助表面活性剂和以非离子型表面活性剂为助剂组成的分散体系;
所述的阳离子型表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基氢氧化胺、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基硝酸铵硫脲基咪唑啉季铵盐、十六烷基氯化吡啶、十六烷基溴化吡啶、十二烷基氯化吡啶、十二烷基溴化喹啉;其中较佳的为十六烷基三甲基氢氧化胺、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基硝酸铵;所述的有机酸为对甲苯磺酸、对价苯磺酸,八烷基硫酸,十二烷基苯磺酸、十二烷基硫酸、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸,十二烷基苯磺酸,甘胆酸,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸;
所述的有机盐为上述有机酸的盐;
所述的非离子型表面活性剂是长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酰烷醇胺、脂肪酰烷醇胺聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、失水木糖醇脂肪酸酯、山梨醇脂肪酸酯和失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、烷基糖苷、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油多聚蓖麻酸酯中的一种;其中较佳的为单硬脂酸甘油酯;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯胺;
当助表面活性剂分子量低于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的质量比为1∶0.3-100,较佳的为1∶0.7-1.5;当助表面活性剂分子量等于或高于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的质量比为1∶2-100;较佳的为1∶4-20。
体系中非离子表面活性剂的质量百分含量为0-4%;较佳的质量百分含量为0.1-1%。
第2类:以阴离子型表面活性剂为主表面活性剂,以有机阳离子盐或者有机碱为助表面活性剂和以非离子型表面活性剂为助剂组成的分散体系;
所述的阴离子型表面活性剂是月桂酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钾、硬脂酸钾、十八烷基苯磺酸钠、十八烷基萘磺酸钠、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸、三十六烷基硫酸钾、二十二烷基硫酸铵、月桂醇磷酸酯钾盐、二十二醇磷酸酯钠盐、十八醇磷酸酯铵盐、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、二十二醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐或三十六醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯铵盐中的一种;
所述的有机阳离子盐为十二胺盐酸盐、三辛胺盐酸盐、十二烷基二乙基铵甲酸盐、苯基三甲基氯化铵、苯基丁基二甲基溴化铵、甲基氯化吡啶、乙基氯化吡啶、辛基三甲基氯化铵、辛烷基三乙基溴化铵、四己基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基硝酸铵、十七烯基咪唑啉型铵盐,氯化吡啶盐或氯化-1-卞-喹啉盐中的一种;
所述的有机碱为上述有机阳离子盐的碱;
当助表面活性剂分子量低于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的质量比值为1∶0.3-100,较佳为1∶0.6-100;当助表面活性剂分子量等于或高于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的物质的量比值为1∶2-100;较佳的为1∶4-20。
所述非离子型表面活性剂与第1类复合胶束体系中所述相同。
第3类:以阴离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂或非离子型表面活性剂之一为主表面活性剂,以非离子型表面活性剂为助表面活性剂的分散体系。
所述的阴离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂以及非离子型表面活性剂与第1类复合胶束体系中所述相同。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.可以大规模大面积在不同基材表面制备纳米材料薄膜。
2.采用复合表面活性剂溶液分散纳米材料,以获得粘弹性能丰富的涂膜分散液,成膜后,基材表面残余的表面活性剂可以方便的移除。
3.采用复合表面活性剂溶液体系可以分散多种纳米材料,并在此基础上制备出不同纳米材料的薄膜及其杂化薄膜。

具体实施方式
实施例一
将15mg单壁碳纳米加入15ml浓度为0.15M的十六烷基三甲基氢氧化胺的水溶液中,然后采用超声波细胞破碎仪超声10min,超声功率为100W。将所得的碳纳米管分散液在9000rpm转速下离心15min。取出10ml上清液并向清液中逐滴加入1ml 0.14M的对甲苯磺酸水溶液。
将单壁碳纳米涂膜分散液滴到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基材表面。用胶辊拖过单壁碳纳米液滴形成一层碳纳米管分散液的薄膜。涂膜厚度约为350微米。然后在20℃将涂有单壁碳纳米分散液的薄膜晾干。将薄膜置于水和乙醇的溶液(1∶1v/v)中浸泡24h,然后在乙醇中抽提24h除去其中表面活性剂。所得碳纳米管薄膜的电镜照片如图1所示。
实施例二
将15mg单壁碳纳米加入15ml浓度为0.04M的十二烷基硫酸钠水溶液中,然后采用超声波细胞破碎仪超声10min,超声功率为100W。将所得的碳纳米管分散液在9000rpm转速下离心15min。取出10ml上清液并向其中逐滴加入1ml 0.45M的N-甲基吡啶盐酸盐水溶液。
将上述单壁碳纳米涂膜分散液滴到玻璃基材表面。用胶辊拖过单壁碳纳米液滴形成一层碳纳米管分散液的薄膜。涂膜厚度为20微米。然后在20℃将涂有单壁碳纳米分散液的薄膜晾干。薄膜内的表面活性剂可以通过在乙醇溶液中浸泡24h,然后在乙醇中抽提24h除去。所得碳纳米管薄膜的电镜照片如图2所示。
实施例三
将15mg多壁碳纳米加入15ml浓度为0.05M的十六酸钠水/甲醇混合溶液(水和甲醇的体积比为7∶3)中,然后采用超声波细胞破碎仪超声10min,超声功率为100W。将所得的碳纳米管分散液在9000rpm转速下离心15min。取出10ml上清液并向其中逐滴加入1ml 0.15M的曲拉通X 100水溶液以调节碳纳米管涂膜分散液的粘度。
将多壁碳纳米涂膜分散液滴到铜箔表面。然后,将胶辊拖过多壁碳纳米液滴形成一层碳纳米管分散液的薄膜涂膜厚度为100微米。然后在20℃将涂有多壁碳纳米分散液的薄膜晾干。薄膜内的表面活性剂可以通过在水和乙醇的溶液中浸泡24h,然后在乙醇中抽提24h除去。所得碳纳米管薄膜的电镜照片如图3所示。
实施例四
将15mg氧化石墨烯加入15ml浓度为0.05M的十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液中,然后采用超声波细胞破碎仪超声10min,超声功率为100W。将所得的氧化石墨烯分散液在9000rpm转速下离心15min。取出10ml上清液并向其中逐滴加入1ml 0.45M的十二醇水溶液以调节氧化石墨烯涂膜分散液的粘度。
将涂膜分散液滴到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基材表面。然后,将胶辊拖过液滴形成一层涂膜分散液的薄膜。涂膜厚度为50微米。然后在20℃将涂有氧化石墨烯分散液的薄膜晾干。薄膜内的表面活性剂可以通过在水和乙醇的溶液中浸泡24h,然后在乙醇中抽提24h除去。所得氧化石墨烯薄膜的电镜照片如图4所示。
实施例五
将100mg银纳米线加入15ml浓度为0.05M的聚氧乙烯十二烷基醚水溶液中,然后采用超声波细胞破碎仪超声10min,超声功率为100W。取出10ml上清液并向其中逐滴加入1ml 0.6M的聚氧乙烯胆甾醇醚水溶液以调节涂膜分散液的粘度。
将涂膜分散液滴到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基材表面。然后,将胶辊拖过液滴形成一层涂膜分散液的薄膜。涂膜厚度为100微米。然后在45℃将涂有银纳米线分散液的薄膜晾干。薄膜内的表面活性剂可以通过在水和乙醇的溶液中浸泡24h,然后在乙醇中抽提24h除去。所得银纳米线薄膜的电镜照片如图5所示。
实施例六
将15mg单壁碳纳米和5mg氧化石墨烯加入15ml浓度为0.05M的十六醇聚氧乙烯醚基二甲基辛烷基氯化铵的水/乙醇混合(水和乙醇的体积比为9∶1)溶液中:,然后采用超声波细胞破碎仪超声10min,超声功率为100W。将所得的碳纳米管/氧化石墨烯分散液在9000rpm转速下离心15min。取出10ml上清液并向其中逐滴加入1ml 0.45M的水杨酸水溶液和1ml0.5M曲拉通X100水溶液。
将碳纳米管/氧化石墨烯涂膜分散液滴到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基材表面。然后,将胶辊拖过液滴形成一层涂膜分散液的薄膜。涂膜厚度为400微米。然后在20℃将涂有碳纳米管/氧化石墨烯分散液的薄膜晾干。薄膜内的表面活性剂可以通过在水和乙醇的溶液中浸泡24h,然后在乙醇中抽提24h除去。所得碳纳米管/氧化石墨烯复合薄膜的电镜照片如图6所示。
实施例七
将500mg二氧化钛纳米点加入15ml浓度为0.08M的异十三醇磷酸酯水溶液中,然后采用超声波细胞破碎仪超声10min,超声功率为100W。取出10ml上清液并向其中逐滴加入1ml0.5M失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯水溶液。
将涂膜分散液滴到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基材表面。然后,将胶辊拖过液滴形成一层涂膜分散液的薄膜。涂膜厚度为15微米。然后在20℃将涂有二氧化钛纳米点的分散液的薄膜晾干。薄膜内的表面活性剂可以通过在水和乙醇的溶液中浸泡24h,然后在乙醇中抽提24h除去。所得二氧化钛纳米点薄膜的电镜照片如图7所示。
实施例八
将80mg聚3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩纳米线加入15ml浓度为0.1M的十二烷基三甲基氢氧化胺水溶液中,然后采用超声波细胞破碎仪超声10min,超声功率为100W。取出10ml上清液并向其中逐滴加入1ml 0.5M的十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液以调节涂膜分散液的粘度。
将涂膜分散液滴到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基材表面。然后,将胶辊拖过液滴形成一层涂膜分散液的薄膜。涂膜厚度为30微米。然后在20℃将涂有聚3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩纳米线的分散液的薄膜晾干。薄膜内的表面活性剂可以通过在水和乙醇的溶液中浸泡24h,然后在乙醇中抽提24h除去。所得聚3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩纳米线薄膜的电镜照片如图8所示。
Claims (7)
1.一种基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,具体制备步骤如下:
A.将纳米材料超声分散在复合胶束体系中,其中复合胶束的粘度为0.01-150Pa·S,纳米材料的含量为0.1-50mg/ml,并通过离心分离除去过量的、尺寸在微米级的纳米材料聚集体,得到涂膜分散液;
所述纳米材料是金属纳米材料、无机非金属纳米材料或有机纳米材料复合纳米材料;
B.将步骤A制备的涂膜分散液在基材上涂膜,涂膜后形成的波浪形液面自发流平形成均匀涂层;所述的基材是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乳酸薄膜或片材中的一种,或是玻璃、石英、云母、硅、铜、不锈钢、金或箔的片材;
涂层厚度为20-500微米,于20-50℃下烘干得到纳米材料薄膜;
C.通过浸泡或者抽提的方法除去纳米材料薄膜层中残余的表面活性剂,浸泡、抽提所用溶剂是乙醇、甲醇、丙酮四氢呋喃或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺;当基材为金属或无机非金属材料时,直接通过加热蒸发移除其中的表面活性剂;
步骤A所述的复合胶束体系是由主表面活性剂溶液、助表面活性剂和助剂组成;所述表面活性剂溶液是由表面活性剂和溶剂组成,其中表面活性剂的浓度为0.02-0.1mol/L;所用的溶剂为水、甲醇、乙醇或者是水与有机溶剂的混合溶剂,其中水的质量百分含量为2-100%,所述有机溶剂是甲醇、乙醇、四氢呋喃、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺或丙酮中的一种;
复合胶束体系是以下三类组合之一:
第1类:以阳离子型表面活性剂为主表面活性剂,以有机酸或者有机盐为助表面活性剂和以非离子型表面活性剂为助剂组成的分散体系;
第2类:以阴离子型表面活性剂为主表面活性剂,以有机阳离子盐或者有机碱为助表面活性剂和以非离子型表面活性剂为助剂组成的分散体系;
第3类:以阴离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂或非离子型表面活性剂之一为主表面活性剂,以非离子型表面活性剂为助表面活性剂的分散体系。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,其特征是第1类复合胶束体系中所述的阳离子型表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基氢氧化胺、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基硝酸铵硫脲基咪唑啉季铵盐、十六烷基氯化吡啶、十六烷基溴化吡啶、十二烷基氯化吡啶、十二烷基溴化喹啉;
所述的有机酸为对甲苯磺酸、八烷基硫酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、十二烷基硫酸、二辛基琥珀酸磺酸,十二烷基苯磺酸,甘胆酸,十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸;
所述的有机盐为上述有机酸的盐;
所述的非离子型表面活性剂是长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酰烷醇胺、脂肪酰烷醇胺聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、失水木糖醇脂肪酸酯、山梨醇脂肪酸酯和失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、烷基糖苷、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油多聚蓖麻酸酯中的一种;
当助表面活性剂分子量低于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的物质量的比为1:0.3-100;当助表面活性剂分子量等于或高于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的物质量的比为1:2-100;
体系中非离子表面活性剂的质量百分含量为0-4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,其特征是第2类复合胶束体系中所述的阴离子型表面活性剂是月桂酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钾、硬脂酸钾、十八烷基苯磺酸钠、十八烷基萘磺酸钠、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸、三十六烷基硫酸钾、二十二烷基硫酸铵、月桂醇磷酸酯钾盐、二十二醇磷酸酯钠盐、十八醇磷酸酯铵盐、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、二十二醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐或三十六醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯铵盐中的一种;
所述的有机阳离子盐为十二胺盐酸盐、三辛胺盐酸盐、十二烷基二乙基铵甲酸盐、苯基三甲基氯化铵、苯基丁基二甲基溴化铵、甲基氯化吡啶、乙基氯化吡啶、辛基三甲基氯化铵、辛烷基三乙基溴化铵、四己基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基溴化铵、十八烷基硝酸铵、十七烯基咪唑啉型铵盐,氯化吡啶盐或氯化-1-卞-喹啉盐中的一种;
所述的有机碱为上述有机阳离子盐的碱;
当助表面活性剂分子量低于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的质量比值为1:0.3-100;当助表面活性剂分子量等于或高于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的物质的量比值为1:2-100 ;
所述非离子型表面活性剂与第1类复合胶束体系中所述相同。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,其特征是当助表面活性剂分子量低于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的质量比值为1:0.6-100;当助表面活性剂分子量等于或高于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的物质的量比值为1:4-20。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,其特征是第3类复合胶束体系中所述的阴离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂以及非离子型表面活性剂与第1类复合胶束体系中所述相同。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,其特征是步骤A所述的金属纳米材料是金、银、铂、钯、铑、铱、钌或铈的纳米材料;所述无机非金属纳米材料是氧化锌、硫化铬、二氧化锰、四氧化三铁、二氧化锆、硅、锗、碳纳米管、石墨烯、氧化石墨烯或纳米金刚石;所述有机纳米材料是聚苯胺、聚噻吩或聚吡咯的纳米结构材料;
所述主表面活性剂溶液中表面活性剂的浓度为0.03-0.05mol/L;所述水与有机溶剂的混合溶剂中水的质量百分含量为50-80%;
步骤B所述的涂层厚度为30-200微米;烘干温度为20-30℃。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的基于复合胶束体系制备纳米材料薄膜的方法,其特征是第1类复合胶束体系中所述的阳离子型表面活性剂为十六烷基三甲基氢氧化胺、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十八烷基二甲基羟乙基硝酸铵;
所述的非离子型表面活性剂是单硬脂酸甘油酯;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯胺;
当助表面活性剂分子量低于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的质量比为1:0.7-1.5;当助表面活性剂分子量等于或高于主表面活性剂时,助表面活性剂与主表面活性剂的质量比为1:4-20;
体系中非离子表面活性剂的质量百分含量为0.1-1%。
