本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示装置及其液晶面板。
背景技术
薄膜场效应晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,简称TFT)液晶显示装置是现在最常见的一种液晶显示装置,即液晶显示器上的每一液晶象素点都是由集成在其后的薄膜晶体管来驱动。从而可以做到高速度、高亮度、高对比度地显示屏幕信息,因而得到广大用户的青睐。
现有液晶显示装置中的液晶面板在显示时,由于液晶面板的屏幕的均一性较差,画面闪烁现象一般较明显,影响用户的观赏效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种液晶显示装置及其液晶面板,用于降低液晶面板的画面闪烁现象出现的可能性,提高了用户的观赏效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一方面提供了一种液晶面板,采用如下技术方案:

当感应电流的电流值小于标准电流值时,根据所述感应电流与所述标准电流值的差值,在下一显示周期开始时,调整并输出用于提高对应的所述阵列基板上的亚像素单元的灰度值的驱动信号;
当感应电流的电流值大于标准电流值时,根据所述感应电流与所述标准电流值的差值,在下一显示周期开始时,调整并输出用于降低对应的所述阵列基板上的亚像素单元的灰度值的驱动信号。
所述光电感应装置具体设置在所述彩膜基板的透明基板和彩膜树脂层之间,所述光电感应装置包括栅线、光电薄膜晶体管和数据线,
所述栅线为所述光电感应装置的输入端;
所述数据线为所述光电感应装置的输出端。
所述光电感应装置的栅线与所述阵列基板上的亚像素单元部分的栅线相连。
所述光电感应装置的栅线的位置与所述阵列基板的栅线的位置相对。
所述光电感应装置的数据线的位置与所述阵列基板的数据线的位置相对。
所述光电薄膜晶体管包括光敏半导体,所述光敏半导体的材质为硫化镉。
在本发明实施例的技术方案中,提供了一种液晶面板,该液晶面板中的彩膜基板对应显示区域的部分至少一个光电转换装置,当该光电转换装置接收到来自阵列基板侧的光时,根据光的强度感应生成感应电流,并将该感应电流传输至驱动单元处,该驱动单元根据感应电流的强度向阵列基板上的亚像素单元部分的像素电极输出驱动信号,以调节对应的亚像素单元的灰度值的大小,使得液晶面板上的每一个亚像素单元发出的光趋于一致,以提高液晶面板的屏幕的均一性,降低画面闪烁现象发生的可能性,提高观众的观赏效果。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种液晶显示装置,包括上述的液晶面板。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例所提供的技术方案适用于各种TFT液晶显示装置,尤其适用于高级超维场转换技术(Advanced Super Dimension Switch,简称ADSDS)液晶显示装置。
ADSDS是一种较为先进的液晶面板技术,通过同一平面内狭缝电极边缘所产生的电场以及狭缝电极层与板状电极层间产生的电场形成多维电场,使液晶盒内狭缝电极间、电极正上方所有取向液晶分子都能够产生旋转,从而提高了液晶工作效率并增大了透光效率。相较其他液晶面板技术,ADSDS可以提高薄膜场效应晶体管液晶显示器的画面质量,具有高分辨率、高透过率、低功耗、
宽视角、高开口率、低色差、无挤压水波纹等优点。
实施例一
本发明实施例提供了一种液晶面板,如图1所示,包括对盒设置的彩膜基板1和阵列基板2、以及连接所述彩膜基板1和所述阵列基板2的驱动单元,所述彩膜基板1和所述阵列基板2上对应形成有矩阵形式排列的多个亚像素单元,其中,
所述彩膜基板1对应显示区域的部分包括至少一个光电转换装置11,该光电转换装置11用于感应来自所述阵列基板2的光强、并将所述光强转换为感应电流;
所述驱动单元接收所述光电转换装置11输出的感应电流,之后根据所述感应电流调整并输出所述阵列基板2上所述感应电流对应所述显示区域的部分的亚像素单元部分的驱动信号,以调节该感应电流对应的亚像素单元的灰度值的大小;
所述阵列基板2接收所述驱动单元的驱动信号,用于驱动所述阵列基板2上的亚像素单元部分的像素电极。
具体地,如图2所示,所述彩膜基板1和阵列基板2之间填充有液晶层3,所述液晶面板的显示区域在显示图像时,所述阵列基板2上的公共电极和亚像素电极之间具有电势差,在由于公共电极和亚像素电极的电势差所形成的电场的作用下,液晶层3之中的液晶发生偏转,使得阵列基板1下的背光源发出的光可以通过偏转了的液晶层3,照射到彩膜基板上1,进而,自彩膜基板1上的透明的彩膜树脂层12透出,使用户看到显示的图像。
在本发明的技术方案中,如图1或2所示,优选的,每个所述亚像素单元设置有一个光电转换装置11,具体的为每一个彩膜基板1上的亚像素单元部分内都设置有光电转换装置11。在显示区域内,当透过液晶层3的光照射到彩膜基板1上时,也照射到了彩膜基板1内的光电转换装置11,光电转换装置11感应到光后,会根据感应到的光的强度,产生大小与光的强度成正比的感应电流,并将感应电流输出给驱动单元。
驱动单元接收到来自每个光电转换装置11的感应电流后,根据感应电流的大小,向阵列基板上对应显示区域的部分的亚像素单元部分调整并输出驱动信号,以调节阵列基板2上该感应电流对应的亚像素单元部分的像素电极的电势的大小,进而调节该亚像素单元的灰度值的大小,使得液晶面板上的每一个亚像素单元发出的光趋于一致,以提高液晶面板的屏幕的均一性,降低画面闪烁现象发生的可能性,提高观众的观赏效果。
需要说明的是,彩膜基板1的亚像素单元结构内添加了该光电转换装置11后,可能会稍微降低该液晶面板的开口率。如位于图1的左侧的阵列基板2的示意图所示,虚线框即彩膜基板1和阵列基板2对盒组成后,光电转换装置11在阵列基板2上的投影。
在本实施例的技术方案中,提供了一种液晶面板,该液晶面板中的彩膜基板上的亚像素单元部分具有光电转换装置,当该光电转换装置接收到来自阵列基板侧的光时,根据光的强度感应生成感应电流,并将该感应电流传输至驱动单元处,该驱动单元根据感应电流的强度向阵列基板上的亚像素单元部分的像素电极输出驱动信号,以调节对应的亚像素单元的灰度值的大小,使得液晶面板上的每一个亚像素单元发出的光趋于一致,以提高液晶面板的屏幕的均一性,降低画面闪烁现象发生的可能性,提高观众的观赏效果。
实施例二
本发明实施例提供了一种液晶面板,在实施例一的基础上,在本实施例中,
所述驱动单元包括分析模块和驱动模块,其中,
所述分析模块与所述彩膜基板1上的各亚像素单元部分的光电转换装置11和所述驱动模块连接。
所述分析模块,在一个显示周期内,分别接收各个所述光电转换装置11的感应电流,分析各个所述感应电流的电流值与标准电流值的大小关系,并将各个所述感应电流的分析结果发送给所述驱动模块;
由于每一液晶面板上都具有成百上千个亚像素单元,所述分析模块接收到来自各光电感应装置11的感应电流后,分析所述各感应电流的电流值与标准电流值的大小关系。
具体地,分析模块分析每一个感应电流是大于标准电流值还是小于标准电流值,并且分析各感应电流与标准电流值之间的差值是多少,即每一感应电流的分析结果。之后,分析模块将各感应电流的分析结果发送给驱动模块。
在本发明实施例中,可预先设定一个确切数值的电流值作为标准电流值(例如0.2毫安),供所述分析模块分析使用;另外,分析模块也可在获取所有的感应电流后,任意抽取其中一个感应电流的值作为标准电流值(例如中心区域像素的感应电流的值),或计算所有感应电流的平均值作为标准电流值。
需要说明的是,标准电流值的获取方法可根据实际需要进行选取,本发明实施例对此不进行任何限定。
所述驱动模块,在所述显示周期内,接收来自所述分析模块的分析结果,并在下一个显示周期开始时,根据所述分析结果,调整向所述阵列基板2上的各亚像素单元的像素电极输出对应所述感应电流的驱动信号。
具体地,所述驱动模块在当感应电流的电流值小于标准电流值时,根据所述感应电流与所述标准电流值的差值,在下一显示周期开始时,调整并输出用于提高对应的所述阵列基板2上的亚像素单元的灰度值的驱动信号;
所述驱动模块在当感应电流的电流值大于标准电流值时,根据所述感应电流与所述标准电流值的差值,在下一显示周期开始时,调整并输出用于降低对应的所述阵列基板2上的亚像素单元的灰度值的驱动信号。
通过调整阵列基板2上的亚像素单元部分的驱动信号,以调整所述阵列基板上的亚像素单元部分的像素电极的电势,来改变该亚像素单元的灰度值,进而改变阵列基板上的亚像素单元部分发出的光的强度,以提高液晶面板的屏幕的均一性,降低画面闪烁现象发生的可能性,提高观众的观赏效果。
具体地,若该液晶面板此时的驱动模式为常黑模式时,当某一亚像素单元的对应的感应电流值大于标准电流值时,表明该亚像素单元的灰度值过高。为了降低该亚像素单元的灰度值,需要在下一显示周期时,降低该亚像素单元的像素电极的电势,以降低该亚像素单元的像素电极和公共电极之间的电势差。类似的,当某一亚像素单元的对应的感应电流值小于标准电流值时,则应提高降低该亚像素单元的像素电极的电势。
若该液晶面板为常白模式,那么当某一亚像素单元的灰度值过高时,应提高该亚像素单元的像素电极的电势;类似的,当某一亚像素单元的灰度值过低时,应降低该亚像素单元的像素电极的电势。
具体地,如图1所示,所述光电感应装置11具体设置在所述彩膜基板1的透明基板13和彩膜树脂层12之间,如图3所示,所述光电感应装置11包括栅线111、光电薄膜晶体管112和数据线113,其中,优选的如图4所示,所述光电薄膜晶体管112自所述透明基板往下依次包括:
栅极层1121、第一绝缘层1122、源漏极层1123、半导体层1124、第二绝缘层1125,所述半导体层1124包括间隔设置的光敏半导体11241和半导体11242,所述光敏半导体11241与所述源漏极层1123的源极和漏极电连接。
进一步的,所述栅线111为所述光电感应装置11的输入端;所述数据线113为所述光电感应装置11的输出端。即所述分析模块的输入端与所述光电转换装置11的数据线113连接。
所述光电感应装置11的栅线与所述阵列基板2上的亚像素单元部分的栅线相连。则当液晶面板进入显示状态时,所述阵列基板2上的亚像素单元部分的栅线接收到电平信号,此时光电感应装置11的栅线111接收到电平信号,则光敏半导体11241之间的半导体11242被导通,此时光敏半导体11241的电阻值随着光强的增大而减小,随着光强的减小而增大,则流经光敏半导体11241和半导体11242之间的电流会随着来自液晶层3一侧的光强的不同而改变,即感应电流。此处半导体11242的作用是稳定整个电路的电流,它的电流受光强影响远低于光敏半导体11241的水平,避免光敏半导体11241电阻变化过快导致整个电路电流不稳,影响数据采集的准确性,半导体11242和光敏半导体11241的组成比例可以根据实际效果调整。
之后,该感应电流可从数据线113流出,流入所述分析模块中,供所述分析模块进行分析。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所提出的光电薄膜晶体管112的如图4所示的具体结构仅为一个优选的实施例,只要能满足本实施例所提出的光电薄膜晶体管112的功能的结构均可采用,本发明不对光电薄膜晶体管112的具体结构进行限制。
为了防止所述光电感应装置11进一步减小亚像素单元的开口率,所述光电感应装置11的栅线111的位置与所述阵列基板2的栅线的位置相对。即当所述阵列基板2与彩膜基板1对盒成型后,光电感应装置11的栅线111在所述阵列基板2上的投影正好与阵列基板2的栅线重合,减小了光电感应装置11对亚像素单元的开口率的影响。
类似的,所述光电感应装置11的数据线113的位置也可与所述阵列基板2的数据线的位置相对。
在本实施例中,第一绝缘层1122和第二绝缘层1125的材质可为氮化硅等组成,所述光敏半导体11241的材质优选为硫化镉,所述栅极层1121和源漏极层1123的材质可为钼、铝等常用金属,半导体11242可利用非晶硅制成。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,其包括上述任意一种液晶面板。所述显示装置可以为:液晶面板、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
在本发明实施例所述液晶显示装置具体可以包括图1、图2或图3所示的液晶面板。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶面板,其特征在于,包括对盒设置的彩膜基板和阵列基板、以及连接所述彩膜基板和所述阵列基板的驱动单元,所述彩膜基板和所述阵列基板上对应形成有矩阵形式排列的多个亚像素单元,其中,
所述彩膜基板对应显示区域的部分包括至少一个感应来自所述阵列基板的光强、并将所述光强转换为感应电流的光电转换装置;
所述驱动单元接收所述光电转换装置输出的感应电流,之后根据所述感应电流调整并输出所述阵列基板上对应所述显示区域的部分的亚像素单元部分的驱动信号,以调节对应的亚像素单元的灰度值的大小;
所述阵列基板接收所述驱动单元的驱动信号,以驱动所述阵列基板上的亚像素单元部分的像素电极。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,每个所述亚像素单元设置有一个光电转换装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,所述驱动单元包括分析模块和驱动模块,其中,
所述分析模块与所述彩膜基板上的各亚像素单元部分的光电转换装置和所述驱动模块连接;
所述分析模块,在一个显示周期内,分别接收各个所述光电转换装置的感应电流,分析各个所述感应电流的电流值与标准电流值的大小关系,并将各个所述感应电流的分析结果发送给所述驱动模块;
所述驱动模块,在所述显示周期内,接收来自所述分析模块的分析结果,并在下一个显示周期开始时,根据所述分析结果,调整向所述阵列基板上的各亚像素单元的像素电极输出对应所述感应电流的驱动信号。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,所述驱动模块,
当感应电流的电流值小于标准电流值时,根据所述感应电流与所述标准电流值的差值,在下一显示周期开始时,调整并输出用于提高对应的所述阵列基板上的亚像素单元的灰度值的驱动信号;
当感应电流的电流值大于标准电流值时,根据所述感应电流与所述标准电流值的差值,在下一显示周期开始时,调整并输出用于降低对应的所述阵列基板上的亚像素单元的灰度值的驱动信号。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,所述光电感应装置具体设置在所述彩膜基板的透明基板和彩膜树脂层之间,所述光电感应装置包括栅线、光电薄膜晶体管和数据线,
所述栅线为所述光电感应装置的输入端;
所述数据线为所述光电感应装置的输出端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,所述光电感应装置的栅线与所述阵列基板上的亚像素单元部分的栅线相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,
所述光电感应装置的栅线的位置与所述阵列基板的栅线的位置相对。
8.根据权利要求6所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,
所述光电感应装置的数据线的位置与所述阵列基板的数据线的位置相对。
9.根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,
所述光电薄膜晶体管包括光敏半导体,所述光敏半导体的材质为硫化镉。
10.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的液晶面板。
