背景技术
荧光和白炽灯设备的使用是常见的。这些照明设备见于住宅和商业处所,常常呈较大面板状设备(例如,荧光设备)或者凹进罐状设备(例如,白炽和紧凑荧光设备)的形式。面板状设备通常包括外壳,其具有一个或更多荧光灯泡或“管”。漫射面板覆盖灯泡。漫射面板包括具有或不具有表面图案化的半透明或透明的材料,这促进了光通过设备的发光表面且进入照明空间中的均匀发射。

图1和图2示出了用于LED照明装置中的照明模块100的示例性实施例,LED照明装置替换常规的照明设备,例如荧光照明设备。照明模块100的示例配备发光二极管(LED)和功率单元,功率单元向LED提供功率。照明模块100的构造允许照明模块100与照明模块100中的其它照明模块彼此联接且交换信号(例如,电信号)。因此,当多个照明模块100用于LED照明装置中时,照明模块100中的两个或更多可相互通信或“交谈”。

接下来转至图6,LED照明装置200的底视图(C-C)提供了照明侧的示例性图示,LED照明装置200从该照明侧发出光。如图6所示,照明模块202包括沿着照明模块202的一个边缘延伸的多个发光二极管(LED)210。由LED 210产生的光照亮该照明侧而形成被照亮表面区域212。通常,被照亮表面区域212整体被照亮,但照明模块202的选择性操作可改变照亮且因此仅照亮被照亮表面区域212的一部分。

图7示出了LED照明装置300(例如图5和图6的LED照明装置200)的高层次线路示意图。一般而言,多种配置可实施本公开的理念。图7的示例提供了一个示例性结构的示意图。在本示例中,LED照明装置300包括多个照明模块302。照明模块302中的每一个包括具有多个LED 306的光引擎(light engine)304。光引擎304与功率单元306和控制电路308联接。控制电路308可包括处理器310、存储器312和驱动电路314,驱动电路314具有用于操作例如光引擎304和功率单元306的电路。照明模块302还包括具有第一接口318和第二接口320的接口。
在一个示例中,处理器310为中央处理单元(CPU),诸如ASIC和/或FPGA。处理器310还可包括状态机器电路或者能够从电路314和/或直接从光引擎304、接口316和/或其它构件(例如功率单元306)接收输入的其它合适构件。存储器312包括易失性和非易失性存储器且可用于存储软件(或固件)指令和配置设定。在一些实施例中,处理器310、存储器312和电路314可包含于单个集成电路(IC)或其它构件中。作为另一示例,处理器310可包括内部程序存储器,诸如RAM和/或ROM。类似地,这些构件的功能中的任何一个或更多可跨过额外构件(例如,多个处理器或其它构件)分布。

Claims (13)

1.一种照明模块包括背侧(102),前侧(104),发光边缘(106)和多个不发光边缘(110,112,114),所述照明模块还包括:
基底,其具有沿着所述发光边缘(106)延伸的填充部分(120)和伸长部分,所述伸长部分沿所述多个不发光边缘之一从所述填充部分(120)延伸并止于不发光边缘中的另一个处或附近;
功率单元,其设置在所述基底上;
光引擎,其联接到所述功率单元,所述光引擎包括设置在所述填充部分(120)上并沿着所述发光边缘(106)设置的多个发光二极管;
波导器,其设置在所述光引擎上方,所述波导器引导来自所述光引擎的光以形成被照亮表面区域,所述被照亮表面区域延伸到所述伸长部分的末端;以及
设置在所述照明模块上的接口(132,134),其中所述接口包括第一接口(134)和设置在所述伸长部分的端部的第二接口(132),以使得所述接口能够将所述照明模块联接至一个或更多相邻的照明模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明模块,其特征在于,还包括光学构件,所述光学构件将来自所述光引擎的光传到所述波导器上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的照明模块,其特征在于,还包括靠近所述光引擎的反射元件,所述反射元件将来自所述光引擎的光朝向所述波导器的内部反射。
4.根据权利要求3所述的照明模块,其特征在于,所述反射元件包括设置在所述波导器上的涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的照明模块,其特征在于,所述波导器具有沿着所述照明模块的发光边缘和不发光边缘延伸的多个外边缘部件,并且其中,所述发光边缘处的外边缘部件的轮廓能够与所述不发光边缘处的外边缘部件的轮廓匹配。
6.根据权利要求1所述的照明模块,其特征在于,还包括与所述光引擎热接触的散热器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的照明模块,其特征在于,所述多个发光二极管沿着所述照明模块的发光边缘等距间隔开。
8.根据权利要求1所述的照明模块,其特征在于,所述基底包括印刷电路板。
9.一种LED照明装置,包括:
外围框架;以及
呈阵列的多个照明模块,其形成由所述外围框架界定的照明表面区域,所述照明模块包括背侧(102)、前侧(104)、发光边缘(106)、多个不发光边缘(110,112,114)、基底、设置在所述照明模块上的接口(132,134)、多个发光二极管、功率单元以及波导器,其中,所述基底具有沿着所述发光边缘(106)延伸的填充部分(120)和伸长部分,所述伸长部分沿所述多个不发光边缘之一从所述填充部分(120)延伸并止于不发光边缘中的另一个处或附近,所述多个发光二极管设置在所述填充部分(120)上并沿着所述发光边缘(106)设置,所述功率单元联接到所述发光二极管,所述波导器设置在所述发光二极管上方,所述波导器引导来自所述发光二极管的光,在由所述外围框架界定的区域内形成被照亮表面;
其中,所述接口包括第一接口(134)和设置在所述伸长部分的端部的第二接口(132),以使得所述接口能将所述照明模块与一个或多个相邻的照明模块结合。
10.根据权利要求9所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述阵列包括彼此通信的相邻的照明模块。
11.根据权利要求9所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,还包括漫射部件,所述漫射部件具有隐藏所述多个照明模块的配合边缘使之看不到的光学性质。
12.根据权利要求9所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述多个照明模块中的一个为主控制模块,并且其中,所述主控制模块能够操作所述阵列中的其它照明模块中的每一个。
13.根据权利要求9所述的LED照明装置,其特征在于,所述发光二极管靠近所述呈阵列的多个照明模块的单个边缘定位。
