本发明属于一种气体监测装置,特别涉及一种采样池。
背景技术
国家对固体污染源排放的有害气体要求进行连续监测,目前的监测方法是对排放气体采用抽取或直接插入监测的方法,它需要一些采样设备和监测设备,其中的采样设备因监测方法的不同,需要也不相同,现有的采样设备包括池身、池身内安装平镜、内衬等多种采样装置,造成采样设备体积庞大,重量重,结构复杂,因此,在仪器维护与安装时过程繁琐、操作不便,给采样工作带来不适。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的缺陷,提供一种采样池,它密封结构简单、体积小、重量轻便,使得所抽气体能够很好地充满镜片间的整个池体,方便实用。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种采样池,其特征在于:它包括池身、端盖和紫外石英窗口,所说的池身为圆筒状,池身的两端设有凹槽,凹槽内安装紫外石英窗口,紫外石英窗口外部安装端盖,端盖与池身固定,将紫外石英窗口锁紧,池身上设有气体入口和气体出口,分别位于池身两个开口的内侧端,气体入口和气体出口分别焊接快拧接头。
所说的快拧接头向池身内侧倾斜,与紫外石英窗口呈10°夹角安装。
所说的凹槽与紫外石英窗口之间夹装O型密封圈。
本发明的优点和有益效果是:密封结构简单、体积小、重量轻便,使得所抽气体能够很好地充满镜片间的整个池体,方便实用。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种采样池,它的池身4为圆筒状,池身4的两端设有凹槽,凹槽内安装紫外石英窗口6,紫外石英窗口6外部安装端盖2,端盖2与池身4通过内六角螺钉1固定,将紫外石英窗口6锁紧,池身4上设有气体入口和气体出口,分别位于池身4两个开口的内侧端,气体入口和气体出口分别焊接快拧接头3,快拧接头3向池身4内侧倾斜,与紫外石英窗口6呈10°夹角安装,凹槽与紫外石英窗口6之间夹装O型密封圈5。

1.一种采样池,其特征在于:它包括池身、端盖和紫外石英窗口,所说的池身为圆筒状,池身的两端设有凹槽,凹槽内安装紫外石英窗口,紫外石英窗口外部安装端盖,端盖与池身固定,将紫外石英窗口锁紧,池身上设有气体入口和气体出口,分别位于池身两个开口的内侧端,气体入口和气体出口分别焊接快拧接头。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种采样池,其特征在于:所说的快拧接头向池身内侧倾斜,与紫外石英窗口呈10°夹角焊接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种采样池,其特征在于:所说的凹槽与紫外石英窗口之间夹装O型密封圈。
