在牙科领域的镶嵌物、齿冠、齿桥和假牙的制作中,用印模材料制造上述诸件的阴模,然后注满模塑石膏,用该石膏模型(阳模)可以作出所需要的牙科制品。
最好用不可逆水解胶体作印模材料,在牙科制作方面,特别是用藻酸盐和琼脂作印模。
在牙科领域中,不可逆水解胶体的印模材料已长久地用来生产印模(美国专利23 45 255号),还已知在印模材料中采用琼脂(H.J.Rehberg,Die Quintessenz der zahnarztlichen Abformmittel(牙科印模剂的浓浸膏),Verlag“Die Quintessenz”Berlin 1971,pages18,57-61)。
水解胶体形成一种致病病菌的培养基,这些病菌如病毒、细菌、真菌和孢子。这存在相当大的危险性,即所述病菌由牙病患者通过印模传播和蔓延。

另外,本发明印模材料不明显地表现出较高的贮藏稳定性,甚至长期贮藏后,仍将保持印模的高质量。
本发明优选消毒剂是苯酚衍生物和铵盐。
可列举的苯酚衍生物是下述化合物:甲酚、氯甲酚、二甲苯、氯二甲苯、异丙基甲酚、氯代百里酚、苯基苯酚和双酚。
可列举的铵盐是下式的化合物:

本发明使用的最佳消毒剂是2-异丙基-5-甲基-苯酚,4-氯-2-甲基-苯酚,4-氯-3,5-二甲基-苯酚,2,2′-亚甲基-双(4-氯苯酚),2-苯基苯酚及其钠盐和氯化十六基吡啶鎓。
其中2,2′-亚甲基-双(4-氯苯酚)尤佳。
本发明所用的最佳消毒剂是固体,作为水解胶体印模材料的组成部分。
本发明的消毒剂一般是粉状的。
本发明所用的消毒剂颗粒尺寸,约为1至100μm,以5至40μm为佳。
本发明的印模材料,每100分(重量)组分含消毒剂量0.05至1.0分(重量),以0.1至0.5分(重量)为佳。
水解胶体可以是不可逆的或可逆的,以藻酸盐和琼脂为最佳。
本发明的印模材料通常含可溶性水解胶体(例如藻酸的钠盐和/或钾盐),其含量约为8至25%(重量)为佳,以10至17%(重量)为最佳,与藻酸生成水不溶性盐的金属化合物(以钙化合物为最佳,如硫酸钙)其含量为5至40%(重量)为佳,以10至25%(重量)为最佳,用于硬化处理的阻滞剂(如碱金属磷酸盐、二磷酸盐或多磷酸盐),含量为0.5至10%(重量)为佳,以1至5%(重量)为最佳,以及含填充物(如石膏,硅土,硅藻土或矾土)含量25至85%(重量)为佳,以40至75%(重量)为最佳。合适时,该印模组合物可含如着色剂和调味剂之类的添加剂,及用来改善与石膏的相容性的化合物(例如氟钛酸钾或氟锆酸钾)。当然也可含另一类添加剂,例如避免材料起尘的那些添加剂。
还发现制备自身消毒印模材料的方法,其特征在于粉状消毒剂与填充物预混合,填充物用量是为消毒剂的1至50倍,以10至20倍为佳。将该混合物通过筛孔为150至400μm的筛子加到混合器的其它一些原料中,这些组分进行混合。
通常采用筛孔150至400μm筛子,以200至300μm的筛孔为佳。
所述混合器最好采用刮板混合器。
按常规方法配制本发明的自身消毒印模材料,将粉状材料和所需水量制成膏状,应用到合适的牙齿部位以印模。
本发明的自身消毒印模材料具有宽作用范围,并且实质上破坏所有的致病病菌。可列举的致病病菌都是已知的病毒、细菌、真菌和孢子。致病病菌可列举如下:金球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌。
本发明的自身消毒印模材料具有显著的印模特性。
实施例1(藻酸盐印模组合物的制备)
在刮板混合器中,将58.00分(重量)硅藻土、8.00分(重量)硅酸铝、15.45分(重量)钙二水物、14.00分(重量)藻酸钠、3.00分(重量)氟钛酸钾、1.20分(重量)二磷酸四钠、0.30分(重量)色料和0.05分(重量)香料加工成均匀混合物。
消毒剂在药物球磨机中磨成颗粒尺寸<40μm,该粉末消毒剂以0.1或0.3分(重量)与2或5分(重量)上述混合物预混合,得到的混合物通过筛孔为200μm的筛子,再与剩余的98或95分(重量)上述混合物在刮板混合器中混合。
实施例2至14
a)根据实施例1,印模材料中消毒剂的微生物活性的测定如下:
将这些组分置于混合烧杯中,用刮勺混合30秒钟,制成直径6cm、高0.5cm的样片,这些圆片被捣成3cm的试片。
用10ml污染琼脂填充直径9.5cm的陪替氏培养皿,该病菌菌种为1×104病菌/1ml琼脂。培养基固化后,将这些试件放在培养基的中间,轻轻加压,以致与培养基充分接触。
这些试件在27℃下贮存4天。
b)试验结果列于表1。除微生物数据之外,该表还包括按照美国牙医协会(ADA)的技术标准No.18对藻酸盐印模组合物的试验结果。
表中微生物测定值表示在污染琼脂的藻酸盐试件周围的抑制区,以mm为单位。
为了证明消毒剂添加剂并不影响印模材料的贮存稳定性,将未处理的藻酸盐印模组合物(实施例2对照)、用0.1和0.3%(重量)2,2′-亚甲基-双-(4-氯酚)(实施例3和4)处理及用0.3%(重量)2-苯基苯酚(实施例5和6)处理的印模材料,在贮存3月和6月、1年和2年后,按照ADA 18进行规范试验,使表1的结果得到更详细的数据。用所述方法进一步测定上述两种消毒剂对试验病菌:大肠杆菌、金球菌和白色念珠菌的微生物活性。
试验结果列于表2和3。
Claims (9)
1、以水解胶体为基础的自身消毒印模材料,其特征在于其中含有消毒剂。
2、根据权利要求1的基于水解胶体的自身消毒印模材料,其特征在于其中含有粉状消毒剂。
3、根据权利要求1和2的自身消毒印模材料,其特征在于所述消毒剂的颗粒尺寸为1至100μm。
4、根据权利要求1至3的自身消毒印模材料,其特征在于其中含有苯酚衍生物、卤代苯酚衍生物和/或苯基苯酚,或其盐类作为消毒剂。
5、根据权利要求1至3的自身消毒印模材料,其特征在于其中含有季铵化合物作为消毒剂。
6、根据权利要求1至5的自身消毒印模材料,每100分(重量)印模材料含0.05至1.0分(重量)消毒剂。
7、根据权利要求1至6的自身消毒印模材料,其特征在于其中含有水解胶体、胶凝剂、阻滞剂、填充物和添加剂、消毒剂,以及合适时可含另一类添加剂。
8、制备自身消毒印模材料的方法,其特征在于粉状消毒剂与1至50倍份量的填充物预混合,该混合物通过筛孔为150至400μm的筛子加到混合器的其它一些原料中,将这些混合物进行混合。
9、含有消毒剂的自身消毒印模材料用以制备牙科用的印模。
