Description
技术领域
本发明涉及氢传感光纤(氢传感纤维,hydrogen sensing fiber)和包括一个或多个氢传感光纤的氢传感器(hydrogen sensors)。因为通常气体的泄漏和/或形成,并且特别是氢的泄漏,经常是诸如水辐射分解或金属结构腐蚀的化学活性的指示,所以特别需要实际上是氢分子检测的氢检测。
背景技术
由于一些现有技术的氢传感器依靠其他技术,所以它们并不包括氢传感光纤。这样的现有技术的氢传感器与基于氢传感光纤的氢传感器相比经常不呈现相同的灵活性(柔性,适应性,flexibility)。
一些现有技术的氢传感器包括氢传感光纤。这样的现有技术的氢传感器已表现出一些优势,特别是它们分布和移动传感系统的能力。但是,如将在下面讨论的这样的现有技术的氢传感器,不是尽可能可靠和/或灵活的(柔性的),因为它们经常表现出一个或多个以下缺点:氢存在检测不是足够精确的,氢存在检测在延长的时间段不能维持稳定,氢存在检测具有太长的响应时间、太高的复杂性。
根据第一个现有技术,例如在国际申请WO2009154216(A1)中描述的,其公开了氢光纤传感器系统,其中由于在光纤的外围包含铂催化剂的检测层,而实现氢检测,所述检测层的折射率由氢的存在而改变。该第一个现有技术公开了非常复杂且昂贵的基于具有铂和氧化钨层的涂层的光纤结构(纤维结构)。

发明内容
本发明的目的是至少部分减少上面提到的缺点。
更特别地,本发明的目的在于提供一种包括氢传感光纤的氢传感器,其提高氢存在检测精度、随时间的氢存在检测可靠性、缩短响应时间的氢存在检测之间的整体折衷,同时保持氢传感器结构,并且尤其是氢传感光纤结构的相对简单性。
为了提高精度,本发明的一些实施方式的目的优选在于通过作为在氢传感器附近的氢浓度的更可能代表的氢传感光纤的性质改变来检测氢存在,于是不仅允许简单的氢存在检测而且还允许氢浓度的实时定量。有利地,这样的所测性能是光纤衰减,它的光纤衰减最直接地受光纤芯(纤维芯)中的氢扩散影响。
为了增加可靠性的持续时间,本发明的一些实施方式目的优选在于以可逆的方式检测氢存在,使得氢传感器的理论寿命与氢传感器附近氢的量相比更受氢传感光纤的寿命的限制,如果在较长的时间段内太高,则对于一些现有技术的传感器,氢传感器附近氢的量可以使氢传感光纤过早地饱和。有利地,为了改变传感光纤性质氢与氢传感光纤相互作用将被选择为可逆相互作用;当氢出现和然后消失时,氢传感光纤的性质被改变,然后回到初始值。
为了缩短响应时间,本发明的一些实施方式的目的优选是促进氢对氢传感光纤的作用(影响),并且甚至更优选地加速氢对氢传感光纤的作用,因此氢存在检测更快速地发生。有利地,氢对氢传感光纤的作用基本上是由于在氢扩散到氢传感光纤芯中之后存在于氢传感光纤芯中的氢引起的。

图1示出了根据本发明实施方式的氢传感光纤的一个实例。氢传感光纤1,更一般地称为传感光纤1或甚至称为光纤1,具有光纤芯11和光纤包层12。传感光纤1也可以具有在光纤包层12周围的一个或多个光纤涂层以使其被更好地保护。传感光纤1具有直径d和光纤包层厚度th。当氢10存在于传感光纤1附近时,例如当氢10包围传感光纤1时,氢10将随时间从传感光纤1外部通过传感光纤1,首先通过一个或多个光纤涂层(如果存在的话),然后通过光纤包层12扩散,并且最后朝向光纤芯中央扩散到光纤芯11中。
已经预处理传感光纤1从而便于(减缓,ease)来自传感光纤1外部的氢10向光纤芯11的未来扩散。实际上,测量的传感光纤11的性质为主要依赖于光纤芯11状态的传感光纤1衰减。所以,氢10可以更快速地扩散,直到其存在于光纤芯11中和优选存在于整个光纤芯11中,特别是存在于光纤芯11中央,氢传感光纤1和相关的包括该氢传感光纤1的氢传感器的响应时间最短。
优选在传感光纤1的整个寿命期间,预处理传感光纤1直到其在任何波长无法经历另外的不可逆氢致损失。实际上,如果传感光纤1与氢10之间的所有可能的不可逆相互作用在预处理阶段期间已经发生,则当使用传感光纤1时,因为存在于光纤包层12和/或光纤芯11中的缺陷将不再阻止氢,所以氢10将在光纤芯11内更快地扩散,并更快地朝向光纤芯中央扩散,其同时通过与部分氢分子相互作用而会阻碍氢扩散。
在能够与现有的光纤玻璃(玻璃纤维)缺陷反应的气体下预处理传感光纤1。优选地,预先使所有光纤缺陷饱和。于是,随后,当将要使用传感光纤1时,这些缺陷将不再减缓氢扩散,因为这些缺陷已经与所述气体反应,将不再能够与来自外部的氢反应。有利地,的确可以与氢反应的所有缺陷已经以不可逆的方式反应,最好是使这些缺陷预先与氢反应,实际上是在预处理阶段期间。氘将不是适合的用于预处理的气体,直到传感光纤1不能经历另外的不可逆氢致损失,因为氢可以替换在光纤缺陷的区(plots)的氘,然后代替氢扩散,朝向光纤芯中央的氘扩散将不具有相同的对光纤衰减增加(其相反将具有氢扩散)的效果。
光纤芯11优选为纯二氧化硅或掺杂有氟的二氧化硅。这样掺杂的光纤芯11在苛刻的环境如其中氢传感器周围的外部气氛是放射性的环境下更坚固。例如,在地下存在一些存储位置,用于存储放射性废物。当在这些存储位置中存在氢泄漏时,意味着存在问题。存在金属容器的腐蚀,或存在由于放射性废物的容器的泄漏引起的在放射性废物与外部环境之间的反应。此外,外部空气中的高于4%氢浓度的水平,存在不可忽视的爆炸危险。这样的放射性环境的另外实例可以是核电站。因此,在这样的放射性环境中,因为缩短的响应时间氢传感光纤1已经是感兴趣的,响应时间在本文中是相当关键的参数,并且当其非常坚固时是特别感兴趣的。相对于用对辐射更敏感的锗来掺杂光纤芯11,用氟掺杂的光纤芯11或未掺杂的光纤芯11改善了坚固性。
为了便于(ease)更多的氢扩散到光纤芯11中,可以减少光纤包层12的厚度th。以这种方式,氢更快速地扩散通过光纤包层12。必须找到一种折衷(平衡),因为如果没有更多的光纤包层12或太少,则光纤芯11未受到足够保护。因此,光纤包层12的厚度th优选从5μm至30μm。由于类似原因,光纤包层12优选由塑性材料(塑料)制成,而不是二氧化硅,并且特别是由聚合物材料制成。因为与二氧化硅的密度相比,聚合物的密度更低,所以与通过二氧化硅相比,氢更容易且更快速地扩散通过聚合物。
传感光纤1可以为具有大芯直径d的多模光纤,例如约50μm或更大,或为具有小芯直径的单模光纤,例如约10μm或更小。因为与单模光纤相比,多模传感光纤1不需要涂层或更少的涂层,所以优选多模传感光纤1。由于固有的脆性,单模光纤将需要涂层和较厚的涂层。涂层的存在将减慢氢扩散。优选无涂层(但具有光纤包层12)的多模传感光纤1。
图2示出了在其外壳中包括根据本发明实施方式的氢传感光纤的传感器的实例。在氢传感器9的外壳8内,存在氢传感光纤1、加热器2、光源4、光检测器5、计算器6、温度传感器7。
光源4适于在其中传感光纤1仍可经历可逆氢致损失的第一波长下将光发射到传感光纤1中。光检测器5适于在相同的第一波长下检测从传感光纤1发出的光。
在传感器9的外部,其在此表示其外壳8的外部,存在包含氢10a的外部环境。这种氢10a从外壳8的外部移动到外壳8中。这种空气循环通过箭头fa示出。然后,在外壳8中,存在将在传感光纤1内扩散的氢10b,其首先通过光纤包层12,然后通过光纤芯11。在传感光纤1中氢10b的这种扩散通过箭头fb示出。以该方式,传感光纤1与来自氢传感器9外部的气氛接触。
光源4在传感光纤1的一端将光发射到光纤芯11中。发射的光通过箭头fc示出。该光全部沿传感光纤1传播直到在传感光纤1的另一端传出来。通过在光检测器5处检测来自传感光纤1的光并在计算器6中分析它,可以计算光纤衰减。检测的光通过箭头fd示出。光纤衰减增加将是光纤芯11内氢存在的指示。光纤衰减增加的量产生氢浓度值。
为了使得由于光纤芯11中的氢存在引起的光纤衰减增加的测量更精确,由于光纤芯11中的氢存在,在可逆衰减峰的光谱范围内选择第一波长。优选地,选择在对应于氢的共振频率的第一谐波(泛音,overtone)的波长范围内的峰,这是因为其是在所有泛音中最高的峰,并且到目前为止,因此导致更精确的纤维衰减增加计算。
第一谐波的峰优于基本的峰,这是因为基本峰在大于2μm的波长,其不在二氧化硅的“传递窗口(transmission window)”中,也就是说基本峰位于其中衰减本质上非常高的光谱范围中,检测光纤衰减增加将更加困难并将导致较少精确的光纤衰减测量,产生较少精确的氢浓度定量。有利地,第一波长为约1242nm,例如1242nm±2nm,第一谐波峰的范围为约1240nm至1244nm。
传感器9包括适合于热传感光纤1的加热器2。该加热器2例如设置在传感光纤1周围。加热传感光纤1对传感器响应时间缩短具有第一正作用(积极作用),因为其加速氢向光纤芯中央的扩散。加热传感光纤1对氢定量精度具有第二负作用(负效应),因为由于在光纤芯11中的氢存在其减少可逆衰减峰的水平。对传感器响应时间的第一正作用,至少在宽的温度范围内超过对定量精度的第二负作用,因此在优选的更有限的温度范围内很大程度上超过定量精度的第二负作用。
有利地,当传感器9处于使用中时,加热器2适合于永久地加热传感光纤1。当传感器9处于使用中时,如果在考虑的应用中仅在长的时间间隔需要氢浓度测量,则加热器2也可以适合于间歇地加热传感光纤1。
传感器9包括适合于通过比较在第一波长下检测的光功率与发射的光功率来计算光纤衰减的计算器6。计算器6也适合于通过计算的光纤衰减来直接或间接地确定氢传感器9周围的外部气氛中氢存在的量。
为了使测量更精确,在其中外部条件可以快速且强烈变化的环境中,计算器6优选适合于计算第一波长处的光纤衰减与第二波长处的光纤衰减之间的差异,所述氢传感光纤在所述第二波长处呈现出独立于存在于光纤芯11中的氢的量的衰减。因此,在第二波长,不存在可逆氢致损失,但是可以存在不可逆氢致损失。然后计算器6也适合于通过所述计算的差异确定在传感器9周围的外部气氛中的氢存在的量。
为了使测量更加精确,在其中外部温度可以被快速且强烈变化的环境中,氢传感器9进一步包括耦接至氢传感光纤1和计算器6的温度传感器7,从而为计算器6提供氢传感光纤1的温度。然后计算器6适合于根据氢传感光纤1温度变化来校正计算的一个或多个光纤衰减。
图3示出了包括根据本发明实施方式的氢传感光纤的分布式传感器的另一实例。氢传感器9包括氢传感光纤1、加热器2、更简单地称为OTDR3的光时域反射计(光学时域反射仪)3、计算器6、温度传感器7。
OTDR3包括光源和光检测器。光源适于在其中传感光纤仍可以经历可逆氢致损失的第一波长下将光发射到传感光纤1中。光检测器适合于在相同的第一波长下检测从传感光纤1发出来的光。氢10以与图2中相同的方式扩散到光纤芯11中。
OTDR3在传感光纤1的一个末端向光纤芯11中发射激光脉冲。通过箭头fc示出了发射的光。全部沿传感光纤1,这些激光脉冲被瑞利背散射(Rayleigh back scattering)反射。通过在其中发射其的同一末端在OTDR3中检测从传感光纤1发出的反向散射激光脉冲,并通过在计算器6中分析它们,可以计算光纤衰减。通过箭头fd示出检测的光。光纤衰减增加将是光纤芯11内氢存在的指示。光时域反射计可以给出传感光纤1内光纤衰减增加的位置从那里产生沿氢传感光纤的氢存在的精确定位。光纤衰减增加的量导致氢浓度值。
在氢传感器9的实例中,氢传感光纤1的长度为至少100m,优选至少500m,更优选至少1000m。于是,可以通过氢传感器9来监测宽区域。以该方式,在更广大的区域上我们可以具有分布式传感器9。优选地,对于氢传感光纤1的至少一个点,所述点与相应源4和检测器5之间的两个距离的最小的为至少50m,优选至少200m,更优选至少500m。在OTDR3包括源4和检测器5的情况,对于氢传感光纤1的至少一个点,所述点和OTDR3之间的距离优选为至少5m。光时域反射计经常需要传感光纤1的最小长度,为了非常精确其略长。如果在小的氢检测区域中使用,则为了相对于在检测区域中的氢存在的位置以高精度使用光时域反射计,可以缠绕光纤。在这种情况下,可以使用具有低弯曲损耗的传感光纤。
图4示出了根据本发明实施方式的氢存在检测方法的实例。氢检测方法包括加热的步骤S1,发射光的步骤S2,检测光的步骤S3,计算衰减的步骤S4,定量氢存在的步骤S5。可以通过图2或图3的氢传感器来进行该氢检测方法。
步骤S1是加热氢传感光纤1,使得氢传感光纤的温度超过氢传感器周围的外部气氛的温度至少10℃,优选至少20℃的步骤。实际上,为了保持传感光纤温度恒定,选择加热从而维持传感光纤的温度高于外部气氛最大可能温度至少10℃,优选至少20℃。
通过结合低光纤包层厚度和在20℃-300℃范围,更优选在50℃-150℃中利用的控制加热温度使传感时间响应更加缩短。在高于传感光纤在实际条件经历的最高温度至少20℃的恒定温度下加热传感光纤的可能性允许无论外部环境温度怎样变化也确保传感可靠性。
优先选择加热步骤S1的强度,使得可在少于1小时,优选在少于10分钟内检测和定量氢传感器周围的外部气氛中的1%氢存在。然而,在现有技术的检测氢存在中,不管氢浓度定量,会容易花费更长的时间,并且例如范围可从几小时到至少几天。
步骤S2是在其中氢传感纤维仍可经历可逆氢致损失的第一波长下将光发射到包括在氢传感器内的氢传感光纤中的步骤。步骤S3是在第一波长下检测从氢传感光纤发出的光的步骤。步骤S4是通过比较在第一波长下检测的光功率与发射的光功率来计算在第一波长处的衰减的步骤。步骤S5是通过计算的光纤衰减来直接或间接地确定氢传感器周围的外部气氛中氢存在的量的步骤。
图5示出了根据本发明实施方式的氢传感光纤预处理方法的实例。氢传感光纤预处理方法顺序包括将传感光纤暴露于特定的气氛的步骤S10和在另一气氛中向外集中(out gazing)的步骤S20。
步骤S10是在预定的压力、在预定的温度,在第一预定时间期间将氢传感光纤暴露于包含预定氢浓度的气氛的步骤。优选地,预定的压力优选从1至10大气压,更优选从2至10大气压。优选地,预定的温度优选从20℃至150℃,更优选从50℃至90℃。
优选地,第一预定时间优选从30小时至1000小时。也是暴露步骤的处理持续时间的第一预定时间通过在其后预先存在的光纤芯或光纤包层缺陷已经完全与氢反应的时间来定义。对更高的温度和压力条件该持续时间将更短。例如在氢预处理的情况中,达到缺陷饱和所需的时间可以例如通过在1385nm处SiOH峰的饱和来定义
步骤S20是在预定条件下向外集中(out gazing)的步骤。特别地,温度低于或等于光纤预处理的温度,优选在第二预定时间期间的环境条件下。优选地,第二预定时间优选为至少2周。该向外集中(out gazing)步骤S20可有利地与传感光纤存储阶段结合。
就在预处理阶段期间的氢浓度而言,可以遵守严格的安全条件或者不遵守它们。在非严格安全环境下,更好的是使用范围从1%至4%的预定氢浓度,以便保持在4%的阈值浓度下,而高于4%将导致增加的爆炸危险。在严格安全的环境中,为了具有可能有效和最短的预处理持续时间,更好的是使用范围从90%至100%的预定氢浓度。
图6示出了显示由于在光纤芯中在不同条件下氢扩散的作为以小时h表示的时间t的函数的以dB/km表示的光纤衰减增加Att曲线的实例。曲线Ca代表用于根据本发明实施方式的传感光纤的衰减峰变化。曲线Cb代表根据现有技术的传感光纤的衰减峰变化,也就是说没有氢预处理。曲线Cc代表现在称为“基线”的参考光纤的衰减峰不变化。
图6示出了与用于定义基线的1310nm相比的1242nm峰变化,这种峰变化表明在光纤芯中的分子氢的可逆存在。图6示出了在1242nm对由玻璃制成的标准60μm光纤包层直径,氢预处理对氢的延迟时间检测的影响。测量在1%氢浓度,1大气压的压力值,70℃的温度值,在144小时的期间内进行。由于与分子氢H2相关的特定峰增加的测量而检测了传感光纤周围的氢存在,该峰光谱范围为约1240nm至约1244nm,利用由光纤衰减谱内特定波长确定的基线校正,例如在不可逆OH峰已经通过传感光纤的氢预处理饱和的1310nm处,其水平不受可逆氢存在的影响。结论,根据本发明的传感光纤对氢存在检测具有更短的响应时间。
图7示出了显示由于对氢传感光纤的以摄氏度表示的不同温度在光纤芯中的氢扩散的作为以小时h表示的时间t的函数的氢存在检测[H2](以归一化相对方式表示)曲线的实例。曲线C90代表作为时间函数的90℃传感光纤温度的氢检测。曲线C75代表作为时间函数的75℃传感光纤温度的氢检测。曲线C60代表作为时间函数的60℃传感光纤温度的氢检测。曲线C45代表作为时间函数的45℃传感光纤温度的氢检测。
图7示出了在具有标准60μm光纤包层直径的光纤的情况下,温度对氢到达光纤芯所需的时间的影响。检测水平迅速增加直到稳定化;以后,由于因为向外集中(out gazing)氢消失而使其减少。结论,我们可以看到温度越高,检测越快,于是传感光纤的响应时间越短,并且该作用非常显著。但是我们也可以看到温度最高,衰减峰增加最小,于是氢定量越不精确,但该作用非常有限。
图8示出了显示作为以℃表示的氢传感光纤温度T和以μm表示的氢传感光纤包层厚度th函数的在光纤芯中以分钟min表示的氢扩散时间t的曲线的实例。图8示出了当降低传感光纤玻璃包层厚度和增加传感光纤温度时潜在延迟时间减小。其可以在低如几十分钟达到响应时间。如果使用聚合物光纤包层代替玻璃光纤包层,甚至可显著减少该响应。
图9示出了根据本发明实施方式的氢传感光纤的另一个实例。多模氢传感光纤1具有光纤芯11和光纤包层12。光纤芯11可以为锗或氟掺杂的二氧化硅。光纤包层12可以为低折射率聚合物。多模传感光纤1也可以在光纤包层12周围具有一个或多个薄光纤涂层以被更好地保护。但是,优选地不具有这样的涂层以便加速外部氢朝向芯扩散。传感光纤1具有直径d和光纤包层厚度th。传感光纤1的直径d为约80μm。
图10示出了根据本发明实施方式的氢传感光纤的又一个实例。单模氢传感光纤1具有光纤芯11和光纤包层12。光纤芯11可以为锗或氟掺杂的二氧化硅。光纤包层12可以为纯二氧化硅。单模传感光纤1也可以具有包围光纤包层12的一个或多个光纤涂层以被更好地保护,例如主涂层(primary coating)13和次涂层(辅助涂层,secondary coating)14。传感光纤1具有直径d和光纤包层厚度th。传感光纤1的直径d为约80μm。
为了确保快速和可靠的氢含量的响应,不管周围的其他环境变化,尤其是温度变化,如图9中的多模传感光纤或如图10中的单模传感光纤可以呈现优选的可有利地彼此结合的以下特征:光纤芯和光纤包层内的碱和金属杂质的浓度低于0.1ppb、光纤外径在30到150μm之间,优选在30到80μm之间、玻璃或聚合物光纤包层、光纤包层厚度在10到50μm之间,更优选在10到30μm之间。在玻璃光纤包层的情况下,可使用抗20°C-300°C范围,更优选在500°C-150°C之间的温度的薄且气体可透过的聚合物涂层。
现在,详细地描述根据本发明实施方式的氢传感光纤的制造步骤的实例。该氢传感光纤具有80μm塑料光纤包层直径。顺序实现以下制造步骤。
首先制造芯棒。通过PCVD(等离子体化学气相沉积)技术通过将锗和/或氟(共同掺杂Ge和F允许芯折射率(指数)等于纯二氧化硅的折射率)掺杂层顺序沉积到基板管(substrate tube)的内表面中实现了不具有包层的阶跃型折射率分布。第二,使芯棒崩塌。第三,通过机械加工和HF蚀刻的顺序步骤来进行基板管的去除。第四,完成将芯棒下拉成50μm直径的光纤芯,其中加衬有具有15μm厚度的低折射率聚合物的涂层。聚合物折射率使得能够达到充分的数值孔径。具有在1.36-1.46(850nm处给定的值)范围中的包层折射率的塑料包层可来自商业可获得的树脂。第五,在纯分子氢的10大气压的压力下在高压釜内,在75℃的温度下,处理光纤72小时以使所有玻璃缺陷饱和。第六,然后在20℃的温度下在一周期间内在大气压力下用氮(N2)置换高压釜内的氢压力。
然后,在空气中在室温下在至少两周以上期间内储存处理的传感光纤以达到总分子氢向外集中(out gazing)。然后可以将光纤整合到传感器系统的缆式(索式)结构中,其允许在高于最大环境温度至少20℃的温度下持续加热。在该缆式(索式)结构中,具有使氢气进入直接与传感光纤接触的装置。
根据以上实例的传感光纤可提供以下氢传感特性。通过测量在1242nm+/-2nm波长附近的特定且可逆的峰,可以以可靠的方式测量环境中的分子氢浓度。由于氢朝向光纤芯减少的扩散时间其具有最短的时间响应延迟。该时间延迟在50℃的传感光纤温度下甚至可低于1分钟并且在65℃的传感光纤温度下低于30秒。氢含量和在1242nm附近的波长处可逆的氢致损失(HIL)之间的关系随时间仍然是可预测的。
已经参考优选的实施方式描述了本发明。但是,许多变化可以在本发明的范围内。
Claims (28)
1.氢传感光纤(1),包括芯(11)和包层(12),其中,用能够与在未处理光纤中存在的玻璃缺陷反应的气体来预处理所述光纤,使得在将至少一部分所述光纤暴露在包含氢的气氛中之后,所述光纤在任何波长下不呈现出不可逆的氢致损失。

-根据计算的光纤衰减来直接或间接地确定在所述氢传感器周围的外部气氛中的氢存在的量的步骤(S5)。
18.根据权利要求17所述的氢检测方法,进一步包括加热氢传感光纤,使得氢传感光纤的温度超过氢传感器周围的外部气氛的温度至少10℃,优选至少20℃的步骤(S1)。
19.根据权利要求18所述的氢检测方法,进一步包括加热氢传感光纤,使得可以在少于1小时内,优选在少于10分钟内检测并定量在氢传感器周围的气氛中的1%氢存在的步骤(S1)。

-将预处理的氢传感光纤装配到所述氢传感器中的第二步骤。
25.根据权利要求24所述的制造氢传感器的方法,其中,将所述预处理的氢传感光纤装配到所述氢传感器的外壳中。
26.根据权利要求24所述的制造氢传感器的方法,其中,将所述预处理的氢传感光纤装配到所述氢传感器的缆式结构中。
27.根据权利要求24至26中任一项所述的制造氢传感器的方法,其中,将所述预处理的氢传感光纤装配到所述氢传感器中,一旦完全装配,所述氢传感器也包括:
-光源(4),适合于在由于在光纤芯(11)中的氢存在引起的可逆衰减增加的光谱范围内在第一波长下将光发射到所述氢传感光纤(1)中;
-光检测器(5),适合于在所述第一波长下检测从所述氢传感光纤(1)出来的光。
28.根据权利要求24至27中任一项所述的制造氢传感器的方法,其中,所述第一步骤是根据权利要求21至23中任一项所述的氢传感光纤预处理方法。
