Abstract

一种钢筋机械锚固方法,涉及钢筋机械锚固,属于建筑工程领域。避免了钢筋锚固长度过长,尤其是避免高强度纵向受力钢筋锚固长度过长。本发明解决了用焊接方式连接钢筋和锚固板引发的焊接速度慢、焊接质量难以保证的问题;解决了钢筋末端弯钩锚固影响混凝土浇筑,锚固区拥挤的问题;解决了末端锚固容易发生的局部混凝土破坏问题。本发明将钢套管套在钢筋外面,用挤压设备对钢套管进行径向挤压,让钢套管发生塑性变形与钢筋横肋咬合形成整体,形成锚固,通过设置多个钢套管在钢筋锚固长度范围内形成多点锚固,增加锚固力,相对于只能在末端形成锚固的方法,使得钢筋的锚固长度相当于基本锚固长度的40%左右。本发明在建筑工程有广阔应用前景。

一种钢筋机械锚固方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢筋机械锚固方法,属于建筑工程领域。
背景技术
钢筋锚固是钢筋混凝土构件中要解决的最基本的问题,每根钢筋都需要可靠的锚固才能发挥其强度。现行国家标准《混凝土结构设计规范》GB50010的钢筋锚固有以下几种方法:
方法1:钢筋末端90度弯钩锚固,方法2:钢筋末端135度弯钩锚固,方法3:钢筋末端一侧贴焊锚筋锚固,方法4:钢筋末端两侧贴焊锚筋锚固,方法5:钢筋末端穿孔塞焊锚板锚固,方法6:钢筋末端螺栓锚头锚固。
方法1和方法2缺陷:不能作为受压锚固使用;弯钩锚固增加了钢筋量,造成锚固区拥挤,不利于混凝土浇筑;只是在钢筋末端形成了锚固,无法在钢筋锚固长度范围内形成多点锚固。
方法3缺陷:不能作为受压钢筋锚固;焊接长度较长,焊接速度慢;只是在钢筋末端形成了锚固,无法在钢筋锚固长度范围内形成多点锚固。
方法4缺陷:对混凝土保护层厚度要求高;焊接长度较长,焊接速度慢。
方法5缺陷:用塞焊的方式连接钢筋和锚板焊接速度慢,焊接质量不可靠;对混凝土保护层厚度要求高,由于只是在钢筋末端形成锚固,容易发生局部混凝土破坏。
方法6缺陷:只是在钢筋末端形成了锚固,无法在钢筋锚固长度范围内形成多点锚固;对混凝土保护层厚度要求高,由于只是在钢筋末端形成锚固,容易发生局部混凝土破坏。
目前我国新开发出的低碳低合金的高强热处理钢筋(屈服强度大于500兆帕,小于800兆帕)锚固长度相对普通强度钢筋的锚固长度更长。为此,需要提出新的机械锚固方法解决高强钢筋在工程中应用问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免钢筋锚固长度过长,尤其是避免高强度纵向受力钢筋锚固长度过长,提供一种钢筋机械锚固方法。本发明解决了用焊接方式连接钢筋和锚固板引发的焊接速度慢、焊接质量难以保证的问题;解决了钢筋末端弯钩锚固影响混凝土浇筑,锚固区拥挤的问题;解决了末端锚固容易发生的局部混凝土破坏问题。
本发明的目的是通过如下措施达到的:
将钢套管套在钢筋外面,用挤压设备对钢套管进行径向挤压,让钢套管发生塑性变形与钢筋横肋咬合成整体,形成锚固,通过设置多个钢套管在钢筋锚固长度范围内形成多点锚固。
钢套管需用低碳镇静钢制作,这样钢套管塑性较好,利于径向挤压,钢套管屈服强度为235兆帕。
钢套管长度不小于钢筋直径的1倍,钢套管横截面积不小于钢筋的横截面积,钢套管的内径要大于钢筋直径5毫米以上。
当钢筋锚固长度范围内钢套管的数量不少于2个时,必须有一个钢套管位于钢筋锚固长度的末端;两个钢套管之间的间距不小于1倍的钢筋直径,且不小于钢套管的长度。
本发明有益效果是:
由于采用了径向挤压钢套管的方法,相对焊接的方法速度快且质量可靠,能很方便的在钢筋锚固长度范围内多点设置钢套管,径向挤压设备可以利用现有的成熟设备,无需对设备的二次开发。
由于可以在钢筋锚固长度范围内多点设置钢套管,相对于只能在末端形成锚固的方法,能有效地缩短钢筋锚固长度,使得钢筋的锚固长度相当于基本锚固长度的40%左右,较大节省了锚固钢筋,提高了混凝土浇注质量,加快了施工进度,降低了成本,方便了施工;由于能在钢筋锚固长度范围内多点锚固,可以将锚固力分散,对混凝土保护层厚度要求降低,可以避免钢筋末端锚固带来的混凝土的局部破坏问题。
钢套管适合工业化大批量生产,有利于钢筋加工的现代化。

具体实施方式
所有钢套管通过专业的机械公司加工,钢套管径向尺寸误差不超过±0.5毫米,长度尺寸误差控制在±1mm。
将钢套管套入钢筋,通过挤压设备上的高压油泵施加径向挤压力,使钢套管发生塑性变形和钢筋紧密咬合在一起即可完成钢筋的钢套管机械锚固,通过挤压多个钢套管即可形成对钢筋多点锚固。

1.一种钢筋机械锚固方法,其特征是:将钢套管套在钢筋外面,用挤压设备对钢套管进行径向挤压,让钢套管发生塑性变形与钢筋横肋咬合成整体,形成锚固,钢套管需用低碳镇静钢制作,钢套管长度不小于钢筋直径的1倍,钢套管横截面积不小于钢筋的横截面积,当钢筋锚固长度范围内钢套管的数量不少于2个时,必须有一个钢套管位于钢筋锚固长度的末端,两个钢套管之间的间距不小于1倍的钢筋直径,且不小于钢套管的长度。
