Claims (1)
- 通过专用机具,将一种可控制锚固力的筋材(钢筋、钢绞线、型钢、钢丝绳)和专门的锚固件插入到岩土与水泥浆混合体中,即可达到设计所要求的锚固力。本发明专利的权利要求:1、锚固力控制方法通过加入专门设计的锚固件,可以获得设计的锚固力。通过改变锚锭板的形式、尺寸、锚锭板与锚筋的联接方式、锚筋的数量、锚固控制套管的材料、尺寸(长度与厚度)和锁紧力来实现。2、锚固件的组成及结构型式锚固力可控的锚固件结构是由锚筋、锚锭板、可冷压控制锚固力的锚套管组成。其锚锭板的形状和结构形式有圆形和多边形,联接的锚筋数量由一根至四根以上。
