Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:SG-6型PVC树脂60-65、低密度聚乙烯树脂35-40、聚氯乙烯再生料20-30、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯2-3、氯化石蜡2-4、二盐基亚磷酸铅2-4、高耐磨炭黑1.8-2.2、改性蒙脱石粉3-5、邻苯二酚0.8-1.1、二甲基硅油1-3和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS 2-4;本发明通过对配方进一步优化,在配方中添加了改性蒙脱石粉成分,使得在pvc管材的加工过程中能促进无机填料的分散,提高pvc熔体的流动性,还能提升拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,韧性好,硬度低的缺点;而且制备方法简单,可以有效的应用于各行各业中。

Description

一种含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及pvc管材生产领域,尤其涉及一种含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材及其制备方法。
背景技术
pvc管材的主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入增塑剂、抗老化剂等辅料来增加其耐热性、韧性、延展性等,pvc是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料,pvc管材是一种成熟的管材,主要应用于给排水工程,pvc管材具有耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀性、强度高等优点,但是,目前大步分生产厂家生产出来的pvc管材抗冲击性能并不好,尤其在PVC制品的加工中的塑化过程,无机物的分散和pvc熔体的加工流动性一直是个难题。
发明内容
    本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,其组成原料的重量份为:SG-6型PVC树脂60-65、低密度聚乙烯树脂35-40、聚氯乙烯再生料20-30、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯2-3、氯化石蜡2-4、二盐基亚磷酸铅2-4、高耐磨炭黑1.8-2.2、改性蒙脱石粉3-5、邻苯二酚0.8-1.1、二甲基硅油1-3和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS  2-4。
含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,其组成原料的重量份为:SG-6型PVC树脂62、低密度聚乙烯树脂38、聚氯乙烯再生料25、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯2.5、氯化石蜡3、二盐基亚磷酸铅3、高耐磨炭黑2、改性蒙脱石粉4、邻苯二酚1、二甲基硅油2和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS  3。
含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,在热混锅内加入SG-6型PVC树脂、聚氯乙烯再生料和低密度聚乙烯树脂,加热2-3分钟,然后依次加入聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯、氯化石蜡、二盐基亚磷酸铅、高耐磨炭黑、改性蒙脱石粉、邻苯二酚、二甲基硅油和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS,反应5-7分钟;
(2)然后加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为165-170℃,模头温度为185-195℃,螺杆转速为500-600rpm;
(3)采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出成型,即得含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,挤出机机筒温度为180-185℃,模头温度为200-210℃。
所述的含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,其特征在于:所述的改性蒙脱石粉的制备方法为:
(1)、先将蒙脱石在450-480℃下焙烧3-4小时,再用10-12%盐酸溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
(2)、在上述处理后的蒙脱石中加入相当于其重量2-3%的月桂醇硫酸钠、1-2%的氯化石蜡、2-3%的聚异丁烯、3-5%氧化镁粉、1-2%的三聚磷酸钠、3-4%的铁矿尾渣,高速3200-3500转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
本发明的优点:
本发明通过对配方进一步优化,在配方中添加了改性蒙脱石粉成分,使得在pvc管材的加工过程中能促进无机填料的分散,提高pvc熔体的流动性,还能提升拉伸强度与断裂伸长率,韧性好,硬度低的缺点;而且制备方法简单,可以有效的应用于各行各业中。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1:含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,其组成原料的重量份(公斤)为:SG-6型PVC树脂62、低密度聚乙烯树脂38、聚氯乙烯再生料25、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯2.5、氯化石蜡3、二盐基亚磷酸铅3、高耐磨炭黑2、改性蒙脱石粉4、邻苯二酚1、二甲基硅油2和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS  3。
含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,在热混锅内加入SG-6型PVC树脂、聚氯乙烯再生料和低密度聚乙烯树脂,加热2-3分钟,然后依次加入聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯、氯化石蜡、二盐基亚磷酸铅、高耐磨炭黑、改性蒙脱石粉、邻苯二酚、二甲基硅油和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS,反应5-7分钟;
(2)然后加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为165-170℃,模头温度为185-195℃,螺杆转速为500-600rpm;
(3)采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出成型,即得含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,挤出机机筒温度为180-185℃,模头温度为200-210℃。
改性蒙脱石粉的制备方法为:
(1)、先将蒙脱石在450-480℃下焙烧3-4小时,再用10-12%盐酸溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
(2)、在上述处理后的蒙脱石中加入相当于其重量3%的月桂醇硫酸钠、2%的氯化石蜡、2%的聚异丁烯、5%氧化镁粉、1%的三聚磷酸钠、4%的铁矿尾渣,高速3200-3500转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
上述实施例制得的pvc管材的对比验证测试结果如下表:

Claims (4)

1.一种含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:SG-6型PVC树脂60-65、低密度聚乙烯树脂35-40、聚氯乙烯再生料20-30、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯2-3、氯化石蜡2-4、二盐基亚磷酸铅2-4、高耐磨炭黑1.8-2.2、改性蒙脱石粉3-5、邻苯二酚0.8-1.1、二甲基硅油1-3和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS  2-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:SG-6型PVC树脂62、低密度聚乙烯树脂38、聚氯乙烯再生料25、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯2.5、氯化石蜡3、二盐基亚磷酸铅3、高耐磨炭黑2、改性蒙脱石粉4、邻苯二酚1、二甲基硅油2和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS  3。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,在热混锅内加入SG-6型PVC树脂、聚氯乙烯再生料和低密度聚乙烯树脂,加热2-3分钟,然后依次加入聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯、氯化石蜡、二盐基亚磷酸铅、高耐磨炭黑、改性蒙脱石粉、邻苯二酚、二甲基硅油和钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS,反应5-7分钟;
(2)然后加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混并造粒即得混合粒子,挤出机机筒温度为165-170℃,模头温度为185-195℃,螺杆转速为500-600rpm;
(3)采用锥形双螺杆挤出机将所得的混合粒子挤出成型,即得含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,挤出机机筒温度为180-185℃,模头温度为200-210℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性蒙脱石粉的pvc管材,其特征在于:所述的改性蒙脱石粉的制备方法为:
(1)、先将蒙脱石在450-480℃下焙烧3-4小时,再用10-12%盐酸溶液浸泡3-4小时,再用去离子水洗涤至中性,烘干;
(2)、在上述处理后的蒙脱石中加入相当于其重量2-3%的月桂醇硫酸钠、1-2%的氯化石蜡、2-3%的聚异丁烯、3-5%氧化镁粉、1-2%的三聚磷酸钠、3-4%的铁矿尾渣,高速3200-3500转/分搅拌,烘干粉碎成超细粉末。
