Abstract

本发明属于真空电子器件和电光源材料及制造技术领域,是真空电子器件和电光源灯丝引出线的新材料,它克服了现有技术的不足,主要由芯丝(1)、保护层(2)组成,其中芯丝(1)是表层无硼酸盐的裸杜美丝制成,并在其上电镀一层镍或银、银铜等材料形成保护层(2),该灯丝引出线具有制造工艺简单成熟、成本低、导电性好、可焊性好、易于与软玻璃封接、气密性好、实用性强、应用范围广及易于实施等特点。

Description

本发明属于真空电子器件和电光源材料及制造技术领域。
目前,真空电子器件和电光源用的灯丝引出线要求与灯丝装配时导电性和可焊性好,与软玻璃封接时气密性好,常采用的灯丝引出线结构有以下三种形式:第一种是用两节导丝对焊制成,一端是可焊性和导电性好的镍丝,另一端是气密性好的杜美丝。该种灯丝引出线结构和工艺复杂;第二种是用进口合金丝制成,该种灯丝引出线成本高、价格昂贵(价格是杜美丝的7~8倍);第三种是用杜美丝制成,该种灯丝引出线与软玻璃封接时气密性好,但因其表面有一层绝缘的硼酸盐,当与灯丝装配时,接触电阻大,导电性和可焊性差,实用性极差。
本发明的目的:是为克服上述不足而提出的一种结构和工艺简单、成本低、导电性和可焊性好、气密性好、实用性强的灯丝引出线。
本发明是这样实现的,附图1绘出了一种灯丝引出线的结构示意图,它主要由芯丝(1)、保护层(2)组成。芯丝(1)是用裸杜美丝(无氧化层和硼酸盐层)制成,用一般金属丝电镀工艺和设备在芯丝(1)外表层镀一层金属镍或银、银制等材料形成保护层(2),该灯丝引出线导电性和可焊性好、气密性好、实用性强、成本低。
本发明的灯丝引出线与两节导丝制成的灯丝引出线相比有如下优点:结构和工艺简单。与进口合金丝制成的灯丝引出线相比有如下优点:成本和价格低。与普通杜美丝制成的灯丝引出线相比有如下优点:导电性好、可焊性好、气密性好、实用性强,可广泛应用于各类真空电子器件和电光源中。所以本发明的灯丝引出线具有结构和工艺简单、导电性和可焊性好、气密性好、实用性强、成本低、应用范围广及易于实施等特点。
以下结合说明书附图1对本发明的具体特征和实施方案作进一步描述:附图1绘出了一种灯丝引出线的结构示意图,它主要由芯丝(1)、保护层(2)组成。用铁镍合金丝电镀铜制成的裸杜美丝为芯丝(1),并在其上电镀1~4μ厚的金属镍或银、银铜等材料,最后清洗、退火、封装。
按上述制作即构成本发明-一种灯丝引出线及其制造方法。

Claims (2)

1、一种灯丝引出线,它主要由裸社美丝(无氧化层和硼酸盐层)制成的芯丝(1)和保护层(2)组成,其特征在于:保护层(2)是一层镍或银、银铜材料。
2、该灯丝引出线的制造方法,其特征在于:在用裸杜美丝做的芯丝(1)上,用电镀方法镀上一层1~4μ的镍或银、银铜材料制成保护层(2)。
