Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药，具体的说是一种用于辅助治疗的中药。
背景技术
断肢或断指再植是指断离的肢、指体在尚未引起组织细胞不可逆变性前，用显微外科手术吻合离断的动脉、静脉、神经及其他组织，使再植的肢或指体恢复血供，使其成活并恢复功能，断肢或断指再植手术不仅对术者显微外科操作技术要求极高，还需要一流的设备辅助才能完成。断肢或断指再植手术的成败，固然取决于手术中是否能成功地吻合血管。但是，如不重视术后处理，再植的肢或指体仍不易获得成活。离断的肢或指体条件好，手术经过顺利的，术后出现异常变化的较少。一些由于牵拉、压砸离断的肢或指体或缺血时间较长的离断肢或指体，手术中困难较多，需反复多次吻合血管始能重建断肢血液循环的，术后异常变化多，术后处理如果重视不够，再植容易失败。术后发生血液循环障碍的原因较多。由于体位变动、疼痛、情绪波动、直接或间接吸烟、室温下降，肢体受寒冷的刺激或术后早期突然停用抗痉挛药物等原因引起血管痉挛，使肢体血液循环发生障碍。也有由于手术中血管清创不彻底，血管吻合时张力过大，血管吻合质量差，移植血管过长形成弯曲，血管断端外膜剥离不干净，吻合时被带入官腔内等原因，使血管吻合口发生栓塞，致使肢体血液循环发生障碍。另外还有由于静脉吻合的数目过少或吻合质量差，导致静脉回流不畅，术后肢体肿胀；或由于肢体损伤严重，术后肢体肿胀，压迫静脉致血液回流困难，致使肢体血液循环发生障碍。所以，手术完成后并不意味再植肢或指体成活，还需要术后10天左右的观察与治疗。虽然术后有一些防止血管痉挛及栓塞的措施，但并不能完全防止血管痉挛及栓塞。而在边远的山区、工矿、不完全或完全的断肢高发区，实行此手术难度较大，价格昂贵。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述情况，提供一种填精益髓、接骨续筋、化瘀通络的用于辅助治疗断肢、指再植的中药。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种用于辅助治疗的中药，由如下组份按重量份配制，苦参2-5、何首乌10-15、红花10-15、金银花2-8、黄芪3-6、枸杞子4-7、女贞子5-9、甘草2-6、牡蒿4-9、防风10-13、乌梅1-3、鹿茸粉4-9、甘草8-12、紫草5-19、当归4-15、大黄11-14、断续2-7、地龙3-5、滑石1-3、杜仲5-10、骨碎补2-6、土鳖虫7-9、防己1-4。
本发明的优点：中医理论与实践相结合；疗效可靠，无毒副作用，无过敏现象。
所述各组分能过粉碎成粉末后，混合在一起装入胶囊。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详述本发明：
实施例1：
一种用于辅助治疗的中药，由如下组份按重量份配制，苦参2、何首乌10、红花10、金银花2、黄芪3、枸杞子4、女贞子5、甘草2、牡蒿4、防风10、乌梅1、鹿茸粉4、甘草8、紫草5、当归4、大黄11、断续2、地龙3、滑石1、杜仲5、骨碎补2、土鳖虫、防己1。
实施例2：
一种用于辅助治疗的中药，由如下组份按重量份配制，苦参5、何首乌15、红花15、金银花8、黄芪6、枸杞子7、女贞子9、甘草6、牡蒿9、防风13、乌梅3、鹿茸粉9、甘草12、紫草19、当归15、大黄14、断续7、地龙5、滑石3、杜仲10、骨碎补6、土鳖虫9、防己4。
实施例3：
一种用于辅助治疗的中药，由如下组份按重量份配制，苦参4、何首乌12、红花13、金银花5、黄芪5、枸杞子5、女贞子8、甘草4、牡蒿5、防风12、乌梅2、鹿茸粉5、甘草9、紫草14、当归13、大黄12、断续5、地龙4、滑石2、杜仲6、骨碎补5、土鳖虫8、防己2。
以上各实施方式得到的胶囊的服用方法是2粒/次，3次/日，早中晚饭后口服。可以明显降低断指再植术后血管危象的发生，解决断肢再植术后血液循环障碍的问题，提高断指再植肢体的成活率。
本发明为纯中草药无毒副作用，成本低且配置工艺简单。
病例1：
患者王李明，男，36岁，主因左手刀伤3小时入院，入院诊断：左小指末节被刀具切下，入院后在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下行清创截骨短缩再植术，术后常规显微外科治疗，并给以该胶囊口服，2粒/次，3次/日，早中晚饭后服用。术后无动静脉危象发生，再植手指成活。
病例2：
患者赵勇，男,45岁，主因左食指机器绞伤4小时入院，入院诊断：左拇指旋转撕脱性离断，入院后在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下行清创截骨短缩再植术，术后常规显微外科治疗，并给以该胶囊口服，2粒/次，3次/日，早中晚饭后服用。术后无动静脉危象发生，再植手指成活。

1.一种用于辅助治疗的中药，其特征在于：由如下组份按重量份配制，苦参2-5、何首乌10-15、红花10-15、金银花2-8、黄芪3-6、枸杞子4-7、女贞子5-9、甘草2-6、牡蒿4-9、防风10-13、乌梅1-3、鹿茸粉4-9、甘草8-12、紫草5-19、当归4-15、大黄11-14、断续2-7、地龙3-5、滑石1-3、杜仲5-10、骨碎补2-6、土鳖虫7-9、防己1-4。
