一种端盖式球面滑动轴承，包括吊环、条形散热片、橡胶软管、气封腔，轴承座一侧设有条形散热片，滑动轴承的另一侧设置有气封腔，所述的气封腔通过橡胶软管连接到轴承外部；所述的轴承座外壳一侧设置有进油孔、测温孔、油标孔以及备用孔。本发明对原结构进行了改良，此种结构简单、实际效果佳，有效地解决了内部压力大、润滑油泄漏的常见问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及到轴承，尤其是涉及到一种端盖式球面滑动轴承。
背景技术
当前大部分端盖式球面滑动轴承内外密封结构采用浮动密封，轴承内外盖装有浮动密封圈，保证了轴承内部油腔的密封性能。由于电机内部的通风环境带有负压，导致油腔中油气通过浮动密封圈逸出，润滑油泄漏，严重时会造成电机内部机座两端底部积油，并有油附着在定子绕组端部，严重影响电机主绝缘。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提高一种结构简单、运行稳定的端盖式球面滑动轴承。
本发明是这样实现的，一种端盖式球面滑动轴承，包括吊环、条形散热片、橡胶软管、气封腔，其特征在于：轴承座一侧设有条形散热片，滑动轴承的另一侧设置有气封腔，所述的气封腔通过橡胶软管连接到轴承外部；所述的轴承座外壳一侧设置有进油孔、测温孔、油标孔以及备用孔。
本发明对原结构进行了改良，此种结构简单、实际效果佳，有效地解决了内部压力大、润滑油泄漏的常见问题。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明
一种端盖式球面滑动轴承，包括吊环1、条形散热片4、橡胶软管9、气封腔10，其特征在于：轴承座一侧设有条形散热片4，滑动轴承的另一侧设置有气封腔10，所述的气封腔10通过橡胶软管9连接到轴承外部；所述的轴承座外壳一侧设置有进油孔5、测温孔6、油标孔7以及备用孔8。具体实施时，本发明装配前必须先清洗轴承配合面的防绣脂及其它杂物，确保轴承座内和轴瓦的内外表面清洁干净，然后进行轴承装配和轴承润滑；工作时，当轴承内部产生负压时，可通过气封腔直接抽取轴承外部空气，而不会通过浮动密封圈与轴的间隙抽取油腔内部的油气。

1.一种端盖式球面滑动轴承，包括吊环（1）、条形散热片（4）、橡胶软管（9）、气封腔（10），其特征在于：轴承座一侧设有条形散热片（4），滑动轴承的另一侧设置有气封腔（10），所述的气封腔（10）通过橡胶软管（9）连接到轴承外部；所述的轴承座外壳一侧设置有进油孔（5）、测温孔（6）、油标孔（7）以及备用孔（8）。
