Abstract

本发明公开了一种水表水泵专用玻璃纤维增强尼龙6材料及其制备方法,该材料包括以下按重量份数计的各组分:尼龙6为42.4~53份,玻璃纤维为40份,增韧剂为5~15份,相容剂为0.8份,抗氧剂为0.3份,偶联剂1.0份,润滑剂为0.3~0.5份,所述增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA),所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺接枝物(TAF),本发明采用了一种特殊的增韧剂—EVA,解决了尼龙材料韧性差问题的同时有效地增加了复合材料的耐水性能,并且降低了工业生产成本,同时找到了一种高性能润滑剂TFA,在起到润滑作用的同时还具有防止玻纤外漏的功能,且产品综合性能好,外观好,表面无浮纤现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种尼龙6材料,具体涉及一种水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
尼龙6(又称聚酰胺6,PA6,)是工程塑料中开发最早的品种,也是目前聚酰胺中产量最大的品种之一。尼龙6本身具有耐磨、耐油、自润滑、绝缘、力学性能优良、易成型加工、耐弱酸弱碱等优良的综合性能,因此,被广泛应用于汽车领域、日常用品及水表水泵工业,为了满足在水表水泵工业应用中要求,尼龙6通常需要具备优异的强度和耐久性,优异的着色性能,完美的表面外观,良好的加工性和极高的热稳定性,但是普通尼龙6存在着干态和低温冲击强度低的缺陷,同时较高的吸水率使得尼龙6制品的尺寸稳定性受到严重影响,近年来,通过共混改性,使其向高冲击、低吸水和优化加工等方向发展的研究成为广泛关注的课题,尼龙6的增强改性主要是添加纤维状、片状或其它形状的填料,在保证其原有的耐化学性和良好的加工性的基础上使其强度大幅度提高,尺寸稳定性和耐热性也得到明显改善,玻璃纤维增强尼龙材料是较为常用的纤维增强改性方法,但是,在玻璃纤维增强改性中普遍存在玻璃纤维与基体树脂间的粘结性和分散性较差,产品综合性能较差,存在玻璃纤维外露的问题,以及进一步增强韧性和降低工业生产成本的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料及其制备方法,具有高韧性和耐水性能,产品综合性能好,表面无浮纤现象,制品外观好,且价格相对低廉,能够满足水表、水泵工业发展的需要,拓展尼龙6的应用。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料,包括以下按重量份数计的各组分:
所述增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA),所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺接枝物(TAF)。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝共聚物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述偶联剂为γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
一种水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将重量份数配比的尼龙和EVA放入中速混合器中预混1~2分钟,然后加入重量份数配比的偶联剂混合1~2分钟,再将重量份数配比的相容剂、抗氧剂和润滑剂放入中速混合器中再混合,使各组分充分散均匀;
b、将步骤a中混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在熔融挤出的同时,引入玻璃纤维熔融挤出;双螺杆挤出机的加工工艺如下:从双螺杆挤出机喂料口到机头分为七个区,各区熔融度为:一区260℃~280℃,二区280℃~290℃,三区290℃~300℃,四区300℃~310℃,五区300℃~310℃,六区290℃~300℃,七区 290℃~300℃。
c、将步骤b中双螺杆挤出机的挤出物牵引、过水、风冷后送至切粒机切粒;
d、将步骤c中切粒机的切粒置入干燥器干燥后,得到制品。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤a中中速混合器的转速为大于1200转/分。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出一种水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料及其制备方法,采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)作为增韧剂,较好地解决了普通尼龙6材料韧性差的问题并降低了工业生产成本,采用乙撑双硬脂酰胺接枝物作为润滑剂,改善了玻璃纤维与基体树脂间的粘结性和分散性,有效防止了玻璃纤维外露现象,该水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料制成的产品综合性能好,表面无浮纤现象,制品外观好,且价格相对低廉,能够满足水表、水泵工业发展的需要,拓展尼龙6的应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明是如何实现的做进一步详细、清楚、完整地说明,所列实施例仅对本发明予以进一步的说明,并不因此而限制本发明。
实施例1
配方:尼龙6(PA6)53重量份, 增韧剂(EVA)5.0重量份,相容剂(马来酸酐接枝共聚物)0.8重量份,抗氧剂(1010:168=1:1)0.3重量份,偶联剂(γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷)1.0重量份,润滑剂(TAF)0.3重量份,玻璃纤维40重量份。
制备方法:
(1)、主辅料混合
将主料PA6与增韧剂、相容剂、抗氧剂、偶联剂、润滑剂进行混合搅拌,使各组分充分分散均匀;
(2)、熔融挤出
将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在熔融挤出同时,引入玻璃纤维熔融挤出,熔融挤出温度在240~260℃范围内;
(3)、造粒及后冷却、风干、切粒、过筛、过磁、包装,得到成品。
实施例2
配方:尼龙6(PA6)47.5重量份, 增韧剂(EVA)10重量份,相容剂(马来酸酐接枝共聚物)0.8重量份,抗氧剂(1010:168=1:1)0.3重量份,偶联剂(γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷)1.0重量份,润滑剂(TAF)0.4重量份,玻璃纤维40重量份。
制备方法同实施例1,在此不再赘述。
实施例3
配方:尼龙6(PA6)42.4重量份, 增韧剂(EVA)15重量份,相容剂(马来酸酐接枝共聚物)0.8重量份,抗氧剂(1010:168=1:1)0.3重量份,偶联剂(γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷)1.0重量份,润滑剂(TAF)0.5重量份,玻璃纤维40重量份。
制备方法同实施例1,在此不再赘述。
实施例1~3所制得的试样性能测试标准及测试结果如表1所示:

由上述各实施例制得试样的测试结果可知,本发明找到了一种特殊的增韧剂——乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA),从而较好地解决了普通尼龙6材料韧性差的问题,同时有效地增加了复合材料的耐水性能,且降低了工业生产成本,同时也找到了一种适用于玻璃纤维增强材料的润滑剂—乙撑双硬脂酰胺接枝物(TAF),改善了玻璃纤维与基体树脂的粘结性和分散性,有效防止了玻璃纤维外露现象,本发明产品综合性能好,表面无浮纤现象,制品外观好,已完全达到或超过国外同类产品的要求,完全可以替代进口,且价格相对低廉。

Claims (4)

1.一种水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料,其特征在于:包括以下按重量份数计的各组分:
所述增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA),所述润滑剂为乙撑双硬脂酰胺接枝物(TAF);所述相容剂为马来酸酐接枝共聚物;所述偶联剂为γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168中的至少一种。
3.一种如权利要求1至2任一项所述的水表水泵专用玻纤增强尼龙6材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a、将重量份数配比的尼龙和EVA放入中速混合器中预混1~2分钟,然后加入重量份数配比的偶联剂混合1~2分钟,再将重量份数配比的相容剂、抗氧剂和润滑剂放入中速混合器中再混合,使各组分充分散均匀;
b、将步骤a中混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中,在熔融挤出的同时,引入玻璃纤维熔融挤出;双螺杆挤出机的加工工艺如下:从双螺杆挤出机喂料口到机头分为七个区,各区熔融度为:一区260℃~280℃,二区280℃~290℃,三区290℃~300℃,四区300℃~310℃,五区300℃~310℃,六区290℃~300℃,七区290℃~300℃;
c、将步骤b中双螺杆挤出机的挤出物牵引、过水、风冷后送至切粒机切粒;
d、将步骤c中切粒机的切粒置入干燥器干燥后,得到制品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水表水泵专用玻璃纤维增强尼龙6材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤a中中速混合器的转速为大于1200转/分。
