光电池及电磁铁构成的冬枣生熟识别及分离器,是由外壳、第一电磁铁、联杆、舌片、红色LED、光电池、耳板、转轴、控制器、第二电磁铁、齿轮轴、轴座、挡板组成的,第一电磁铁、耳板、第二电磁铁、控制器、轴座都安装在外壳上,转轴与耳板安装在一起,舌片有孔的一端安装在转轴上,舌片另一端经联杆与第一电磁铁的输出杆安在一起,齿轮轴通过两个轴座与挡板固定联系在一起,第二电磁铁的输出杆为一段齿条,齿轮轴端的齿轮与第二电磁铁的输出杆上的齿条相啮合,红色LED与光电池紧靠在一起安装在舌片上,其上面为外壳的检测孔。该器件可实现冬枣的生熟进行自动分离。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种冬枣生熟识别及分离器,具体地说是应用红色LED、光电池组成的传感器,由电磁铁构成的执行机构,在控制器的信号处理作用下对冬枣进行生熟识别和自动分离的一种器件,属于农业自动化设备领域。
背景技术
近年来,随着种植面积的逐步扩大,冬枣逐步成为人们秋末冬初最常吃的的一种水果。冬枣的外形特点是圆,熟枣是红色的,生枣是青绿色的。红色的冬枣很甜很脆,而青绿色的生枣口味则差很多。因此,红枣和青枣在出售价格上往往相差很多。冬枣还有个特点就是一棵树上的冬枣并不是一起成熟,往往有早晚之分。但冬枣在被摘下树时,一般采用抽打的方式,将生的和熟的混在一起,这时就需要将生枣和熟枣进行分开,以便出售时获得更好的经济效益。现在,一般是人工进行生熟挑选,劳动强度很大。迫切需要一种能够进行自动分拣的设备,但目前没有该类装置。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种光电池及电磁铁构成的冬枣生熟识别及分离器。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:光电池及电磁铁构成的冬枣生熟识别及分离器,是由外壳、第一电磁铁、联杆、舌片、红色LED、光电池、耳板、转轴、控制器、第二电磁铁、齿轮轴、轴座、挡板组成的,第一电磁铁、耳板、第二电磁铁、控制器、轴座都安装在外壳上,转轴与耳板安装在一起,舌片有孔的一端安装在转轴上,舌片的另一端通过联杆与第一电磁铁的输出杆安装在一起,第一电磁铁的输出杆伸出时,将带动舌片远离外壳,舌片上的两个凸起离开外壳的内部,齿轮轴通过两个轴座与挡板固定联系在一起,第二电磁铁的输出杆为一段齿条,齿轮轴端的齿轮与第二电磁铁的输出杆上的齿条相啮合,红色LED与光电池紧靠在一起安装在舌片上,其上面为外壳的检测孔。
该发明的有益之处是红色LED与光电池构成的表面颜色检测器的作用下,可检测冬枣的生熟,在第二电磁铁的作用下,可实现对冬枣的生熟进行自动分离。

具体实施方式
光电池及电磁铁构成的冬枣生熟识别及分离器,是由外壳1、第一电磁铁2、联杆3、舌片4、红色LED5、光电池6、耳板7、转轴8、控制器9、第二电磁铁10、齿轮轴11、轴座12、挡板13组成的,第一电磁铁2、耳板7、第二电磁铁10、控制器9、轴座12都安装在外壳1上,转轴8与耳板7安装在一起,舌片4有孔的一端安装在转轴8上,舌片4的另一端通过联杆3与第一电磁铁2的输出杆安装在一起,第一电磁铁2的输出杆伸出时,将带动舌片4远离外壳1,舌片4上的两个凸起离开外壳1的内部,齿轮轴11通过两个轴座12与挡板13固定联系在一起,第二电磁铁10的输出杆为一段齿条,齿轮轴11端部的齿轮与第二电磁铁10的输出杆上的齿条相啮合。在第二电磁铁II10输出杆的作用下,挡板13可绕齿轮轴11旋转,红色LED5与光电池6紧靠在一起安装在舌片4上,其上面为外壳1的检测孔。
该器件安装在冬枣检测流动线上,第一电磁铁2端要高于挡板13端。当一只冬枣过来时,第一电磁铁2动作,将舌片4吸向外壳1,舌片4上的两个凸起伸进外壳1中,将冬枣隔离在两个凸起之间,控制器9检测光电池6的输出电流,若此时检测到光电池6的电流高于某阈值,表明该冬枣为红色枣,控制器9驱动第一电磁铁2动作,将舌片4远离外壳,两个凸起离开,冬枣在重力的作用下滑向挡板13端,此时控制器9控制第二电磁铁10动作,摆动挡板13,使冬枣滑向不同的出口,从而实现冬枣生熟的自动分离。

1.光电池及电磁铁构成的冬枣生熟识别及分离器,其特征在于:是由外壳、第一电磁铁、联杆、舌片、红色LED、光电池、耳板、转轴、控制器、第二电磁铁、齿轮轴、轴座、挡板组成的,第一电磁铁、耳板、第二电磁铁、控制器、轴座都安装在外壳上,转轴与耳板安装在一起,舌片有孔的一端安装在转轴上,舌片的另一端通过联杆与第一电磁铁的输出杆安装在一起,第一电磁铁的输出杆伸出时,将带动舌片远离外壳,舌片上的两个凸起离开外壳的内部,齿轮轴通过两个轴座与挡板固定联系在一起,第二电磁铁的输出杆为一段齿条,齿轮轴端的齿轮与第二电磁铁的输出杆上的齿条相啮合,红色LED与光电池紧靠在一起安装在舌片上,其上面为外壳的检测孔。
