Abstract
本发明为四连杆缓冲油压膝关节,油压轴心设置于四连杆油压体中心穿孔处,利用弹簧压力及补油活塞设置,可使其内部油量不足时能够自行补充,此油压轴心利用轴心外侧调节钮可进行弯曲速度及反弹回复速度进行调整,油压轴心所设置位置与一般常见位置不同,可使膝关节体积缩减,具可调整油压弯曲、伸直的速度,与头部归位呈水平状态时,具有变缓慢的功能;其四连杆油压体可变更设置一控制轴,其控制轴能产生着地缓冲的煞车动作,并可由控制轴上设置的固定螺丝调整高低,具有着地缓冲安全煞车功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种四连杆缓冲油压膝关节。
背景技术
一般义肢膝关节,因现有作法多以复合式连杆组合而成,达成模拟膝关节弯曲的作用,当膝关节需伸直着地而受到一冲击力时,该作动用连杆虽然会抵触压合该垫块,而提供吸收沿脚部方向冲击力的作用,有义肢膝关节所需求的人士,其步行速度并不一致,造成吸震效果差异性与佩带的舒适度,且复合式连杆组的设计,易使其义肢膝关节整体较长。
随医学发达在医疗实务及技术上也是日益精进,因应时代进步,义肢膝关节也有采用气压、油压等缓冲机构来进行设计,虽然吸震效果有较佳改善,但整体膝关节的长度,较容易限制身高,因此仍有进一步改良的空间。
发明内容
有鉴于上述各种情况及问题的存在,发明人积于多年从事相关行业的开发经验且潜心钻研,并整合上述现有结构等缺失,本发明人遂发明出更符合现代使用者需求的四连杆缓冲油压膝关节。
本发明是一种四连杆缓冲油压膝关节,包含一四连杆油压头、一连动装置、一弹力装置、一缓冲装置、一缓冲体组件相组合轴心设置组成,四连杆油压头用于向上连接大腿处,下缘缓冲体为连接小腿处,其中:该连杆经套合于四连杆油压头内凹槽,四连杆油压头外侧数孔分别连接弧片、拉杆,由滚针轴承、内六角平头螺丝及轴心置入定位,连杆下方穿孔与四连杆油压头凹槽配合,由滚针轴承及轴心置入定位,拉杆下方穿孔设置于四连杆油压体中心穿孔处,以内六角平头螺丝螺合,四连杆油压体下方穿孔经扣接缓冲体穿孔处,滚针轴承配合一轴心置入定位,缓冲体穿孔处外侧配以弧片相扣设,由数个内六角平头螺丝螺合;连杆内凹槽配弹力装置上方穿孔处经滚珠轴承与垫圈配轴心及滚针轴承置入定位,弹力装置下方则配四连杆油压体凸耳部穿孔,由轴心、垫圈、滚珠轴承定位,四连杆油压体下方扣接防震块合于缓冲翼;其中,油压轴心设置于四连杆油压体中心穿孔处,利用弹簧压力及补油活塞设置,可使内部油量不足时能够自行补充。
优选的,其油压轴心,可利用轴心两侧调节钮进行弯曲速度及反弹回复速度调整。
优选的,因油压设置改变,体积可缩减。
优选的,因缓冲装置内部四连杆油压体设置改变,加入一控制轴,其控制轴为固定螺丝依序穿过一星型环、一垫片、一扣环、一弹簧所构成;其补油控制机构内,设置一补油活塞及圆珠数颗。
优选的,因缓冲装置内部四连杆油压体设置改变,其控制轴当产生后倾下压,其控制轴往上推阻油路通道,产生着地缓冲安全煞车动作。
优选的,因缓冲装置内部四连杆油压体设置改变,其控制轴由固定螺丝调整高低。
现有技术的义肢膝关节使用时,因使用者习惯不同,造成吸震效果差异性与装配的舒适度,且复合式连杆组的设计,易使其义肢膝关节整体较长,且限制较多不便;有鉴于现有技术的缺陷,本发明人一种缓冲油压关节,改良其油压轴心位置,使整体体积缩减,让更多需求者可摆脱身高限制,并可藉由调整弯曲速度或反弹回复速度,使缓冲油压关节更加舒适与安全的装置于配带者身上,其油压轴心设有自动循环油压机构,可使整体使用时间更为耐用;其缓冲装置内部结构可设置安全装置,可在顷斜状态下阻断油路通道,达到可调整缓冲速度关节及着地缓冲安全煞车的功能。

以下就本发明的结构功能,采由较佳的实施例,配合图式详细说明后,使增加对本发明的了解;本发明是一种缓冲油压关节结构,请参阅如图1~图19中图面所示,主要结构包含一四连杆油压头1、一连动装置2、一弹力装置3、一缓冲装置4、一缓冲体5;
请参阅如图1~图19中图面所示,该连杆21经套合于四连杆油压头1内凹槽,四连杆油压头1外侧数孔分别连接弧片28、拉杆22,由滚针轴承24、内六角平头螺丝23及轴心25置入定位,连杆21下方穿孔与四连杆油压头1凹槽配合,由滚针轴承24及轴心34置入定位,拉杆22下方穿孔设置于四连杆油压体46中心穿孔处,以内六角平头螺丝23螺合,四连杆油压体46下方穿孔经扣接缓冲体5穿孔处,滚针轴承24配合一轴心34置入定位,缓冲体5穿孔处外侧配以弧片28相扣设,由数个内六角平头螺丝23螺合;连杆21内凹槽配弹力装置3上方穿孔处经滚珠轴承26与垫圈配轴心34及滚针轴承24置入定位,弹力装置3下方则配四连杆油压体46凸耳部穿孔54,由轴心34、垫圈35、滚珠轴承26定位,四连杆油压体46下方扣接防震块51合于缓冲翼53。
请参阅如图1~图19中图面所示,本发明四连杆缓冲油压膝关节主要利用油压轴心41改变设置位置,且利用档块48与半圆头内六角螺丝481及单向球阀47组成自动循环油压机构10,当四连杆缓冲油压膝关膝关节运作时,其油压轴心41用上述自动循环油压机构10来进行油压调节,单向球阀47作为单向阀之用,控制弯曲与伸直流向的转换,单向球阀47、弹簧33、回路螺丝42组成单向补油控制机构8,当油压轴心41转动时弯曲状态,用油压的推力把单向球阀47塞住洞口,使压力无法进入自动补油室81内,当伸直状态,则利用自动补油室81内所设弹簧33压力驱动补油活塞44往内挤压,使油压稳定并能正常供应。自动补油室81内润滑油经使用损耗导致不足时,可将自动补油室81的调整螺丝45拆卸后补充润滑油;油压轴心41外侧则以星型环49、钢珠491、垫圈27、回路螺丝42、固定螺丝43固定,可利用调节钮411进行速度调整,以兼具可调整性的缓冲速度功能。
请参阅如图13-1~图19中图面所示,本发明四连杆缓冲油压膝关节因缓冲装置4内部四连杆油压体46设置改变,加入一控制轴6,其控制轴6为固定螺丝43依序穿过一星型环49、一垫片62、一扣环61、一弹簧33所构成。当自动补油室81受到弹簧33压力驱动补油活塞44往内挤压时,其油路通道9尾端因设置圆珠63数颗维持油路畅通并稳定油压,当行走状态由站立、倾斜两者相互变换时,站立状态时,安全装置7内控制轴6并不会向上阻文件油通过油路通道洞口91,当倾斜状态时,便会带动此安全装置7的控制轴6向上推进,至油路通道9顶端阻挡油路通道洞口91,达成阻断油通往油路通道9目的,以兼具其安全可着地缓冲安全煞车功能;以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,当不能以之作为限定本发明实施的范围,凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化或修饰,仍应属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

1.一种缓冲油压关节结构,包含;一四连杆油压头、一连动装置、一弹力装置、一缓冲装置、一缓冲体组件相组合轴心设置组成,四连杆油压头用于向上连接大腿处,下缘缓冲体为连接小腿处,其中:该连杆经套合于四连杆油压头内凹槽,四连杆油压头外侧数孔分别连接弧片、拉杆,由滚针轴承、内六角平头螺丝及轴心置入定位,连杆下方穿孔与四连杆油压头凹槽配合,由滚针轴承及轴心置入定位,拉杆下方穿孔设置于四连杆油压体中心穿孔处,以内六角平头螺丝螺合,四连杆油压体下方穿孔经扣接缓冲体穿孔处,滚针轴承配合一轴心置入定位,缓冲体穿孔处外侧配以弧片相扣设,由数个内六角平头螺丝螺合;连杆内凹槽配弹力装置上方穿孔处经滚珠轴承与垫圈配轴心及滚针轴承置入定位,弹力装置下方则配四连杆油压体凸耳部穿孔,由轴心、垫圈、滚珠轴承定位,四连杆油压体下方扣接防震块合于缓冲翼;
其特征在于:油压轴心设置于四连杆油压体中心穿孔处,利用弹簧压力及补油活塞设置,可使内部油量不足时能够自行补充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲油压关节结构,其特征在于:其油压轴心,可利用轴心两侧调节钮进行弯曲速度及反弹回复速度调整。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲油压关节结构,其特征在于:因油压设置改变,体积可缩减。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲油压关节结构,其特征在于:因缓冲装置内部四连杆油压体设置改变,加入一控制轴,其控制轴为固定螺丝依序穿过一星型环、一垫片、一扣环、一弹簧所构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲油压关节结构,其特征在于:因缓冲装置内部四连杆油压体设置改变,其控制轴当产生后倾下压,其控制轴往上推阻油路通道,产生着地缓冲安全煞车动作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲油压关节结构,其特征在于:因缓冲装置内部四连杆油压体设置改变,其控制轴由固定螺丝调整高低。
