Abstract

一种旋转运作式冲洗喷头，在喷头的顶端上面设有喷洒口，喷头的底端通过水管与水源连接。所述的喷头连接在一弯曲的摆动臂的顶端；在坐便器本体后部的凹槽内装有固定座，在该固定座转动安装旋转轴，所述的摆动臂的底端连接在该旋转轴上；该旋转轴的一端与减速电机的输出轴同轴连接；在所述的坐便器本体后部的凹槽顶端装有冲洗器护罩，在该冲洗器护罩的前端下面设有喷头出口。本发明的优点是：旋转运作式冲洗喷头没有必要倾斜式的安装，所以会降低冲洗器外观高度；由于本发明中的旋转驱动式冲洗喷头可移动冲洗喷头的本体，所以可实现在同一个位置首先由冲洗喷头前进并完成冲洗作业，并回到原位之后再由送风口前进并完成烘干的结构。

旋转运作式冲洗喷头
技术领域
本发明涉及坐便冲洗器所使用的冲洗水喷头，以旋转轴为中心，根据所要求的使用角度来旋转并完成冲洗过程。
背景技术
以往冲洗喷头是在倾斜的状态下，前进或后退并喷水以完成冲洗过程。虽然坐便冲洗器上所应用的冲洗喷头多式多样，但倾斜冲洗喷头本身特点，导致冲洗喷头后方不可避免的凸出，导致冲洗器的外观高度变高，所以需要占据大量的空间。另外，冲洗喷头与烘干送风口需安装在同样的位置与方向。但同一个位置上同时安装具备两个结构要素，对于以往的冲洗喷头来讲是不可能的事情。 
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种旋转运作式冲洗喷头，以解决现有技术存在的占据大量空间和冲洗喷头与烘干送风口安装相互冲突的问题。
本发明的技术方案是：一种旋转运作式冲洗喷头，包括喷头，在喷头的顶端上面设有喷洒口，喷头的底端通过水管与水源连接，其特征在于，所述的喷头连接在一弯曲的摆动臂的顶端；在坐便器本体后部的凹槽内装有固定座，在该固定座转动安装旋转轴，所述的摆动臂的底端连接在该旋转轴上；该旋转轴的一端与减速电机的输出轴同轴连接；在所述的坐便器本体后部的凹槽顶端装有冲洗器护罩，在该冲洗器护罩的前端下面设有喷头出口。
所述减速电机通过电机电源线与一控制器连接。
本发明的优点是：旋转运作式冲洗喷头没有必要倾斜式的安装，所以会降低冲洗器外观高度；由于本发明中的旋转驱动式冲洗喷头可移动冲洗喷头的本体，所以可实现在同一个位置首先由冲洗喷头前进并完成冲洗作业，并回到原位之后再由送风口前进并完成烘干的结构。

具体实施方式
参见图1～图3，本发明一种旋转运作式冲洗喷头，包括喷头1，在喷头1的顶端上面设有喷洒口3，喷头1的底端通过水管2与水源连接。其特征在于，所述的喷头1连接在一弯曲的摆动臂4的顶端。在坐便器本体11后部的凹槽内装有固定座7，在该固定座7转动安装旋转轴6，所述的摆动臂4的底端连接在该旋转轴6上。该旋转轴6的一端与减速电机8的输出轴同轴连接。在坐便器本体11后部的凹槽的顶端装有冲洗器护罩9，在该冲洗器护罩9的前端下面设有喷头出口。所述减速电机8通过电机电源线13与坐便器的控制器12连接。
本发明的动作过程说明如下：
当使用者坐在坐便使用结束后按下冲洗按钮的时候，将由控制器12通过电机电源线13输送电源以启动减速电机8，使与减速电机8的输出轴相连接的摆动臂4旋转至所设定的角度（如图2所示），并根据控制器12所指定的时间长度喷洒水流2。停止水流的喷洒之后，再由控制器12控制减速电机8逆向旋转，最终喷头1回到原位并停止，完成一次冲洗过程。

1.一种旋转运作式冲洗喷头，包括喷头，在喷头的顶端上面设有喷洒口，喷头的底端通过水管与水源连接，其特征在于，所述的喷头连接在一弯曲的摆动臂的顶端；在坐便器本体后部的凹槽内装有固定座，在该固定座转动安装旋转轴，所述的摆动臂的底端连接在该旋转轴上；该旋转轴的一端与减速电机的输出轴同轴连接；在所述的坐便器本体后部的凹槽顶端装有冲洗器护罩，在该冲洗器护罩的前端下面设有喷头出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转运作式冲洗喷头，其特征在于，所述减速电机通过电机电源线与一控制器连接。
