本发明公开了一种木薯酒精蒸煮工段液化醪余热回收利用的方法。本发明包括如下步骤:(1)木薯原料进行粉碎;(2)加水拌料;(3)蒸煮液化;(4)进入液化醪换热器进行换热;(5)糖化。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:(1)本发明不再利用冷却水降温,而是使用工艺介质预液化醪进行换热而回收这部分热量,提高工艺介质预液化醪的温度,达到减少提温预液化醪蒸汽用量,从而达到节能效果;(2)本发明可以大大节约煤炭资源的消耗。

技术领域
本发明属于酒精发酵工业技术领域,更具体是涉及一种木薯酒精蒸煮工段液化醪余热回收利用的方法。
背景技术
酒精生产蒸煮液化出醪温度为100℃需降至70℃,现常见的工艺是采用冷却水为冷却介质进行冷却,这种冷却工艺存在着诸如冷却效果一般,不能很好地将余热进行回收,达不到节能的效果等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种木薯酒精蒸煮工段液化醪余热回收利用的方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种木薯酒精蒸煮工段液化醪余热回收利用的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)木薯原料进行粉碎;
(2)加水拌料;
(3)蒸煮液化;
(4)进入液化醪换热器进行换热;
(5)糖化。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明不再利用冷却水降温,而是使用工艺介质预液化醪进行换热而回收这部分热量,提高工艺介质预液化醪的温度,达到减少提温预液化醪蒸汽用量,从而达到节能效果;
(2)本发明可以大大节约煤炭资源的消耗。
