Abstract

一种多用笔，由套管，书写绘图笔头等组成书写 绘图部分，其套管内至少有一个隔层，隔层将套管内 腔分成二部分，并利用其中一部分灌装改正液。该笔 既能解决书写绘图工作中的改错问题，又能在不同材 料上书写绘图。

Description

本发明涉及一种多用笔。
目前的笔在完成书写绘图工作过程中，经常会遇到改正差错的问题，有时还会遇到在不同材料上书写绘图的困难，在这种情况下，一般的笔不能直接予以解决。中国实用新型专利85203979提供了一种能覆盖笔迹的笔，但是这种笔在涂改液的灌装量和使用某些特殊质量的液体方面，都因结构而受到限制。
本发明的任务是要提供一种先进的多用笔，它不但能更多地灌入涂改液，还可以使用各种不同质量的液体以解决在不同材料上书写绘图的问题。
其解决方案是：该笔由套管、书写绘图笔头等组成书写绘图部份，其套管内至少有一个隔层，隔层将套管内腔分成二部份并利用其中一部份灌装改正液，改正液可以是某种化学退色液体也可以是某种物理覆盖液体，或是某种有颜色、附着力较强、既能改正又能在金属、玻璃、陶瓷之类材料上书写绘图的液体，在套管这部份端口装着笔头，笔头的类型根据笔用途而定，如使用水性或稀释油性改正液时，该笔头可以用渗透性较好的纤维束、发泡塑料、发泡橡胶、小陶瓷体等类材料制成，而当使用混悬液或乳液时，该笔头则用金属、尼龙、塑料或其它密封性较好的材料制成并由弹簧控制笔头还原，如需要笔头外还可加有笔头套，对某些合适的混悬液或乳液也可采用前进的渗透性较好的材料制造笔头。
本发明因为直接用套管灌装改正液，所以明显增加了改正液的灌装量，而且可以利用某些改正液的特殊性质完成在特殊材料表面的书写绘图工作。
本发明的进一步改进是：
1、装改正液的套管内充填有毡、绵类贮液体；
2、使用改正液的笔头内开有孔道并在孔道内插入导芯；
3、当使用改正液的笔头采用密封性较好的材料时，笔头外装着有微孔的、能渗透改正液的材料制成的外笔头；
4、使用改正液的套管部份外部有永久磁铁环，与其相应的套管内腔有磁力活塞；该磁力活塞还可开1至若干个孔道。
本发明涉及的书写绘图部份可以是由套管和书写绘图笔头等构件组成的各种笔类。
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步描述，附图所举的实施例是发明人认为最好的实施例，但并不具有唯一性。

参照图1：这种笔由套管(1)、书写绘图笔头(2)组成书写绘图部份；其套管(1)内有隔层(3)，套管(1)内腔被隔层(3)分成内腔a和内腔b二部份，内腔b直接装有改正液(4)，内腔b的端口装着笔头(5)，笔头(5)的类型根据笔的用途而定。

图3：这种笔头(5)用密封性较好的材料制成。笔头(5)由弹簧(6)控制还原，笔头(5)外有笔头套(7)。

图5：该笔头(5)采用密封性较好的材料制成。如前图3所述的笔头(5)一样，该笔头(5)实际起着类似阀门内芯的作用，控制套管(1)内改正液(4)的流出和使用完毕后套管(1)内腔b的密封，笔头(5)外部有用发泡橡胶制成的外笔头(11)，该外笔头(11)也可用其它有一定渗透性材料制成，套管内腔b的外部有永久磁铁环(12)，与其相应的套管内腔b中有磁力活塞(13)，在使用改正液(4)时，可以向笔头(5)方向移动永久磁铁环(12)并带动磁力活塞(13)，增加套管内腔b的内压，保正改正液(4)使用通畅，如果使用混悬液或乳液之类改正液时，则可在磁力活塞(13)上开1至若干个孔道(14)，这样可利用磁力活塞(14)的移动使改正液(4)混合均匀。

Claims (10)

1、一种多用笔，由套管(1)、书写绘图笔头(2)等组成书写绘图部份，其特征是所述的套管(1)内至少有一个隔层(3)，隔层(3)将套管(1)内腔分成内腔a和内腔b二部份，内腔b直接装有改正液(4)，内腔b的端口装着笔头(5)，笔头(5)的类型根据笔的用途而定。
2、按照权利要求1所述的多用笔，其特征是所述的改正液(4)是化学退色液体或是物理覆盖液体或是有颜色、附着力较强、既能改正又能在金属、玻璃、陶瓷之类材料上书写绘图的液体。
3、按照权利要求1所述的多用笔，其特征是所述的笔头(5)是用渗透性较好的纤维束或发泡塑料或发泡橡胶或小陶瓷体等类材料制成。
4、按照权利要求1所述的多用笔，其特征是所述的笔头(5)是用金属或尼龙或塑料或其它密封性较好的材料制成，笔头(5)由弹簧(6)控制还原。
5、按照权利要求4所述的多用笔，其特征是笔头(5)外装有笔头套(7)。
6、按照权利要求4或权利要求5所述的多用笔，其特征是笔头(5)外装着有微孔的、能渗透改正液(4)的材料制成的外笔头(11)。
7、按照权利要求1或权利要求2所述的多用笔，其特征是套管内腔b充填有毡、绵类贮液体(8)。
8、按照权利要求1或权利要求2所述的多用笔，其特征是笔头(5)内开有孔道(9)并在孔道(9)内插入导芯(10)。
9、按照权利要求1至权利要求5之一所述的多用笔，其特征是套管内腔b的外部有永久磁铁环(12)，与其相应的套管内腔b中有磁力活塞(13)。
10、按照权利要求9所述的多用笔，其特征是磁力活塞(13)上开有1至若干个孔道(14)。
