Abstract
一种太阳能电池,包含:电池本体,以及能用于追踪辨识电池身份,并且具有隐形效果的辨识层。该电池本体包括将光能转换成电能的光电转换单元,以及电连接该光电转换单元的电极单元。通过将辨识层设置在该电池本体的表面,此种结构设计使电池制程不需改变也不会被限制,同时可避免以往激光刻沟所导致的破片问题。而且利用该辨识层的隐形效果,可将机密资讯隐藏起来,待有需要时再使其显现,能兼顾保密与辨识的需求的太阳能电池。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能电池,特别是涉及一种电池身份能被追踪、辨识的太阳能电池。
背景技术
太阳能电池(solar cell)具有环保、低污染的优点,使其应用日益普遍。由于制造商所制造与贩售的电池数量庞大,有些业者会在电池上制作身份辨识码(ID code),所述身份辨识码例如图案、符号、数字等形式,如同给予每一片电池一个身份证号码,如此是为了方便进行产品的后续追踪,而且能加速处理客户端针对问题电池所提出的问题及制程改善的速度。
其中一种定义电池身份辨识码的方式,例如美国专利US2009/0050198号专利案,主要是通过激光刻沟制程先在基板上刻出凹洞以构成辨识码,后续再进行制作电池所需要的蚀刻步骤、形成p-n接面等步骤。正由于激光刻沟是在薄片状基板上打出凹洞,此蚀刻凹洞将形成基板隐裂及破片的潜因,而且激光热能会使该基板上形成热影响区(heat-affected zone),所以必须通过额外的蚀刻步骤移除该热影响区,制程工序较为复杂。此外,先在基板上定义出身份辨识码,将会干扰后续的电池制程,因为制作电池时必须规避辨识码避免破坏其读取鉴别率。
另一方面,已知的身份辨识码都是制作成肉眼可直接观察的形式,会影响电池的美观性,而且针对一些较为机密或有特殊考虑的资讯,有隐藏起来的必要性,所以已知的电池身份辨识码有待改良。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种不需改变原有电池制程、易于制作,并且在经过处理后可供辨识追踪的太阳能电池。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明太阳能电池,包含:电池本体,该电池本体包括将光能转换成电能的光电转换单元,以及电连接该光电转换单元并将电能传输到外部的电极单元。该太阳能电池还包含具有隐形效果并位于该电池本体的表面上的辨识层。
本发明所述的太阳能电池,所述辨识层包含可受到外部能量的作用而显像的化合物。
本发明所述的太阳能电池,所述化合物包含选自于由光致显像化合物及热致显像化合物所组成群组的其中任一者。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明,要注意的是,在以下的说明内容中,类似的元件是以相同的编号来表示。
参阅图1、2、3,本发明太阳能电池的第一较佳实施例,包含:电池本体1,以及位于该电池本体1的表面上且图案化的辨识层2。
该电池本体1包括将光能转换成电能的光电转换单元11,以及电连接该光电转换单元11并将电能传输到外部的电极单元12。该光电转换单元11包括相反的第一面111与第二面112,该第一面111是供光线入射的一面,并且是制作成具有凹凸结构的粗糙表面,但由于此非本发明的改良重点,而且为了方便示意,图式中的第一面111绘制成平面。此外,该光电转换单元11实际上包括基板、与该基板形成p-n接面的射极层、抗反射层(例如SiNx)等膜层,另外也可以在该基板的背面处形成局部的背电场结构(LBSF)与介电层,从而提升载流子收集效率与光电转换效率。当然,上述的电池也可以是背接触式太阳能电池(BackContact Solar Cell)的型态。但由于该光电转换单元11的具体结构层也非本发明改良重点,所以不再说明,图式也仅以单一层体简单示意。
该电极单元12包括位于该光电转换单元11的第一面111的正面电极121,以及位于该第二面112的背面电极122。其中,该正面电极121未将该第一面111完全覆盖,并包括至少一条正面主导线(又称为bus bar)123,以及多条彼此间隔且横向连结所述正面主导线123的辅助导线(又称为finger bar)124。在本实施例中,所述正面主导线123的数量为两条但不限于此。
该背面电极122包括至少一条背面主导线125(本实施例为两条),以及一个布设在所述背面主导线125周围的导电区域126。该背面主导线125是由银铝浆印刷后烧结成型,该导电区域126是由铝浆印刷后烧结成型,实际上该导电区域126被所述两背面主导线125分割成三个区块,该导电区域126的颜色比该背面主导线125的颜色深。
该电池本体1还包括由该正面电极121的表面及该第一面111的外露表面共同形成的正面13,以及由该背面电极122的表面所形成并且相反于该正面13的背面14,该正面13上对应于该第一面111的位置的颜色较深,主要为抗反射层及基板所共同配合而形成的颜色例如深蓝色等,该正面13对应于该正面电极121的部位,由于为金属例如银所形成,因此颜色较浅。
本实施例的辨识层2通过喷印方式将墨水喷印形成于该背面14,当墨水干燥后即形成该图案化的辨识层2,该辨识层2的材料是将色料混合在醇类及酮类溶剂中而制成,并且使用挥发性佳的醇类及酮类,其具体材料包含乙醇(Ethanol)、叔丁醇(tert-butyl alcohol,简称TBA)及丁酮(ethyl methyl ketone,简称MEK)。上述材料符合欧盟的RoHS(危害性物质限制指令)及REACH(欧盟化学品政策)标准,而且具有极快的速干特性,尤其是墨水中的丁酮成分让印刷后的图案立即干燥成型,印刷干燥时间小于0.1秒。
更进一步而言,该辨识层2可以使用普通可被观察到的墨水材料,也可以使用隐形墨水,所述隐形墨水是指在一般状态下为肉眼无法直接观察到的透明无色,所以当其印刷在该电池本体1表面后,该辨识层2不会显现出来,只有通过某些处理之后才会显现。例如,隐形墨水可以为紫外线墨水,平时为透明,当紫外光照射后才会呈现紫色而得以辨识,类似地,也可以使用照射红外光后会呈现红色的红外线墨水。另外有些隐形墨水则需要通过一些反应液体的作用而产生化学反应,进而显色;或者通过加热而显色。
因此,本发明的隐形墨水可受到外部能量的作用而显像,所述外部能量的来源,可以通过光照、加热,或涂布反应液体等方式来产生。所述显像的具体方式例如显现出颜色,但不限于此。
使用隐形墨水的优点在于:平时该辨识层2不会被观察到,以维持该电池或模组整体表面美观,待需要追踪该电池身份时再使该辨识层2显现即可。当然,也可以视其他的需求,而采用此类型态的隐形墨水的技术。此外,本发明的隐形墨水的实施与技术方式并不限于上述提及的显现方式,其他于一般状态下肉眼无法见得而得借助于外力方能显现的部分,都属于本发明的范畴。
使用隐形墨水制成的辨识层2,具有隐形效果,并且包含可受到外部能量的作用而显像的化合物。所述化合物可以包含选自于由光致显像化合物及热致显像化合物所组成群组的其中任一者,借此达到光照显像或加热显像的效果。以光致显像化合物而言,所述化合物可以包含选自于由紫外线墨水及红外线墨水所组成群组的其中任一者。
具体而言,该辨识层2的所述化合物的成分主要包含:挥发性溶剂,以及着色剂;较佳地还包含光敏剂(photosensitizer)、粘着树脂(binder resin)、表面活性剂以及热稳定剂。
本实施例的挥发性溶剂为有机溶剂,但不限于此,该有机溶剂包含选自于由醇类、酮类、酯类及醚类所组成群组的其中任一者。所述醚类包含但不限于烷基醚类,所述酮类包含但不限于环酮类。该挥发性溶剂具体例如甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、甲乙酮、丙酮、环己酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸正丙酯、醋酸异丙酯,及这些的一组合。通过该挥发性溶剂的高度挥发性,使印刷图案能快速干燥。
该着色剂可以是一般的颜料(pigment)、染料(dye),或这些的一组合,该着色剂在一般的状态下为无色,使该隐形墨水呈现透明无色,但该着色剂可受到外部能量的作用而释放出可见光,进而显色,所述外部能量的来源例如光照、加热,或涂布反应液体。在本实施例中,该着色剂为光致发光(photolumine scence)着色剂,是指能利用紫外光、红外光或其它种光线作为激发光源,而诱发该着色剂显色。
较佳地,该光致发光着色剂为稀土金属(rare earth metal)与配体所构成的金属配合物,或具有发光团的有机化合物。
较佳地,该稀土金属为镧(lanthanide)系过渡金属。该配体包含选自于由溴苯甲酰甲烷(bromobenzoylmethane)、二苯氧基甲烷(diphenoxymethane)、二苯甲酰甲烷(dibenzoylmethane)、二萘甲酰甲烷(dinapthoylmethane)、乙酰丙酮(acetylacetone)、苯甲酰丙酮(benzoylacetone)、菲咯啉(phenanthroline)、氨基菲咯啉(aminophenanthroline)、二甲基菲咯啉(dimethylphenanthroline)、二苯基菲咯啉(diphenylphenanthroline)、膦氧化物(phosphine oxides)、双吡啶(bipyridine)、环戊二烯阴离子(cyclopentadienyl anion)、水杨酸(salicylic acid)及磺酸盐(sulfonate)所组成群组的其中任一者。
该金属配合物包含但不限于三(二苯甲酰甲烷)-单(菲咯啉)-铕(III)[Tris(dibenzoylmethane)-mono(phenanthroline)-europium(III)]、三(二萘甲酰甲烷)-单(菲咯啉)-铕(III)[Tris(dinapthoylmethane)-mono(phenanthroline)-europium(III)]、三(二苯氧基甲烷)-单(菲咯啉)-铕(III)[Tris(diphenoxymethane)-mono(phenanthroline)-europium(III)]、三(二苯甲酰甲烷)-单(4,7-二苯基菲咯啉)-铕(III)[Tris(dibenzoylmethane)-mono(4,7-diphenylphenanthroline)-europium(III)]、三(二苯甲酰甲烷)-单(4,7-二甲基菲咯啉)-铕(III)[Tris(dibenzoylmethane)-mono(4,7-dimethylphenanthroline)-europium(III)]、三(二苯甲酰丙酮)-单(菲咯啉)-铕(III)[Tris(dibenzoylacetonato)-mono(phenanthroline)-europium(III)]、三(二苯甲酰甲烷)-单(5-氨基菲咯啉)-铕(III)[Tris(dibenzoylmethane)-mono(5-aminophenanthroline)-europium(III)]、三(4-溴苯甲酰甲烷)-单(菲咯啉)-铕(III)[Tris(4-bromobenzoylmethane)-mono(phenanthroline)-europium (III)]、水杨酸铽(terbiumsalicylate)、乙酰丙酮铕(euro pium acetylacetonate)、苯甲酰丙酮镝(dy sprosium benzoylacetonate),或苯甲酰丙酮钕(neodymiumbenzoylacetonate)等。
该具有发光团的有机化合物包含选自于由呫吨(xanthenes)类[例如罗丹明(rhodamine)等]、芳香(aromatic)类[例如硝基苯(nitrobenzene)等]、吖啶(acridine)类[例如吖啶橙(euchrysine)]、杂环(heterocyclic)类[例如噻吩(thiophene)等]、吩嗪(phenazine)类[例如番红花(safranine)]、噁嗪(oxazine s)类、荧光素(pyrromethene)类、卟啉(porphyrin)类、花青(cyanine)类及香豆素(coumarin)类所组成群组的其中任一者。
该光敏剂能在接受到足够的光能量之后,生成至少一个活性物质(例如自由基或酸),且该活性物质能与该光致发光着色剂作用,从而帮助该光致发光着色剂显像,而且该光敏剂可以改变该光致发光着色剂的特性,例如改变发光波长或光强度。
较佳地,该光敏剂包含选自于由鎓盐(Onium Salts)、吡喃鎓盐(thiopy rilium salts)、噻吩鎓盐(thiophenium salts)、铊盐(thallium salts)、银盐(silver salts)、铁盐(ferrocenium salts)、聚硼酸金属盐(polyboron acid metal salts)、铀酰化合物及其盐(uranyl compounds or salts)、重氮甲烷类化合物(diazomethanecompounds)、三嗪类化合物或其衍生物(triazine compounds orderivatives)、磺酸酯(sulfonated esters)、磺化氮化物(sulfonatednitrides)、酰亚胺磺酸盐(sulfonated imides)、二砜(disulfones)、氧硫盐(oxysulfur salts)、膦氧化物(phosphine oxides)、过氧化物(peroxides)、醌(quinones)、芳基酮(aryl ketones)、亚硝胺(nitrosamines)、卤化物(halogenated compound)、过渡金属配合物(transition metal complexes)及金属羰基配合物(metal carbonylcomplexes)所组成群组的其中任一者。
该鎓盐是选自于重氮盐(Diazonium Salts)、鏀盐(haloniumsalts)、锍盐(Sulfonium Salts)、硒鎓盐(selenonium salts)、铵盐(ammonium salts)、氧化锍盐(sulfoxonium salts)、鏻盐(phosphonium salts)、鉮盐(arsonium salts),及这些一组合。
该重氮盐例如:氟硼酸重氮盐(Diazonium fluoroborates)、过氯酸重氮盐(Diazonium perchlorates)、磷钨酸重氮盐(Diazonium phosphotungstanates),或噻唑重氮盐(Diazoniumthiozoles)。

该重氮甲烷类化合物包含但不限于双(环己磺酰基)重氮甲烷[Bis(cyclohexylsulfonyl)diazomethane]、双(苯磺酰基)重氮甲烷[Bis(benzensuflonyl)diazomethane]、双(2,4-二甲基苯磺酰基)重氮甲烷[Bis(2,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonyl)diazomethane]、双(4-氯苯磺酰基)重氮甲烷[Bis(4-chlorobenzenesulfonyl)diazomethane]、双(4-甲氧基苯磺酰基)重氮甲烷[Bis(4-methoxybenzenesulfonyl)diazomethane]。
该三嗪衍生物包含但不限于2-(4-甲氧基苯乙烯基)-4,6-双(三氯甲基)-1,3,5-三嗪[2-(4-Methoxystyryl)-4,6-bis(trichloromethyl)-1,3,5-triazine]、三(三氯甲基)-s-三嗪[Tris(trichloromethyl)-s-triazine]、对-甲氧基苯基[双(三氯甲基)]-三嗪{p-methoxyphenyl[bis(trichloromethyl)]-triazine}、2,4,6-三(2,4,6-三溴苯氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪[2,4,6-tris(2,4,6-tribromophenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine]。
该磺酸酯包含但不限于2,1,4-重氮萘醌磺酸酯(2,1,4-diazonapthoquinone sulfonic acid esters)、2,1,5-重氮萘醌磺酸酯(2,1,5-diazonapthoquinone sulfonic acid esters)、磺氧基酮(Sulfonoxy ketones)、2-苯基-2-对甲苯磺酰氧基苯乙酮(Benzointosylate)、叔丁基苯基-α-(对甲苯磺酰氧)-醋酸酯[t-butylphenyl-α-(p-toluenesulfonyloxy)-acetate]、叔丁基-α-(对甲苯磺酰氧)-醋酸酯[t-butyl α-(p-toluenesulfonyloxy)-acetate]、磺酸化氮化物衍生物(Sulfonated nitride derivatives)、4-溴-2,6-二甲基苯氧基磺酸酯(4-bromo-2,6-dimethylphenol sulfonic acidesters)、(1,2,3-三甲基磺酸酯)苯[(1,2,3-trismethanesulfonate)benzene]。
该酰亚胺磺酸盐包含但不限于氮-羟基萘酰亚胺三氟甲基磺酸盐(N-Hydroxynaphthalimide triflate)、氮-羟基-5-降冰片烯-2,3-二羧酰亚胺磺酸盐(N-Hydroxy-5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboximide sulfonate s)、氮-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺三氟甲基磺酸盐(N-Hydroxyphthalimide triflate)、萘酰亚胺磺酸盐(Naphtalimidyl sulfonates)、琥珀酰亚胺基磺酸盐(Succinimidylsulfonates)。
该卤化物例如:1,1-双(对-氯苯基)-2,2,2-三氯乙烷[1,1-bis(p-chlorophenyl)-2,2,2-trichloroethane]、1,1-双(对-甲氧基苯基)-2,2,2-三氯乙烷[1,1-bis(p-methoxyphenyl)-2,2,2-trichloroethane]、4,4-二氯-2-(三氯甲基)苯基甲醇[4,4,-dichloro-2-(trichloromethyl)benzhydrol]、氮-(1,1-双[对-氯苯基]-2,2,2-三氯乙基)乙酰胺{N-[1,1-bis(p-chlorophenyl)-2,2,2-trichloroethyl]acetamide}、1,10-二溴癸烷(1,10-dibromodecane)、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯[Tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)isocyanurate]、碘仿(Iodoform)、溴仿(Bromoform)、2,2,2-三溴乙醇(2,2,2-tribromoethanol)、2,3-二溴丙腈(2,3-dibromopro pionitrile)、1,2-二溴环己烷(1,2-dibromocyclohexane)、全氟庚烷(Perfluoroheptane)、1,3-二溴丙烷(1,3-dibromopropane)、2,3-二溴-1-丙醇(2,3-dibromopropane-1-ol)、溴化乙烷(Ethyl bromide)、溴胺酸(Bromamine acid)、1-氨基-4-溴蒽醌-2-磺酸(1-amino-4-bromoanthraqinone-2-sulfonic acid)、双(甲基)四溴邻苯二甲酸酯)[Bis(methyl)tetrabromophthalate]、双(三溴苯氧基)乙烷[Bis(tribromophenoxy)ethane]、溴化聚苯乙烯(Brominatedpolystyrene)、五溴苄基溴(pentabromobenzyl bromide)、四溴双酚A双(2-羟乙基)醚[tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2-hydroxyethylether)]、四溴苯酐(tetrabromophthalic anhydride)、2,4,6-三溴苯酚(2,4,6-tribromophenol)、十溴二苯醚(Decabromodiphenyloxide)。
该粘着树脂用来提升该隐形墨水中的该着色剂的粘着力,使该着色剂能牢固在该电池本体1的表面。该粘着树脂的材料不须限定,任何具有粘着性的适当材料都可使用,较佳地,该粘着树脂能溶于该挥发性溶剂中,并且在挥发性溶剂挥发后仍对于该电池本体1有足够的粘着力。
该粘着树脂可以为:聚乙烯吡咯啶酮、聚氨基甲酸酯、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯丁醛、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚-α-甲基苯乙烯、聚烯烃(例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯等)、氧化聚烯烃(例如氧化聚乙烯)、聚乙烯共聚物与醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物、聚砜、聚酯、聚碳酸酯、聚硅氧烷、聚(4-甲基-1-戊烯),苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物,聚丙烯酸酯(例如聚乙基丙烯酸酯、聚丙基丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙基丙烯酸甲酯)、聚甲基乙烯基醚、甲基乙烯基醚-顺丁烯二酸共聚物[poly(methylvinylether-co-maleic acid)]、甲基乙烯基醚-顺丁烯二酸酯共聚物、纤维素衍生物、或甲基乙烯基醚-顺丁烯二酸酐共聚物。其中,该纤维素衍生物包括但不限于纤维素醚或纤维素酯。
另一方面,该辨识层2也可以使用发光墨水材料,进而成为一种可发光的辨识层2,发光材料制成的辨识层2在一般状态下就可以肉眼直接观察到,但进一步地当其发光时能提升显像、辨识效果。所述发光材料例如光致发光材料,又可区分为荧光材料(fluore scence)及磷光材料(phosphore scence),荧光材料的发光周期(lifetime)小于磷光材料的发光周期,简言之,当外部光源(例如太阳光或日光灯光源)消失后,荧光材料即停止发光,而磷光材料则可将平常吸收到的光能储存起来,在夜晚或不受光的场合下还是能持续发光,亦即为一种蓄光型材料。
该辨识层2的图案可以为文字、英文字母、数字、条码或符号或其他任何可供识别的型态的标记,所述条码包含一维条码与二维条码,所述符号可以为各种规则或不规则的形状、几何图形,即,该辨识层2至少以文字、数字、条码及符号的其中之一或组合的型态形成于该电池本体1的表面上。本实施例的辨识层2图案为数字与英文字母的搭配使用,而且可以将该图案区分成数个代表不同意义的区块,因此该辨识层2包括一个代表制作该太阳能电池所使用到的制程的制程辨识部21、一个代表该太阳能电池的等级的等级辨识部22,以及一个代表该太阳能电池的效率的效率辨识部23。
例如本实施例的辨识层2图案为“123-B3-C”,其中的“123”为制程辨识部21,“B3”为等级辨识部22,“C”为效率辨识部23。该制程辨识部21包含有制造该电池的日期、生产厂房、生产线号码、经手的员工编号等资讯。在制造完成该电池本体1后,通过电池的电性测试结果与表面颜色及外观测量将电池分类成不同等级,并且以不同的代号来表示,进而得到所述等级辨识部22。而效率辨识部23则是依据测得的光电转换效率,并且利用代号来表示,例如以A、B、C分别代表效率17%、16%、15%。当然,上述仅为举例,不需限制,而制造商处会保留有关于各个代码所代表的意义的资料。
需要说明的是,通过同样制程制作出的同一批电池,各个电池会有相同的制程辨识部21代号,但制成的各个电池的电性、表面颜色等性质可能会有差异,因此各电池的等级辨识部22与效率辨识部23不相同。此外,该辨识层2不限于位于该电池本体1的背面14,而是可以位于该正面13及该背面14的其中一个表面上,只要能用于追踪电池身份即可。
通过该辨识层2提供较佳的制程追溯性,有助于提升品质改善。对于已出货的电池需要进一步分析时,也能迅速辨认产品状况并追踪其生产记录,使得分析更有效、更准确。当客诉问题发生时,可加速分析原因和责任厘清。因此该辨识层2的设计有利于电池出货前的管理、出货后的问题追踪,以及对于电池制程及品质的改良。
综上所述,通过将该辨识层2设置在该电池本体1的表面,因此在该电池本体1制作完成后,并且可于进行特性测量后再形成该辨识层2,使本发明的电池本体1制程不需改变也不会被限制,同时可避免以往激光刻沟所导致的隐裂及破片问题。另一方面,通过挥发性佳的溶剂,使该辨识层2能快速干燥成型、印完即干,印刷后以手摸或将电池堆迭也不会有墨水污染的情况发生,应用在电池的身份辨识印刷上,有相当大的助益。而且利用隐形墨水制作该辨识层2,可将机密资讯隐藏起来,待有需要时,可通过如本发明上述的简单的显像方式得而见之,具有甚佳的调整机动性与便利性。
参阅图4,本发明太阳能电池的第二较佳实施例,与该第一较佳实施例大致相同,不同的地方在于:本实施例的辨识层2位于该电池本体1的正面13,且其位置涵盖该正面电极121的至少两条辅助导线124。该辨识层2的图案为一维条码,该一维条码中的各线条的延伸方向可垂直于所述辅助导线124的延伸方向。由于辅助导线124为金属材料、颜色较浅,与该辨识层2之间可以产生较大的颜色反差,因此通过该辨识层2涵盖该辅助导线124的位置,有利于条码机读取条码及辨识条码所夹带的资讯,从而方便追踪电池身份。
当然,在实施时,该条码形式的辨识层2也可以位于该电池本体1的背面。
参阅图5,本发明太阳能电池的第三较佳实施例,与该第一较佳实施例大致相同,不同的地方在于:本实施例的辨识层2包括一个由隐形墨水形成的第一辨识部24(图5以虚线表示),以及一个由非隐形墨水形成的第二辨识部25。因此在一般状态下,只有该第二辨识部25会被观察到,该第一辨识部24不会显现出,当通过特殊处理才会使该第一辨识部24显像。此种设计使部分的电池资讯可以利用隐性方式形成于该电池上。借此,可令制造商将客户所需的资讯以肉眼可见得的方式设计于电池上,并将较为机密或有特殊考虑的资讯以隐形方式做适当的隐藏,待有需要时再使其显现。
Claims (11)
1.一种太阳能电池,包含:电池本体,该电池本体包括将光能转换成电能的光电转换单元,以及电连接该光电转换单元并将电能传输到外部的电极单元,其特征在于,该太阳能电池还包含具有隐形效果并位于该电池本体的表面上的辨识层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述辨识层包含可受到外部能量的作用而显像的化合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述化合物包含选自于由光致显像化合物及热致显像化合物所组成群组的其中任一者。
4.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述化合物包含有机溶剂,所述有机溶剂包含选自于由醇类、酮类、酯类及醚类所组成群组的其中任一者。
5.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述化合物包含选自于由紫外线墨水及红外线墨水所组成群组的其中任一者。
6.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述化合物包含由稀土金属及配体所构成的金属配合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,该配体包含选自于由溴苯甲酰甲烷、二苯氧基甲烷、二苯甲酰甲烷、二萘甲酰甲烷、乙酰丙酮、苯甲酰丙酮、菲咯啉、氨基菲咯啉、二甲基菲咯啉、二苯基菲咯啉、膦氧化物、双吡啶、环戊二烯阴离子、水杨酸及磺酸盐所组成群组的其中任一者。
8.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述化合物包含具有发光团的有机化合物,该具有发光团的有机化合物包含选自于由呫吨类、芳香类、吖啶类、杂环类、吩嗪类、噁嗪类、荧光素类、卟啉类、花青及香豆素类所组成群组的其中任一者。
9.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,所述化合物包含光敏剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,该光敏剂包含选自于由鎓盐、吡喃鎓盐、噻吩鎓盐、铊盐、银盐、铁盐、聚硼酸金属盐、铀酰化合物及其盐、重氮甲烷类化合物、三嗪类化合物或其衍生物、磺酸酯、磺化氮化物、酰亚胺磺酸盐、二砜、氧硫盐、膦氧化物、过氧化物、醌、芳基酮、亚硝胺、卤化物、过渡金属配合物及金属羰基配合物所组成群组的其中任一者。
11.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池,其特征在于,该辨识层至少以文字、数字、条码及符号的其中之一或组合的型态形成于该电池本体的表面上。
