整体式内圈无沟槽双联滚珠轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架、滚珠和端盖,其特征在于所述的外圈内壁制有两道沟槽,两道沟槽中分别设置滚珠,滚珠有保持架定位,所述的内圈外壁无沟槽,滚珠与光滑的内圈外壁相接触,在内圈与外圈的两头安装端盖。最核心技术是内圈也相当于两只轴承的长度,但内壁没有沟槽,两组滚珠与光滑的内圈外壁相接触,当电机轴受热膨胀而伸长时,内圈跟着电机轴外移,而外圈不外移,避免轴承与轴承座卡死,而且无沟槽也减少了滚珠的摩擦,提高电机转速。同时整体式的双联轴承无装配累计误差,提高装配精度,延长电机使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及滚珠轴承,特别是涉及一种整体式内圈无沟槽双联滚珠轴承。
背景技术
高速电机由于转动速度很快,对传动部件的精度要求很高,例如轴承安装的径向和轴向要求无间隙装配。而现有使用两只滚珠轴承进行并联安装,一是两只轴承存在着装配累计误差;二是高速电机的转子发热后将热量传递给电机轴,电机轴受热后产生膨胀伸长,使整个轴承随着电机轴的伸长而外移,引起轴承(主要外圈)与轴承座卡死,严重地影响了电机的转速和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种当电机轴受热膨胀后,仅仅轴承内圈跟着电机轴外移,避免轴承与轴承座卡死,同时双联轴承无装配累计误差,提高电机转速和延长使用寿命的整体式内圈无沟槽双联滚珠轴承。
本发明整体式内圈无沟槽双联滚珠轴承的技术方案是:包括外圈、内圈、保持架、滚珠和端盖,其特征在于所述的外圈内壁制有两道沟槽,两道沟槽中分别设置滚珠,滚珠有保持架定位,所述的内圈外壁无沟槽,滚珠与光滑的内圈外壁相接触,在内圈与外圈的两头安装端盖。
本发明公开了一种整体式内圈无沟槽双联滚珠轴承,主要特点是在外圈的内壁有两道沟槽,安装了两组滚珠和两只保持架,相当于两只轴承制成一个整体的型式,最核心的技术是内圈也相当于两只轴承的长度,但内壁没有沟槽,两组滚珠与光滑的内圈外壁相接触,当电机轴受热膨胀而伸长时,内圈跟着电机轴外移,而外圈不外移,避免轴承与轴承座卡死,而且无沟槽也减少了滚珠的摩擦,提高电机转速(一般为30000转—60000转/分钟)。同时整体式的双联轴承无装配累计误差,提高装配精度,延长电机使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种整体式内圈无沟槽双联滚珠轴承,如图1—图2所示,包括外圈、内圈、保持架、滚珠和端盖,其特征在于所述的外圈1内壁制有两道沟槽11,两道沟槽11中分别设置滚珠2,滚珠有保持架3定位,所述的内圈4外壁无沟槽,滚珠2与光滑的内圈外壁相接触,在内圈4与外圈1的两头安装端盖5、6。主要特点是在外圈1的内壁有两道沟槽11,安装了两组滚珠2和两只保持架3,相当于两只轴承制成一个整体的型式,最核心的技术是内圈4也相当于两只轴承的长度,但内壁没有沟槽,两组滚珠与光滑的内圈外壁相接触,当电机轴受热膨胀而伸长时,内圈4跟着电机轴外移,而外圈不外移,避免轴承与轴承座卡死,而且无沟槽也减少了滚珠的摩擦,提高电机转速(一般为30000转—60000转/分钟)。同时整体式的双联轴承无装配累计误差,提高装配精度,延长电机使用寿命。

1.整体式内圈无沟槽双联滚珠轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架、滚珠和端盖,其特征在于所述的外圈(1)内壁制有两道沟槽(11),两道沟槽(11)中分别设置滚珠(2),滚珠有保持架(3)定位,所述的内圈(4)外壁无沟槽,滚珠(2)与光滑的内圈外壁相接触,在内圈(4)与外圈(1)的两头安装端盖(5、6)。
