高效传热烫光烘筒,涉及无纺布、喷胶棉等行业的布面烫光用烘筒技术领域。不锈钢圆柱形筒体的两端通过左、右圆形端板连接左、右支撑轴,筒体内设保温内胆,保温内胆外侧筒体的内表面均设与筒体轴向平行的至少十根超导传热异型管件,每根超导传热异型管件的另一端分别支撑在右圆形端板上,在内胆外设置撑圈,于撑圈上分别焊接螺母,在各螺母上连接螺栓,各螺栓分别抵触在相应的超导传热异型管件外;各超导传热异型管件内分别套置一根电热管,各电热管的一端分别焊接在相应的超导传热异型管件上。本发明具有传热快、筒体两端温差小、重量轻、传热异型管件更换方便的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布、喷胶棉等行业的布面烫光用烘筒技术领域。
背景技术
烘筒是用于烘干设备部件,现有的烘筒大多采用不锈钢板制成外壳,两端分别连接支撑轴,在其内设置夹层,于夹层内通入导热油,使烘筒表面达到烘干所需的高温。由于采用导热油进行加热,温度不易控制且有漏油现象。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提出一种采用电加热,且传热效率高的高效传热烫光烘筒。
本发明包括不锈钢圆柱形筒体,在所述筒体的两端分别固定连接左、右圆形端板,在左、右圆形端板的外端分别固定连接左、右支撑轴,在左、右圆形端板之间的筒体内设置保温内胆,其特征在于在所述保温内胆外侧筒体的内表面均设与筒体轴向平行的至少十根超导传热异型管件,各超导传热异型管件的横截面中的部分外曲面与筒体内表面的曲率半径相同,在左圆形端板的圆周上对应地布置与超导传热异型管件数量相同的通孔,每根超导传热异型管件分别对应地穿置在相应的通孔内,每根超导传热异型管件的另一端分别支撑在右圆形端板上,在内胆外设置撑圈,于撑圈上分别焊接螺母,在所述各螺母上连接螺栓,各螺栓分别抵触在相应的超导传热异型管件外;在各超导传热异型管件内分别套置一根电热管,各电热管的一端分别焊接在相应的超导传热异型管件上。
本实用型采用电热管提供热源,通过各根电热管通电后产生的热量通过超导传热异型管件快速传导至筒体外表面,通过各螺栓使超导传热异型管件与筒体的接触面积加大,故可提高筒体表面的温度的均匀性。本发明具有传热快、筒体两端温差小、方便生产、整体重量轻、传热异型管件更换方便的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,在不锈钢圆柱形筒体1的两端分别固定连接左圆形端板2和右圆形端板3,在左、右圆形端板2、3的外端分别固定连接左支撑轴4和右支撑轴5。
在左、右圆形端板2、3之间的筒体1内设置保温内胆6,在保温内胆6外侧的筒体1的内表面均设与筒体1轴向平行的十二根超导传热异型管件7,各超导传热异型管件7的横截面中部分外曲面与筒体1内表面的曲率半径相同。
在左圆形端板2的圆周上对应地布置十二个通孔,每根超导传热管件7分别对应地穿置在相应的通孔内,每根超导传热管件7的另一端分别支撑在右圆形端板3上,在内胆6外沿轴向设置两至六只撑圈8,于撑圈8上分别焊接螺母9,在各螺母9上连接螺栓10,各螺栓10分别抵触在相应的超导传热管件7外。
在各超导传热管件7内分别套置一根电热管11,各电热管11的外端分别焊接在相应的超导传热管件7上。

Claims (1)

1.高效传热烫光烘筒,包括不锈钢圆柱形筒体,在所述筒体的两端分别固定连接左、右圆形端板,在左、右圆形端板的外端分别固定连接左、右支撑轴,在左、右圆形端板之间的筒体内设置保温内胆,其特征在于在所述保温内胆外侧筒体的内表面均设与筒体轴向平行的至少十根超导传热异型管件,各超导传热异型管件的横截面中的部分外曲面与筒体内表面的曲率半径相同,在左圆形端板的圆周上对应地布置与超导传热异型管件数量相同的通孔,每根超导传热异型管件分别对应地穿置在相应的通孔内,每根超导传热异型管件的另一端分别支撑在右圆形端板上,在内胆外设置撑圈,于撑圈上分别焊接螺母,在所述各螺母上连接螺栓,各螺栓分别抵触在相应的超导传热异型管件外;在各超导传热异型管件内分别套置一根电热管,各电热管的一端分别焊接在相应的超导传热异型管件上。
