本发明公开了一种安全检测器用高强度铝材,其组成成分及质量百分比为:B为0.05%~0.28%、Fe为0.001%~0.035%、Cr为0.005%~0.01%、Ti为0.005%~0.01%、Cu不高于0.01%、Mg不高于0.355%、Zn不高于0.04%、余量为Al。本发明的优点是在铝材中添加硼元素,使得铝材的密度为2.40~2.70g/cm3、抗拉强度σb为195~290MPa,伸长率δ≥9%;铝材耐蚀性优良,无应力腐蚀开裂倾向,机械强度满足产品要求。

本发明涉及一种铝材。
背景技术
铝材具有良好的导热、导电及机械性能,在工业、航空、交通、电业等众多领域有着极广泛的应用。随着科技的不断进步,不同产品在使用铝材时对导电、导热等各种性能指标的要求不同,而且越来越高。高纯度的铝材导热性能较好,但其硬度又不是较高,通常会在其中添加一些合金元素以提高铝材强度,但此时又会降低铝材的导热率和导电率。安全检测器用铝材除了要具备一定的导电导热性能外,由于产品结构所需,还必须具备高强度的机械性能。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种安全检测器用高强度铝材。
技术方案:一种安全检测器用高强度铝材,其组成成分及质量百分比为:B为0.05%~0.28%、Fe为0.001%~0.035%、Cr为0.005%~0.01%、Ti为0.005%~0.01%、Cu不高于0.01%、Mg不高于0.355%、Zn不高于0.04%、余量为Al。
最佳的,其组成成分及质量百分比为:B为0.22%、Fe为0.03%、Cr为0.01、Ti为0.01、Cu为0.01%、Mg为0.1%、Zn为0.02%、余量为Al。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是在铝材中添加硼元素,使得铝材的密度为2.40~2.70g/cm3、抗拉强度σb为195~290MPa,伸长率δ≥9%;铝材耐蚀性优良,无应力腐蚀开裂倾向,机械强度满足产品要求。
