Abstract

本发明公开了一种空心钻头,采用金属制成,包括管状基体、设置在管状基体底端的切削齿和位于管状基体内的联动部;所述空心钻头联动部的中心处设有齿轮状联动孔。本发明可以与塑料钻柄以及麻花定位钻头通过一体注塑成型方式制成一体的复合钻头,既能保证强度,又能有效降低复合钻头的制造成本。

技术领域
本发明钻头结构设计技术领域,具体涉及一种空心钻头。
背景技术
附图1是一种传统钻头的剖视图,该种钻头包括钻柄(91)、空心钻头(92)、麻花钻(93)和紧固螺钉(94);所述钻柄一端的中心处设有盲孔(911),该端的外周壁上设有外螺纹连接部(912),且钻柄柄体上设有与盲孔连通的紧固孔(913);所述空心钻头螺接固定在钻柄的外螺纹连接部上,所述麻花钻的一端作为固定端位于钻柄盲孔中,另一端作为切削端伸出该盲孔并高出空心钻头;所述紧固螺钉位于钻柄紧固孔中,并把麻花钻的固定端压紧固定在盲孔中。
这种传统钻头的不足之处在于:其结构较为复杂,加工制造工序较为繁琐;另外其钻柄、钻头和麻花钻都是采用金属制成,重量较重,且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构较为合理,可有效降低复合钻头制造成本的空心钻头。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种空心钻头,采用金属制成,包括管状基体、设置在管状基体底端的切削齿和位于管状基体内的联动部;所述空心钻头联动部的中心处设有齿轮状联动孔。
上述方案中,所述管状基体在联动部的上下两侧端形成凹区。
本发明可以与塑料钻柄以及麻花定位钻头通过一体注塑成型方式制成一体的复合钻头,既能保证强度,又能有效降低复合钻头的制造成本。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
图2和图3显示了本发明的第一种具体实施方式,其中图2是本发明的一种立体结构示意图;图3是图1所示空心钻头的一种剖视图。
本实施例是一种空心钻头,见图2和图3所示,采用金属制成,包括管状基体21、设置在管状基体21底端的切削齿22和位于管状基体21内的联动部23;所述空心钻头2联动部23的中心处设有齿轮状联动孔24。
所述管状基体21在联动部23的上下两侧端形成凹区6。
(应用例1)
图4至图6显示了本发明的一种具体应用方式,其中图4是采用图2所示空心钻头制成的一种复合钻头;图5是图4所示复合钻头的一种爆炸图;图6是图4所示复合钻头从另一角度观察时的一种爆炸图。
本应用例是采用上述实施例1制成的一种复合钻头,见图4至图6所示,包括钻柄1、空心钻头2和麻花钻头3,所述空心钻头2和麻花钻头3采用金属制成,麻花钻头3和空心钻头2设置在钻柄1同一端,且麻花钻头3位于空心钻头2中心处;所述空心钻头2包括管状基体21、设置在管状基体21底端的切削齿22和位于管状基体21内的联动部23;所述麻花钻头3包括与钻柄1相连的固定部31和远离钻柄1的切削部32;所述钻柄1采用塑料制成,包括与空心钻头2相连的注塑连接部11和远离空心钻头2一端的安装部12;所述空心钻头2联动部23的中心处设有齿轮状联动孔24;所述钻柄1的注塑连接部11设有与该联动孔24相配合的联动齿轮13。
所述钻柄1在其联动齿轮13的两端还设有用于把空心钻头2联动部23封装在内的两个圆形增强封板15,所述增强封板15位于空心钻头2管状基体21的凹区6中,所述联动齿轮13位于两增强封板15之间,且联动齿轮13上各轮齿的上下两端分别与两个增强封板15相连。
所述麻花钻头3的固定部31的形状是正多边形。所述麻花钻头3固定部31设有沿着与中心轴线方向垂直的横向贯穿的多个增强孔33。在注塑成型制造钻柄时,该增强孔33中也被塑料所填充。
本应用例采用塑料制成钻柄,可以获得和传统采用金属制成的钻头同样的技术效果,由于材料价格低廉,生产效率较高,从而有效降低制造成本。

1.一种空心钻头,采用金属制成,包括管状基体(21)、设置在管状基体(21)底端的切削齿(22)和位于管状基体(21)内的联动部(23);其特征在于:所述空心钻头(2)联动部(23)的中心处设有齿轮状联动孔(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空心钻头,其特征在于:所述管状基体(21)在联动部(23)的上下两侧端形成凹区(6)。
