本发明公开了一种复合力矩螺栓,包括金属螺栓本体和塑料制成的拧断式紧固头,该金属螺栓本体包括设有外螺纹的螺杆和设置在螺杆一侧端的六角受力部;该拧断式紧固头包括设有容置腔的联接部、六角拧转部、以及连接六角拧转部和联接部的拧断部,拧断部的外径小于连接部和六角拧转部;该联接部通过注塑成型方式固定在金属螺栓本体的六角受力部上,或者该联接部直接套接在金属螺栓本体的六角受力部上;六角受力部位于拧断式紧固头联接部的容置腔中。本发明生产效率较高,能够有效降低制造成本。

技术领域
本发明属于紧固件结构设计技术领域,具体涉及一种复合力矩螺栓。
背景技术
现有力矩螺母都是采用金属材料制成,其成本较高,且由于拧断的力矩机构都是丢弃处理,造成了极大浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种成本较低的复合力矩螺栓。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种复合力矩螺栓,包括金属螺栓本体和塑料制成的拧断式紧固头,该金属螺栓本体包括设有外螺纹的螺杆和设置在螺杆一侧端的六角受力部;该拧断式紧固头包括设有容置腔的联接部、六角拧转部、以及连接六角拧转部和联接部的拧断部,拧断部的外径小于连接部和六角拧转部;该联接部通过注塑成型方式包覆住金属螺栓本体的六角受力部;六角受力部位于拧断式紧固头联接部的容置腔中,联接部包覆住六角受力部的顶壁、外周壁和底壁从而将六角受力部密封在内;螺杆的纵向截面形状是矩形。
上述技术方案中,联接部还通过注塑成型方式形成一位于六角受力部远离六角拧转部一侧端的塑料垫圈。
本发明通过采用塑料制成复合螺栓的力矩机构,能够获得和传统采用金属制成的力矩螺栓同样的技术效果,且制造工艺比较成熟,生产效率较高,有效降低制造成本。

本实施例是一种复合螺栓,包括金属螺栓本体1和塑料制成的拧断式紧固头2,该金属螺栓本体1包括设有外螺纹的螺杆11和设置在螺杆11一侧端的六角受力部12;该拧断式紧固头2包括设有容置腔的联接部21、六角拧转部22、以及连接六角拧转部22和联接部21的拧断部23,拧断部23的外径小于连接部和六角拧转部22;该联接部21通过注塑成型方式固定在金属螺栓本体1的六角受力部12上,六角受力部12位于拧断式紧固头2联接部21的容置腔中。
联接部21还通过注塑成型方式形成一位于六角受力部12远离六角拧转部22一侧端的塑料垫圈211。
本实施例是通过注塑成型方式制造塑料拧断式紧固头,但在具体实践中,可以通过改变容置腔的形状,使其可以直接卡接在金属螺栓本体1的六角受力部12上,也是完全可行的。
从本实施例可以得出,本发明通过采用塑料制成复合螺栓的力矩机构,能够获得和传统采用金属制成的力矩螺栓同样的技术效果,且制造工艺比较成熟,生产效率较高,从而能够有效降低制造成本。

1.一种复合力矩螺栓,包括金属螺栓本体(1),该金属螺栓本体(1)包括设有外螺纹的螺杆(11)和设置在螺杆(11)一侧端的六角受力部(12);其特征在于:该复合螺栓还包括塑料制成的拧断式紧固头(2);该拧断式紧固头(2)包括设有容置腔的联接部(21)、六角拧转部(22)、以及连接六角拧转部(22)和联接部(21)的拧断部(23),拧断部(23)的外径小于联接部和六角拧转部(22);该联接部(21)通过卡接方式直接卡接在六角受力部(12)上,六角受力部(12)位于拧断式紧固头(2)联接部(21)的容置腔中;联接部包覆住金属螺栓本体(1)的六角受力部(12),联接部(21)还通过注塑成型方式形成一位于六角受力部(12)远离六角拧转部(22)一侧端的塑料垫圈(211),联接部包覆住六角受力部的顶壁、外周壁和底壁从而将六角受力部密封在内。
