一种内墙抗污乳胶漆,包括有按重量计的如下组分:水25~35份,羧甲基纤维素0.05~0.1份,醋酸乙烯乳液35~40份,磷酸三丁酯0.5~1.5份,滑石粉3~6份,乙二醇1~5份,二氧化钛5~10份,六偏磷酸钠0.05~0.1份,增稠剂0.2~0.4份。所述的增稠剂为ASE-60或者T-33或者MC353。所述滑石粉选择300~600目。本发明提供的内墙抗污乳胶漆,通过配方的改进,降低乳胶漆的表面张力,提高憎水性能,可提高漆膜的抗污力,同时添加抗污剂,提高乳胶漆的抗污能力。

一种内墙抗污乳胶漆
技术领域
    本发明提供了一种内墙抗污乳胶漆,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
   乳胶漆是有机涂料的一种,是以合成树脂乳液为基料加入颜料、填料及各种助剂配制而成的一类水性涂料。以水为分散介质,无有机溶剂,运输贮存不存在爆炸和火灾等危险问题,安全环保。目前使用最多的是无光乳胶漆,效果白而没有光泽,刷上确保墙体干净、整洁,具备一定的耐刷洗性,具有良好的遮盖力,被广大家庭企业所使用,但是这种乳胶漆不具备抗污能力,一旦沾染上油渍、笔迹、手印等污渍很难清除,严重影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种内墙抗污乳胶漆,通过配方的改进,降低乳胶漆的表面张力,提高憎水性能,可提高漆膜的抗污力,同时添加抗污剂,提高乳胶漆的抗污能力。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
     一种内墙抗污乳胶漆,包括有按重量计的如下组分:水 25~35份,羧甲基纤维素 0.05~0.1份,醋酸乙烯乳液 35~40份,磷酸三丁酯 0.5~1.5份,滑石粉 3~6份,乙二醇 1~5份,二氧化钛 5~10份,六偏磷酸钠 0.05~0.1份,增稠剂 0.2~0.4份。
    所述的增稠剂为ASE-60或者T-33或者MC353。
所述滑石粉选择300~600目。
制备方法:将各组分加入高速分散机,搅拌均匀后高速分散20~30min,过滤、包装、入库。
本发明提供的内墙抗污乳胶漆,通过配方的改进,降低乳胶漆的表面张力,提高憎水性能,可提高漆膜的抗污力,同时添加抗污剂,提高乳胶漆的抗污能力。 
具体实施方式
实施例1:
    一种内墙抗污乳胶漆,包括有按重量计的如下组分:水 30份,羧甲基纤维素 0.08份,醋酸乙烯乳液 38份,磷酸三丁酯 1份,滑石粉(400目) 4.5份,乙二醇 3份,二氧化钛 8份,六偏磷酸钠 0.75份,增稠剂ASE-60 0.3份。
     制得的内墙抗污乳胶漆搅拌混合后无硬块,涂膜外观正常,干燥时间 25℃下 20min基本干燥,40min后完全干燥,干燥时间短;普通市售黑墨水和蓝墨水涂抹在漆膜上,5min后直接擦拭,无明显痕迹。

1.一种内墙抗污乳胶漆,包括有按重量计的如下组分:水 25~35份,羧甲基纤维素 0.05~0.1份,醋酸乙烯乳液 35~40份,磷酸三丁酯 0.5~1.5份,滑石粉 3~6份,乙二醇 1~5份,二氧化钛 5~10份,六偏磷酸钠 0.05~0.1份,增稠剂 0.2~0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内墙抗污乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为ASE-60或者T-33或者MC353。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内墙抗污乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述滑石粉选择300~600目。
