Abstract

本发明提出的是一种风电LED照明路灯。在灯杆座上固定有圆锥形灯杆,在圆锥形灯杆的朝阳侧设有透光板,在阳光照射方向装有吸热板,在圆锥形灯杆下部设有进风口,在圆锥形灯杆的上端内部安装有涡扇,涡扇轴与发电机轴连接,在发电机上部安装有竖轴风力机,发电机电源输出线与锂蓄电池连接,蓄电池电源输出线与LED照明灯灯体连接。由于本发明完全使用风能发电供电,因此减少了市电和太阳能发电部件的安装,能够节省构建成本,延长使用寿命,并且供电功率调节方便。适宜作为以风力发电供电的LED路灯应用。

技术领域
[0001]本发明提出的是照明领域的照明器具,具体地说是一种风电LED照明路灯。
背景技术
[0002]目前所有的路灯都是在灯杆上安装灯头,灯头向外伸出,直接照射路面。这种结构的路灯容易受到风的影响,破坏灯头,而且灯头的制造还会增加成本。
[0003]目前路灯电源有用市电供电的路灯,有用太阳能供电的路灯,还有用风电互补的路灯,其中太阳能电池路灯和风力发电路灯以及风电互补的路灯以自然能源为主,尤其是风电路灯难以实现正常供电,所以单独使用风电供电的路灯还没有被采用。
[0004] 在风力资源比较丰富的地区,无论是夏季还是冬季,每天风都不断,而且,太阳光也在白天照射,由于光热效应,对封闭空间内的空气产生加热的作用,会引起空气流动而形成风。如果完全利用风能发电作为路灯的电源,不但能够减少市电的供应,也不需用太阳能电池,而且直接用风能发电供路灯电源,对风力资源丰富和太阳能丰富的地区使用风电点亮路灯是发展方向。
发明内容
[0005]为了实现路灯用风能供电,本发明提出了一种风电LED照明路灯。该路灯通过在具有进风口和加热板的灯杆内安装风力发电机,经过锂电池蓄电,解决路灯风能供电的技术问题。

[0007]在灯杆座上固定有圆锥形灯杆,在圆锥形灯杆的朝阳侧设有透光板,在阳光照射方向装有吸热板,在圆锥形灯杆下部设有进风口,在圆锥形灯杆的上端内部安装有涡扇,涡扇轴与发电机轴连接,在发电机上部安装有竖轴风力机,发电机电源输出线与锂蓄电池连接,蓄电池电源输出线与LED照明灯灯体连接。

[0011]据图所示,在灯杆座1上固定有圆锥形灯杆2,在圆锥形灯杆的朝阳侧设有透光板2.1,在阳光照射方向装有吸热板2.2,在圆锥形灯杆下部设有进风口2.3,在圆锥形灯杆的上端内部安装有涡扇3.1,涡扇轴与发电机3轴连接,在发电机上部安装有竖轴风力机3.2,发电机电源输出线与锂蓄电池4连接,蓄电池电源输出线与LED照明灯体5连接。

[0014]当有风的天气出现时,风吹向竖轴风力机,竖轴风力机带动发电机旋转发电;当有太阳光照射时,阳光透过透光板,照射到吸热板上,吸热板通过热传导加热圆锥形灯杆内从进气口进入的空气,产生上升气流,上升气流驱动涡扇旋转,带动发电机旋转发电;发电机旋转发出的电流通过电源输出线为锂蓄电池充电,锂蓄电池电源输出线将蓄电池内储存的电能输送给LED照明灯灯体,作为LED发光体的电能,通常情况下,在锂蓄电池通往LED照明灯灯体之间的电源线上设置光敏开关,在环境光线充足的情况下,LED发光体不点亮,当夜间需要路面照明的情况下,光敏开关打开,LED照明灯点亮照明路面。

1.一种风电LED照明路灯,灯杆座(1)上固定有灯杆,发电机电源输出线与锂蓄电池(4)连接,蓄电池电源输出线与LED照明灯灯体(5)连接; 其特征是: 所述灯杆为圆锥形灯杆(2),在圆锥形灯杆下部设有进风口(2.3); 在圆锥形灯杆的朝阳侧设有透光板(2.1),在阳光照射方向装有吸热板(2.2); 在圆锥形灯杆的上端内部安装有涡扇(3.1 ),涡扇轴与发电机(3 )轴连接; 在发电机上部安装有竖轴风力机(3.2)。
