Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于治疗髌骨骨折的髌骨接骨板,属于医疗器械技术领域,包括髌骨上钢板、髌骨下钢板和若干个并列的髌骨钢板螺丝,所述的髌骨上钢板和髌骨下钢板通过髌骨钢板螺丝连接;所述的髌骨钢板螺丝为2个;所述的髌骨上钢板设有第一弯钩部件,髌骨下钢板设有2个第二弯钩部件,第一弯钩部件与第二弯钩部件的位置关系为相对位置关系。本发明能有效固定住远端骨块,使病人能进行有效的功能锻炼,且避免了在进行功能性锻炼时造成骨折的再位移,避免出现不同程度的肢功能残疾;简单、实用,且成本低廉。

一种髌骨接骨板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于治疗髌骨骨折的髌骨接骨板,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
髌骨是连接股四头肌与骨韧带的一个骨性桥梁,是保护肌骨踝部,增强伸膝力量和稳定膝关节的一个重要装置。髌骨骨折要求解剖复位,如粉碎型,尤其是远1/3部位骨折,由于远端骨块较小,现有内固定器材不能对其有效抓持,达不到牢固固定的目的,从而不能进行有效的功能锻炼,或进行功能性锻炼时可造成骨折的再位移,这类骨折病人会出现不同程度的患肢功能残疾。因此,本领域急需一种固定器械能对这类骨折进行有效的固定,为病人的康复提供有利的保障。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种髌骨接骨板,该髌骨接骨板能牢固固定远端骨块,为病人康复提供有利的保障,简单、实用,且成本低廉。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种髌骨接骨板,包括髌骨上钢板、髌骨下钢板和若干个并列的髌骨钢板螺丝,所述的髌骨上钢板和髌骨下钢板通过髌骨钢板螺丝连接。
所述的髌骨钢板螺丝为1-10个。
所述的髌骨钢板螺丝为2个。
所述的髌骨上钢板设有第一弯钩部件。
所述的髌骨下钢板设有若干个第二弯钩部件。
所述的第二弯钩部件为2个。
所述的第一弯钩部件与第二弯钩部件的位置关系为相对位置关系。
所述的髌骨上钢板为铬髌骨上钢板、镍髌骨上钢板、钼髌骨上钢板或纯钛髌骨上钢板。
所述的髌骨下钢板为铬髌骨下钢板、镍髌骨下钢板、钼髌骨下钢板或纯钛髌骨下钢板。
所述的髌骨钢板螺丝为铬髌骨钢板螺丝、镍髌骨钢板螺丝、钼髌骨钢板螺丝、钛髌骨钢板螺丝或铝髌骨钢板螺丝。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的髌骨接骨板能有效固定住远端骨块,使病人能进行有效的功能锻炼,且避免了在进行功能性锻炼时造成骨折的再位移,避免出现不同程度的肢功能残疾;简单、实用,且成本低廉。

实施例
如图1所示,本发明的髌骨接骨板,包括髌骨上钢板1、髌骨下钢板2和2个并列的髌骨钢板螺丝3,髌骨上钢板1和髌骨下钢板2通过髌骨钢板螺丝3连接。
髌骨上钢板1设有第一弯钩部件2,髌骨下钢板2设有2个第二弯钩部件5,第一弯钩部件4与第二弯钩部件5的位置关系为相对位置关系,
髌骨上钢板1和髌骨下钢板2均为纯钛髌骨上钢板,髌骨钢板螺丝3为铬髌骨钢板螺丝。
本发明中,髌骨钢板螺丝还可以为1个、3个、4个、5个、6个、7个、8个、9个或10个;髌骨上钢板1还可以为铬髌骨上钢板1、镍髌骨上钢板1或钼髌骨上钢板1,髌骨下钢板2还可以为铬髌骨下钢板2、镍髌骨下钢板2或钼髌骨下钢板2,髌骨钢板螺丝3还可以为镍髌骨钢板螺丝3、钼髌骨钢板螺丝3、钛髌骨钢板螺丝3或铝髌骨钢板螺丝3。其它部件与连接方式均与实施例1相同,此处不作赘述。
本发明的髌骨接骨板能有效固定住远端骨块,使病人能进行有效的功能锻炼,且避免了在进行功能性锻炼时造成骨折的再位移,避免出现不同程度的肢功能残疾。

1.一种髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:包括髌骨上钢板、髌骨下钢板和若干个并列的髌骨钢板螺丝,所述的髌骨上钢板和髌骨下钢板通过髌骨钢板螺丝连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的髌骨钢板螺丝为1-10个。
3.如权利要求2所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的髌骨钢板螺丝为2个。
4.如权利要求1所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的髌骨上钢板设有第一弯钩部件。
5.如权利要求4所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的髌骨下钢板设有若干个第二弯钩部件。
6.如权利要求5所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的第二弯钩部件为2个。
7.如权利要求5所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的第一弯钩部件与第二弯钩部件的位置关系为相对位置关系。
8.如权利要求1所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的髌骨上钢板为铬髌骨上钢板、镍髌骨上钢板、钼髌骨上钢板或纯钛髌骨上钢板。
9.如权利要求1所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的髌骨下钢板为铬髌骨下钢板、镍髌骨下钢板、钼髌骨下钢板或纯钛髌骨下钢板。
10.如权利要求1所述的髌骨接骨板,其特征在于:所述的髌骨钢板螺丝为铬髌骨钢板螺丝、镍髌骨钢板螺丝、钼髌骨钢板螺丝、钛髌骨钢板螺丝或铝髌骨钢板螺丝。
