Abstract

一种用于治疗骨外科长骨骨折的骨膜外支撑式接骨板,它的一面呈拱型,另一面为平面,且在平面两侧均布有柱状突台。所以它不易弯曲变形,有一定的弹性,并固定牢稳。使用时,只有突台接触骨膜,在接骨钢板与骨皮质之间始终留有2.5-3mm的间隙,接骨钢板覆盖部位的骨膜或附有筋膜组织的骨膜,不会受到钢板块的直接压迫或槽形类钢板两侧梁状结构的切割性损伤。

Description

本实用新型属于骨外科用医疗器械,它适用于治疗股骨、肱骨、胫骨等长骨骨折。
治疗长骨骨折,常使用平板结构的普通加压钢板。它虽能使长骨骨折固定牢稳,允许关节早期活动,避免关节僵直及病人长期卧床的痛苦。但使用该器械的手术仍需要大片剥离骨膜,损害骨折断端的血液循环。同时,紧贴骨干的钢板块,不仅会产生巨大的遮挡效应,还会压迫骨折断端部的骨皮质,导致骨皮质表面坏死变性。目前,有一种梯形结构的加压钢板,它虽具有不易弯曲变形,固定牢固,有一定的弹性,并能使原有的遮挡效应相对缩小的优点,但仍存在着上述普通加压钢板的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是在于提供一种可使骨折端愈合迅速的骨膜外支撑式接骨板。它能保护骨折断端的骨膜组织,又可避免因钢板直接压迫骨组织而产生骨质局部坏死变性的可能,并能使需同时进行植骨的植骨块,牢稳固定,不易滑脱。
其具体解决方案是:接骨钢板用铬、镍、钛合金材料制成。它的一面呈拱型,另一面为平面,并在该平面的两侧边布有突台。该突台为正方体、长方体、或园柱体,且突台高为2.5-3mm,面积为6-9mm2

参照附图1、2,接骨板由1Cr18NiqTi材料制成。它的一面呈拱状形(5),另一面为平面,在该平面两侧边缘各有6个正方体突台(2),突台高为3mm,面积为9mm2,并且突台(2)从接骨板(1)的两端开始依次设置,除位于该板中段两相邻突台间距稍大外,其余相邻两突台间的距离均相等。在钢板内布有螺钉固定孔(4),而长形加压槽(3)位于接骨钢板(1)的一侧端。
使用时须先将骨折部位以骨钩牵拉复位,骨钳临时固定,尔后将接骨钢板带长形加压槽(3)的一端置于骨折远端,先于骨折近端与钢板相对应的螺钉固定孔(4)处拧入螺钉,再于骨折远端钢板加压槽(3)的远侧对应处钻孔拧入螺钉,借助压力器加压,然后依次拧入其余螺钉,若是粉碎性骨折,可避免使用加压器。对于需同时进行植骨的,将植骨块置于突台中间,可以固定牢稳,不易滑脱。
医疗效果:采用该接骨板治疗股骨、肱骨、胫骨等长骨骨折67例,随访观察最长达17个月。临床应用证明,该新型接骨钢板固定牢稳,经该接骨板固定后骨折愈合迅速。骨折愈合时间平均为48天,较同期闭合复位者骨性愈合时间提前了13天,较普通加压钢板提前了32天。同时,克服了骨折部位骨质吸收、错位、迟愈等不良现象。
由于接骨钢板一面呈拱型,另一面为平面,并且在其上布有柱状突台。所以它结构简单,不易弯曲变形,有一定的弹性,遮挡效应小。同时,使用时,只有突台接触骨膜,在骨皮质与钢板之间始终留有2.5-3mm的空隙,因此,接骨钢板覆盖部位的骨膜或附有筋膜组织的骨膜,不会受到钢板块的直接压迫或槽形类钢板两侧梁状结构的切割性损伤。从而保护了骨折部残存的血液循环,促使骨折迅速愈合,又避免了钢板覆盖下的骨皮质局部坏死变性的可能。

1、一种用于长骨骨折的骨膜外支撑式接骨板,其特征在于该接骨板的一面呈拱型,另一面为平面,并在平面两侧均布有柱状突台(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的骨膜外支撑式接骨板,其特征在于突台(2)的面积为6-9mm2,高为2.5-3mm。
