Abstract
一种固态热塑性塑料细长料条(64),有至少一处几乎其完全切断的切口(70),在各切口处两侧料条的相对端面之间保留一点连接部分(72),料条可在各切口的连结部分处向一侧弯曲。
Description
本申请是关于送入熔化装置的固态热塑性塑料料块或细长料条。
热塑性固体材料的各种成型块或细长料条可以馈入专用设备以使熔化,然后将熔化的热塑性塑料排出。通常,这样的设备具有一个圆筒形部件,筒内有一个熔化腔,该腔一端有一个带喷嘴的出口,另一端与一个套管的通口相联通。固态热塑性塑料的长料条刚好可以穿过套管的通口,从而前端进入熔化腔,后端仍露于套管之外,此种设备上设有加热装置以使伸入熔化腔内的热塑性塑料长料条熔化。用此种设备时,把热塑性塑料长料条熔化,用此种设备时,把热塑性塑料长条通过套管压入熔化腔,以将熔化的塑料经喷嘴排挤出去,这些动作在有些设备上是靠使用者用手指来完成,而在另一些设备上则靠自动或可调的送进机构来实现。
本发明提出了固态热塑性塑料长条的几种新形状,它们比单个的圆柱状料块更易于馈入上述形式的熔化排出热塑性塑料的喷料器(dispensing device),更易于用长料段以减少装填时间。
根据本发明,所提出的固态热塑性塑料长条由一连串同轴且基本是圆柱状的料段以及沿着长条的轴向与这些圆柱交错排列的矩形截面段共同组成。这些圆柱段具有预定的均匀的轴向与径向尺寸,方截面段的对角线尺寸与圆柱段的直径基本相同。
在一种优选的实施例里,矩形截面段的断面为方形,其沿着料条轴向的长度略短于圆柱形段的长度,但基本是相同的。
这种形状的固态热塑性塑料粘胶条比起固态圆柱形料块来更具有柔韧性,因此可以绕成盘条以便于贮放(例如直径50cm的盘条)。而且向喷料器中装填热塑料块以排出等量已熔化的热塑性塑料时,用这种新形状的固态热塑料长条要比用圆柱形的热塑性塑料块更省力;显然,长料条上各圆柱形段之间的周向空隙可以容纳熔化的热塑性塑料,并可使固态热塑性塑料与被加热的圆筒形部件更直接地接触,此外,在这样的长条上可分布许多切口,这些切口几乎横贯料条,但仍保留一点起铰链作用的连接部分。因而使料条容易弯曲,既便较粗较硬的塑胶条也可以盘绕成卷以便贮运。
固态热塑性塑料长条的另一种可用于上述喷料器的推荐形状是仅在长条两侧相对部位上均匀分布着弓形的凸齿,喷料器借助于这些凸齿牵引料条。这种长料条也可以有许多均布的横贯切口,同时在每一切口处保留一点起铰链作用的连接部分,以使料条易于盘绕成卷,利于贮运。
还有一种形状的料条,是由沿着料条轴向均匀交错排列的同轴圆柱形段与矩形截面段组成。各圆柱形段具有均匀的轴向及径向尺寸,该轴向尺寸远远大于矩形截面段沿料条轴向的尺寸。各矩形截面段的截面狭长,其对角线尺寸基本等于圆柱形段的直径。而沿料条轴向具有足够的长度,从而在料条上形成中央横向铰连,这样一方面使料条易于弯曲,一方面使推进机构可以嵌入相邻圆柱端面之间。

固态热塑性塑料条64具有多个同轴排列基本呈圆柱形的料段66,各圆柱形段66有均匀的轴向径向尺寸(例如,分别是0.38厘米和1.5厘米),这些圆柱形段66沿着料条64轴向与一系列尺寸和排列方向相同的矩形(图示为正方形)截面段68均匀地交错排列,各矩形段68具有约等于圆柱形段66直径的均匀对角线尺寸,各顶角与圆柱形段66的圆周面齐平,轴向长度略短于但近似等于各圆柱形段的轴向长度(例如约0.25厘米)。由这些交错排列的圆柱形和矩形段66、68共同组成的料条64,相当于在矩形段68排列整齐的四面侧壁上有圆柱形段66形成的均匀排列的弧形凸台。这些弧形凸台沿着料条64相对的侧壁形成均匀排列的弧形齿,各齿间的齿根平面平行于料条64的纵轴。这些齿,或圆柱形段66形成的凸台,相当于齿条上的齿,使料条64可以与喷料器中的推进机构相啮合而被带动,各圆柱形段66所成凸台之间的空档还为已熔化的热塑性塑料提供了贮槽,有利于料条64在喷料器中的熔化。另外,料条64的若干间隔的矩形段68上还有横贯切口70,这些切口70几乎将料条完全切断,仅在矩形的顶角上保留近似三角形的连接部分72,从而使料条64易于向一个方向弯曲,便于盘绕成卷以便贮运,而当料条各段排成一线时,又可象整根固体材料一样受牵拉。
现在参看图2,其中标号194所指的是按本发明原理制得的固态热塑性塑料块或料条的第二种实例。料条194有许多同轴排列且基本呈圆柱形的料段196,料段196具有均匀的预定轴向和径向尺寸(例如,分别为0.38cm和1.5cm。这些圆柱形段196沿着料条196轴向与一系列矩形截面段197和198均匀间隔交错排列,各矩形截面段有约等于圆柱段196直径的均匀的对角线尺寸,各顶角与圆柱段196的圆周面齐平,轴向长度略短于但近似等于各圆柱形段196的轴向长度(例如约0.25cm)。由这些交错排列的圆柱形段和矩形段196、197和198共同组成的料条194,相当于在排列整齐的一串矩形段198的四面侧壁上有由圆柱形段196形成的均匀排列的弧形凸台。这些弧形凸台沿着料条194相对的侧壁形成均布的弧形齿。各齿间的齿根平面平行于料条194的纵轴。如同前面所讲,这些齿,或圆柱形段196形成的凸台,相当于齿条上的齿,使料条194可以与喷料器中的推进机构相啮合而被带动,各圆柱形段196所形成凸台之间的空档还为已熔化的热塑料提供了贮槽,有利于料条194在喷料器中熔化。在多个相邻圆柱形段196之间的矩形段197都是方形截面,使料条194这一段比校硬挺,而截面狭长的198段则给料条194以较大的挠性,使之能在这些部位弯曲以盘绕成卷,利于贮运。

参看图6和6A,其中标号464泛指按照本发明原理制得的固态热塑料块或料条的第五种实例。料条464有多个圆柱形段466,这些圆柱形段466有均匀的轴向及径向预定尺寸(例如,分别为2.5cm和1.5cm),各段间被几乎横贯料条464的至少一处切口468分割。图示有多处切口468,在每一切口处为两侧的圆柱形段466保留一弧形连接部分470。这样可使料条464在各连接部分470处向一侧弯曲,易于盘绕成卷以便贮运。料条464可与一种与这里图示的喷料器不同的装置配用。这样的装置应能挂住固态热塑料条上圆柱形段的外壁面而将其带动。与前面描述的料条64、194、264、364等一样,料条464也可以比图示例子长得多,并且也可盘绕成卷以便贮运。
上面参考实例对本发明作了描述。显然,内行的人可以在此实例基础上作许多改变而仍不超出本发明的范围。因此本发明不应仅限于此申请书中描述的结构,而是由权利要求书中语言所描述的结构及其等效物来确定。
Claims (5)
1、一种固态热塑性塑料细长料条(64、194、264、364、464),其特征在于:料条沿其长度方向有至少一处几乎将其完全断开的切口(70、270、468),同时在料条切口两侧部分(366、466)的相对端面之间保留一点铰链似的连接部分(72、198、272、368、470),料条在各连接部分可向一个方向弯曲。
2、一种按权利要求1的固态塑性塑料细长料条(64、194、264、364、464)其特征在于:沿着其长度分布着许多如上述的切口(70、270、468)。
3、一种按权利要求1的固态热塑性细长料条(64、194、264),其特征在于:具有许多同轴排列的基本呈圆柱形的部分(66、196、268),这些圆柱形段有均匀的轴向及径向预定尺寸,并沿着料条轴向与一系列基本呈矩形的部分(68、197、268)均匀地交错排列,这些矩形段的对角线尺寸与上述圆柱形段的直径基本相同。
4、一种按权利要求3的固态热塑性料细长料条(64、194),其特征在于:所述的基本为矩形的部分(68、197)具有方形横截面,其沿着料条轴向的长度与上述圆柱形段(66、196)的轴向尺寸基本相同。
5、一种按权利要求1的固态热塑性塑料细长料条(64、194、264、364),其特征在于:沿着其相反的侧面上有均匀分布的弧形凸齿。
