背景技术
索具,指为了实现物体挪移系结在起重机械与被起重物体之间的受力工具,以及为了稳固空间结构的受力构件。索具分为金属索具和合成纤维索具,金属索具中应用最广泛的即为钢丝绳吊索索具,也就是钢索索具。但以往索具,其材质单一且极易受施工环境影响,易被酸碱腐蚀,索具的老化会产生极大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了耐酸碱腐蚀的钢索索具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种钢索索具,所述钢索索具的材质为耐蚀合金,所述耐蚀合金包括有按重量百分比计的以下组分:铬21-26%,镍32-43%,钼2.5-13%,铝0.3-0.4%,钛0.4-0.9%,钨0.3-0.7%,余量为铁。
进一步的,上述的一种钢索索具,所述耐蚀合金包括有按重量百分比计的以下组分:铬23%,镍36%,钼8%,铝0.35%,钛0.7%,钨0.5%,余量为铁。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的一种钢索索具,由于采用了耐蚀合金材质,能够有效防止酸碱侵蚀,据验证,比普通市售索具的酸碱耐久度超出2-3倍,且不易断裂,极大的保证了生产安全。
