发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种风机叶轮校平衡装置,该装置主要是用来校正风机叶轮的平衡。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种风机叶轮校平衡装置,其特征是,包括平衡辅助圆盘、平衡转盘、齿轮轴和平台,所述的平衡转盘和齿轮轴是齿轮连接,齿轮轴与平衡辅助圆盘也是通过齿轮连接,一连杆连接平衡转盘和平衡辅助圆盘,连杆和平台双联。
该发明的有益效果是:该风机叶轮校平衡装置有效地实现了平台做圆周运动永远的保持平衡(即一直水平),适合小型工厂使用,可快速有效地为风机叶轮校正平衡,使叶轮保证是一个标准的圆形,使叶轮在风机上转动时不至于振动,保证了机器的正常运转。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种风机叶轮校平衡装置,包括平衡辅助圆盘1、平衡转盘3、齿轮轴5和平台4。所述的平衡转盘3和齿轮轴5是齿轮连接,齿轮轴5与平衡辅助圆盘1也是通过齿轮连接,一连杆2连接平衡转盘3和平衡辅助圆盘1,平衡转盘3内设有齿圈并带动齿轮轴5旋转,平衡辅助圆盘1内侧也有齿圈,所以,齿轮轴5又带动了平衡辅助圆盘1旋转,平衡转盘3与平衡辅助圆盘1保持同步。连杆2和平台4双联。
工作时先将叶轮放于该风机叶轮校平衡装置上固定好,并保持平行,由于平衡转盘3有固定的旋转中心,平衡辅助圆盘1也有固定的旋转中心;当平衡转盘3转动时,平衡转盘3内侧有齿圈带动齿轮轴5转动,平衡辅助圆盘1内侧也有齿圈,齿轮轴5又带动平衡辅助圆盘1转动,这样平衡辅助圆盘1和平衡转盘3保持同步,就保持了连杆2的垂直不变,连杆2和平台4双联,所以平台4做圆周运动永远的保持平衡。平台上有划针,把叶轮上不圆的部位划出来,以便加工。

1.一种风机叶轮校平衡装置,其特征是,其结构包括平衡辅助圆盘、平衡转盘、齿轮轴和平台,所述的平衡转盘和齿轮轴是齿轮连接,齿轮轴与平衡辅助圆盘也是通过齿轮连接,一连杆连接平衡转盘和平衡辅助圆盘,连杆和平台双联;平衡转盘有固定的旋转中心,平衡辅助圆盘也有固定的旋转中心;当平衡转盘转动时,平衡转盘内侧有齿圈带动齿轮轴转动,平衡辅助圆盘内侧也有齿圈,齿轮轴又带动平衡辅助圆盘转动,这样平衡辅助圆盘和平衡转盘保持同步,就保持了连杆的垂直不变;平台上设有划针。
