本发明公开了一种密炼机啮合型转子,包括转子本体(4)和设置在转子本体(4)上的三条棱,所述三条棱分别为长棱(1)、中棱(2)和短棱(3),其特征在于:长棱(1)和中棱(2)的螺旋方向一致,短棱(3)的螺旋方向与长棱(1)和中棱(2)的螺旋方向相反。本发明的一种密炼机啮合型转子改变了短棱的螺旋方向和角度,增长了短棱的长度,与传统结构相比,去除了老结构中胶料在短棱端面处存在死区而不能被搅拌的缺点,也增大了两根转子之间的啮合面积,增强了炼胶效果,使胶料品质得到进一步的提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密炼机啮合型转子。
背景技术
密炼机啮合型转子在橡胶行业中得到越来越广泛的应用,由于转子间的啮合作用和良好的冷却效果,使胶料得到充分的混炼与搅拌,其制品品质较高,如图1所示,传统结构的啮合型转子结构中的短棱的螺旋方向与长棱,中棱一致,螺旋角比长棱、中棱小,这样在转子工作时,在短棱端面一侧就会始终存在存胶的现象,此部分胶料始终挤压在这一死角,而不能返回到转子中间处进行进一步的折返,搅拌,混炼,恶化了端面密封的工况,增大了胶料对转子的轴向力和阻扭矩,这就影响了炼胶效率,增加了炼胶周期。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在工作期间不存在死区现象的密炼机啮合型转子结构。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种密炼机啮合型转子,包括转子本体(4)和设置在转子本体(4)上的三条棱,所述三条棱分别为长棱(1)、中棱(2)和短棱(3),长棱(1)和中棱(2)的螺旋方向一致,短棱(3)的螺旋方向与长棱(1)和中棱(2)的螺旋方向相反。
所所述短棱(3)螺旋角大于长棱(1)和中棱(2)螺旋角。
所述短棱(3)长度从转子本体(4)中间截面位置开始向右侧一直延续到端面,所述中棱(2)长度从转子本体(4)中间截面位置开始向左侧一直延续到端面,所述长棱(1)长度从转子本体(4)中间截面位置开始向两侧端面方向对称延续。
在转子本体(4)的中间截面上,长棱(1)与中棱(2)的截面相位差为180°。
本发明一种密炼机啮合型转子,改变了短棱的螺旋方向和角度,增长了短棱的长度,彻底消除了死区,增强了三个棱之间的啮合磨擦效应,解决了旧结构炼胶过程中在短棱处存胶的问题,同时增大了胶料往复折返的空间,加大了转子间的啮合效果,提高了炼胶的效果,提高其炼胶品质,同时缩短了炼胶周期,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图2所示, 本发明密炼机啮合型转子,包括转子本体4和设置在转子本体4上的三条棱,分别为长棱1、中棱2和短棱3,图2中箭头表示转子回转方向,长棱1、中棱2的螺旋方向一致,短棱3的螺旋方向与长棱,中棱的螺旋方向相反,在转子工作时,胶料可返回到转子中间处进行进一步的折返,搅拌,混炼,长棱1和中棱2的螺旋角a接近,短棱3螺旋角a大于长棱1和中棱2螺旋角a,在转子本体4的中间截面上(图中M-M),长棱与中棱的截面相位差180°,短棱与长棱的截面相位相差约90°,可以大于90°,也可以小于90°,从转子本体4中间截面位置(图中M-M)开始,短棱3长度从转子本体(4)中间截面位置开始向右侧一直延续到端面,中棱2长度从转子本体4中间截面位置开始向左侧一直延续到端面,长棱1长度从转子本体4中间截面位置开始向两侧端面方向对称延续,其总长约为整个转子本体长度的2/3,短棱的螺旋角增大,短棱加长后,其啮合区域也相应的增大,见图2中阴影部分区域,本发明由于短棱与中棱、长棱的螺旋方向相反,这样在转子工作时,两侧端面处的胶料在棱的作用下,都从端面向中间推动,不存在存胶的现象,增大了胶料往复折返的空间,提高了炼胶的效果。
本发明密炼机啮合型转子与传统的转子棱螺旋布置方向的结构相比,去除了传统结构中胶料在短棱端面处存在死区而不能被搅拌的缺点,也增大了两根转子之间的啮合面积,提高了胶料的啮合作用,在传统结构中,三个棱的螺旋方向均为右旋,而在本发明结构中,短棱改为左旋,这样从根本上消除了胶料在短棱侧存在的死区,增强了胶料在炼胶过程中的左右来回推动、搅拌作用,平衡和减小了胶料对转子的轴向的阻扭矩和轴向力,从而改善了密炼机端面密封系统的工况;另外,在确保转子体积不变的前提下,本发明的短棱的长度可增长至与中棱一致,这样就增强了两根转子六个棱之间的啮合磨擦作用,从而增强了炼胶效果,使胶料品质得到进一步的提高。

1.一种密炼机啮合型转子,包括转子本体(4)和设置在转子本体(4)上的三条棱,所述三条棱分别为长棱(1)、中棱(2)和短棱(3),其特征在于:长棱(1)和中棱(2)的螺旋方向一致,短棱(3)的螺旋方向与长棱(1)和中棱(2)的螺旋方向相反,所述短棱(3)螺旋角大于长棱(1)和中棱(2)螺旋角,所述短棱(3)长度从转子本体(4)中间截面位置开始向右侧一直延续到端面,所述中棱(2)长度从转子本体(4)中间截面位置开始向左侧一直延续到端面,所述长棱(1)长度从转子本体(4)中间截面位置开始向两侧端面方向对称延续。
2. 如权利要求1所述一种密炼机啮合型转子,其特征在于:在转子本体(4)的中间截面上,长棱(1)与中棱(2)的截面相位差为180°。
