一种用于橡胶、塑料混炼加工密炼设备上的部件,特别是一种用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子。该加压式捏炼机是再生胶行业用于对废旧橡胶进行加热脱硫再生的专用设备。包括转子轴,在转子轴中部设有左端板和右端板,在左端板和右端板之间于转子轴上分两段设置且每段均有对称的两个螺旋棱体。其中,一段为右旋的长棱体,另一段为左旋的短棱体,且两段的长、短螺旋棱体沿转子轴圆周间隔90°交叉均布。具有本四棱同步转子的加压式捏炼机具有如下优点:转子工作吃料快,剪切挤压力大,胶料流动通道顺畅,胶料助剂混合充分,摩擦发热量大,胶料升温快,胶料受热均匀,能够充分满足废旧硫化胶脱硫的工艺要求,提高脱硫质量和生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种橡胶、塑料混炼加工用密炼设备上的部件,特别是一种用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子。该加压式捏炼机是再生胶行业用于废旧橡胶脱硫再生专用的节能、高效、环保型设备。
背景技术
废旧硫化橡胶是非常宝贵的再生资源,全球每年约有近千万吨。再生胶生产的关键工艺环节是加热脱硫,而废胶脱硫最主要的工艺条件是温度。各类废旧硫化橡胶,必须加热升温至180~240℃方能实现脱硫。目前再生胶行业普遍使用“动态脱硫罐”进行脱硫作业,以蒸汽、导热油或电加热方式为罐体提供热量,耗能大,温升慢,作业效率低,废水废气二次污染严重。为了解决上述问题,国外厂家已有使用捏炼机进行废胶脱硫。主要是利用捏炼机的转子旋转作功,对胶料进行剪切、挤压和摩擦产生热量,把机械能转化为热能,使胶料被加热升温达到脱硫再生的目的。但是,现有的捏炼机转子为本伯里式二棱转子结构。这种结构的转子主要是用于混炼胶的密炼加工,不适应废旧硫化橡胶脱硫的工艺要求。其主要缺点是转子吃料慢,胶料流动性差,摩擦发热量低,胶料升温速度慢,胶料受热不够均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为加压式捏炼机提供一种吃料快、胶料流动性好、摩擦发热量高、温升快、胶料受热均匀、节能、高效的四棱同步转子,以满足捏炼机对废旧硫化橡胶进行加热脱硫的工艺需求,克服现有转子技术的不足。
本实用新型的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,它包括转子轴1,其特征在于:在转子轴1中部设有左端板2和右端板5,在左端板2和右端板5之间于转子轴1上分两段设置且每段均有对称的两个螺旋棱体。其中,一段为右旋的长棱体4,另一段为左旋的短棱体3,且两段的长、短螺旋棱体沿转子轴圆周间隔90°交叉均布。
本实用新型的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,其中所述的两个左旋短棱体3与右旋长棱体4的轴向长度比为A∶B=1∶3~1∶5。
本实用新型的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,其中所述的长棱体4的右旋螺旋角为33°~37°,短棱体3的左旋螺旋角为30°~33°。
本实用新型的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,其中所述的转子轴1的一侧轴心线钻有中心孔7,于转子轴1焊接棱体的部位钻有径向孔11与转子轴中心孔相通,长棱体4和短棱体3的内侧设计为空腔9,由此使棱体的空腔9与转子轴的中心孔7之间相连通。
本实用新型的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,其中所述的转子轴中心孔7内配置有冷却或加热的水管6,水管6的内孔作为进水通道13;水管6的外壁与中心孔7的内壁之间作为出水通道12,由此使进水通道13与出水通道12之间,通过棱体空腔9和转子轴1上的径向孔11连通,形成冷却或加热的闭路循环的管路通道。
本实用新型的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,由于在转子轴1中部设有左端板2和右端板5,在左端板2和右端板5之间于转子轴1上分两段设置且每段均有对称的两个螺旋棱体。其中,一段为右旋的长棱体4,另一段为左旋的短棱体3,且两段的长、短螺旋棱体沿转子轴圆周间隔90°交叉均布。因此与现有转子技术相比具有如下优点:转子工作吃料快,剪切摩擦力大,发热量大升温快,胶料流动通道顺畅,混炼分散充分,胶料受热均匀,可充分满足废旧硫化胶脱硫的工艺要求,提高脱硫质量和效率。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示:1为转子轴,在转子轴1上焊接有相互平行且垂直于转子轴1轴心线的左端板2和右端板5。在左端板2和右端板5之间,分两段且每段均焊接有两个对称的螺旋棱体。其中,右段为右旋长棱体4,左段为左旋短棱体3。长、短两段的螺旋棱体沿转子轴1的圆周间隔90°交叉均布,构成四棱同步转子新结构。
位于左段的短棱体3与右段的长棱体4的轴向长度比为A∶B=1∶3~1∶5,取1∶4为最佳。
长棱体4的右旋螺旋角为33°~37°,短棱体3的左旋螺旋角为30°~33°。
转子轴1的轴心线一侧钻有中心孔7,长棱体4和短棱体3的内侧设计为空腔9,转子轴1上焊有棱体的部位钻有径向孔11,使棱体空腔9与中心孔7相连通。在转子轴中心孔7里装置有冷却或加热的水管6。水管6的内孔作为进水通道13,水管6的外壁与中心孔7的内壁之间作为出水通道12。在进水通道13与出水通道12之间,通过棱体空腔9和转子轴1上的径向通孔11相互连通,形成闭路强制循环的冷却或加热的管路通道。
在各棱体的边缘处焊接有硬质合金条8形成棱峰,用于增加其强度和刚度,更重要的是增加了其耐磨性能。
如图4、5、6所示:将一对四棱的转子轴穿过捏炼机的密炼室两个侧板的轴孔置于密炼室中,并将两根轴的伸出端安装于轴承套支架体上。两根转子轴的轴心线相互平行,且在轴向上反向地对称配置,两个转子棱体空间布置的相位角优选90°或225°。
具有一对四棱转子的捏炼机工作时,废旧硫化胶料在捏炼机密炼室里,分布于四棱转子与密炼室内壁及上顶栓所围成的空间中;在四棱转子同速相向旋转时,胶料在转子棱峰与密炼室内壁之间被剪切推动,并沿着设定的物料流道,有规律地反复地做轴向的径向的斜向的强制流动,使胶料与胶料、胶料与转子、密炼室内壁、上顶栓之间产生高挤压强磨擦而生热,把机械能转化为热能。使硫化胶料分子在热、氧、机械力及化学助剂的综合作用下进行降解反应,打开其S~S横向键而脱硫。
如图5所示:胶料在捏炼机密炼室内经过了几个区域。其中,有高压区16、低压区14、高剪切区18。沿转子的旋转方向,各棱体的前面呈现明显的曲面,在该曲面上有工作前面大曲率区域15和工作前面小曲率区域17,各棱体的后面可为平面。

1、一种用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,它包括转子轴(1),其特征在于:在转子轴(1)中部设有左端板(2)和右端板(5),在左端板(2)和右端板(5)之间于转子轴(1)上分两段设置且每段均有对称的两个螺旋棱体;其中,一段为右旋的长棱体(4),另一段为左旋的短棱体(3),且两段的长、短螺旋棱体沿转子轴圆周间隔90°交叉均布。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,其特征在于:所述的两个左旋短棱体(3)与右旋长棱体(4)的轴向长度比为A∶B=1∶3~1∶5。
3、根据权利要求2所述的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,其特征在于:所述的长棱体(4)的右旋螺旋角为33°~37°,短棱体(3)的左旋螺旋角为30°~33°。
4、根据权利要求3所述的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,其特征在于:所述的转子轴(1)的一侧轴心线钻有中心孔(7),于转子轴(1)焊接棱体的部位钻有径向孔(11)与转子轴中心孔相通,长棱体(4)和短棱体(3)的内侧设计为空腔(9),由此使棱体的空腔(9)与转子轴的中心孔(7)之间相连通。
5、根据权利要求4所述的用于加压式捏炼机的四棱同步转子,其特征在于:所述的转子轴中心孔(7)内配置有冷却或加热的水管(6),水管(6)的内孔作为进水通道(13);水管(6)的外壁与中心孔(7)的内壁之间作为出水通道(12),由此使进水通道(13)与出水通道(12)之间,通过棱体空腔(9)和转子轴(1)上的径向孔(11)连通,形成冷却或加热的闭路循环的管路通道。
