本发明公开了一种啮合型转子的冷却流道,所述冷却流道无流动死角,冷却流道由不封闭的C形环流道串联而成,C形环流道的环与环之间由小角度螺旋槽流道过渡,确保流道没有大的转折。本发明一种啮合型转子的冷却流道,减少了水流的冲击,也减小了冷却水的流动阻力,转子棱内腔被分割为若干腔室与C形环流道融合在一起,避免了原有转子内腔容积过大造成的棱内腔水流速度过慢,换热效率低的缺点,流速更快,换热更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种啮合型转子的冷却流道。
背景技术
转子是密炼机的核心部件,其结构设计的优劣直接影响密炼机的工作性能、工作效率及炼胶品质,因为转子始终在密闭的密炼室内,热量难于散发,转子冷却能力的好坏,是影响排胶温度、防止胶烧、提高炼胶质量的关键因素,而影响转子冷却效果最主要的因素就是转子内腔的设计,即冷却流道的设计,而转子的冷却流道的设计既要满足设计强度,又要保证一定的壁厚,传统啮合型转子的冷却流道是呈螺旋管状且直通到各棱的顶部,大大提高了冷却效果,如图1和图2所示,但是,冷却流道的水流冲击较大,冷却水的流动阻力较大,而且该种冷却流道由于转子棱顶内腔容积过大易造成棱内腔水流速度过慢,使换热效率降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水流冲击小,冷却水的流动阻力小,转子棱内腔水流速度快,换热效率高的啮合型转子的冷却流道。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种啮合型转子的冷却流道,所述冷却流道无流动死角,冷却流道由不封闭的C形环流道串联而成,C形环流道的环与环之间由小角度螺旋槽流道过渡,确保流道没有大的转折。
所述不封闭的C形环流道为十个。
所述C形环流道将转子棱内腔分割为若干个腔室,所述若干个腔室与C形环流道融合在一起。
本发明一种啮合型转子的冷却流道,减少了水流的冲击,也减小了冷却水的流动阻力,转子棱内腔被分割为若干腔室与C形环流道融合在一起,避免了原有转子内腔容积过大造成的棱内腔水流速度过慢,换热效率低的缺点,流速更快,换热更佳。

具体实施方式
如图3和图4所示,啮合型转子的冷却流道,该流道由铸造形成,无流动死角,由十个不封闭的C形环流道1串联而成,环与环之间由小角度螺旋槽流道过渡,确保流道没有大的转折,减少了水流的冲击,也减小了冷却水的流动阻力,转子棱内腔被分割为若干腔室与C形环流道1融合在一起,避免了原有转子内腔容积过大造成的棱内腔水流速度过慢,换热效率低的缺点,本发明这种结构棱内腔水流流速更快,换热更佳。

1.一种啮合型转子的冷却流道,其特征在于:所述冷却流道无流动死角,冷却流道由不封闭的C形环流道串联而成,C形环流道的环与环之间由小角度螺旋槽流道过渡,确保流道没有大的转折,所述C形环流道将转子棱内腔分割为若干个腔室,所述若干个腔室与C形环流道融合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种啮合型转子的冷却流道,其特征在于:所述不封闭的C形环流道为十个。
