本发明涉及一种可更换刀片式厨刀，包括：刀片和刀柄；所述刀柄前端为含有两根横向支杆的刀架，刀柄连接刀架为一体结构，其整体结构形状类似“F”，整个结构从中心剖为对称的左右两部分，并依靠所述刀架背部的连接板将左右两部分活络的连接在一起；所述刀架的支杆末端有相互配合的连接键和刀架孔，其中左边部分的支架上均为刀架孔，右边部分的支架上均为连接键；所述连接键穿过所述刀片上端的刀孔，再锁入刀架孔内，对刀片进行锁紧。通过上述方式，本发明一种可更换刀片式厨刀，其刀片与刀架依靠其自身结构紧密结合，更换更加方便；同时刀片轻便，减小了摩擦力；并且刀柄和刀架均采用塑料材料，中空结构，节省了材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及日常生活用品领域，特别是涉及一种可更换刀片式厨刀。
背景技术
    在日常生活中，厨具是非常重要的生活用品之一。厨刀作为主要的日常厨具，它有着无法替代的作用。传统厨刀的构造主要是刀片和刀柄，制造过程中用到了大量的金属。一旦，刀片损坏则会将整个厨刀弃掉更换，非常浪费。一些新式的厨刀利用跟换刀片的方式修正了传统厨刀的弊端，但是这些新式的厨刀多数利用卡槽卡住刀片，再实用一些紧固件卡紧刀片。更换过程相对繁琐，并且零件繁多，并不方便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可更换刀片式厨刀，其设计合理，结构简单。其刀柄和刀架均采用塑料材料，中空结构；刀片与刀架依靠其自身结构紧密结合，更换方便。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种可更换刀片式厨刀，其包括：刀片和刀柄；所述刀柄前端为含有两根横向支杆的刀架，刀柄连接刀架为一体结构，其整体结构形状类似“F”，整个结构从中心剖为对称的左右两部分，并依靠所述刀架背部的连接板将左右两部分活络的连接在一起；所述刀架的支杆末端有相互配合的连接键和刀架孔，其中左边部分的支架上均为刀架孔，右边部分的支架上均为连接键；所述连接键穿过所述刀片上端的刀孔，再锁入刀架孔内，对刀片进行锁紧。
优选的是，所述刀柄和刀架为塑料材料制成。
优选的是，所述刀柄和刀架均为中空结构。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种可更换刀片式厨刀，设计合理，结构简单，其刀片与刀架依靠其自身结构紧密结合，使得更换方便；同时刀片轻便，减小了摩擦力，实用更省力；并且刀柄和刀架均采用塑料材料，中空结构，节省了材料，降低了企业成本。

一种可更换刀片式厨刀，其包括：刀片1和刀柄2；所述刀柄2前端为含有两根横向支杆31的刀架3，刀柄2连接刀架3为一体结构，其整体结构形状类似“F”，整个结构从中心剖为对称的左右两部分，并依靠所述刀架3背部的连接板32将左右两部分活络的连接在一起；所述刀架3的支杆31末端有相互配合的连接键33和刀架孔34，其中左边部分的支架3上均为刀架孔34，右边部分的支架3上均为连接键33；所述连接键33穿过所述刀片1上端的刀孔11，再锁入刀架孔34内，对刀片1进行锁紧。所述刀柄2和刀架3为塑料材料制成，并且刀柄2和刀架3均为中空结构。使用时，将刀架3和刀柄2从中间分开，分为左右两部分，将刀片1的刀孔11套在刀架3右半部分的连接键33上，把刀架3的左半部分合上，使连接键33锁入刀架孔34，实现对刀片1的锁紧。由于刀片1和刀架3组合后类似于锯弓的形式，可以减少切菜阻力，使切菜更加便捷，并且菜不黏刀。
本发明一种可更换刀片式厨刀，设计合理，结构简单，其刀片与刀架依靠其自身结构紧密结合，使得更换方便；同时刀片轻便，减小了摩擦力，实用更省力；并且刀柄和刀架均采用塑料材料，中空结构，节省了材料，降低了企业成本。
