Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有颗粒润滑的滚动轴承。包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、保持架和滚动体。磁性微小润滑颗粒吸附在滚动体、保持架和内外滚道表面,磁性微小润滑颗粒外的滚动轴承两侧分别设有密封圈,滚动体、保持架和内外滚道间通过磁性微小润滑颗粒相接触。轴承运转后,吸附在接触区的磁性微小润滑颗粒可以实现原位润滑,有利于减少滚道与滚动体之间的摩擦力和接触磨损,提高了轴承润滑性能;润滑颗粒为固体,不易发生泄漏,有利于密封,轴承的润滑工作性能可以保持长期稳定,有利于简化轴承的维护工序,降低轴承的维护成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚动轴承,尤其涉及一种具有颗粒润滑的滚动轴承。
背景技术
滚动轴承通过滚动体将运转的轴和轴座之间的滑动摩擦转换成滚动摩擦,有效降低了摩擦,提高了轴的运转效率和使用寿命。滚动体是滚动轴承中的核心元件,由于它的存在,相对运动表面间才有滚动摩擦。对轴承进行润滑可以提高轴承的使用寿命,但是,由于滚动体自身的运动,轴承内的润滑剂通常并不是均匀分布的;另外,由于滚动体与轴承内外滚道的滚动接触,在挤压作用下润滑剂难以对接触区保持长期有效润滑。一般的油润滑和脂润滑存在泄漏的问题。
一个重物放在球形颗粒堆上,球形颗粒之间的相互滚动,摩擦阻力很小,在重物的重力作用下,重物会很快的落到球形颗粒堆的底部。
基于上述背景,在不影响轴承承载能力的前提下,如果轴承内的润滑物质能够均匀、稳定的吸附在轴承的接触区就可以有效提高润滑性能,从而提高轴承的使用寿命。润滑物质若能够被稳定密封在轴承内,可以减少甚至解决泄漏问题的发生,从而提高润滑剂的使用寿命,简化轴承的维护工序,降低轴承的维护成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有颗粒润滑的滚动轴承,磁性微小润滑颗粒能够稳定吸附在滚动体和内外滚道的表面,对接触区进行润滑,且不易发生泄漏,提高了轴承的润滑工作性能。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
本发明包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈、保持架和滚动体。磁性微小润滑颗粒吸附在滚动体、保持架和内外滚道表面,磁性微小润滑颗粒外的滚动轴承两侧分别设有密封圈,滚动体、保持架和内外滚道间通过磁性微小润滑颗粒相接触。

本发明具有的有益效果是:
1)磁性微小润滑颗粒稳定吸附在滚动体、保持架和内外滚道表面,轴承运转过程中,吸附在接触区的磁性微小润滑颗粒实现原位润滑,减少了接触磨损,有利于提高轴承的使用寿命。
2)依靠磁性微小润滑颗粒间的滚动,减小了滚动体与轴承内圈滚道、外圈滚道间的滑动。
3)磁性微小润滑颗粒密封后不易发生泄漏,轴承的润滑工作性能可以保持长期稳定,有利于简化轴承的维护工序,降低轴承的维护成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施案例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈6、保持架4和滚动体2(实施案例中为深沟球轴承)。具有磁性微小润滑颗粒3吸附在滚动体2、保持架4和内外滚道表面,磁性微小润滑颗粒3外的滚动球轴承两侧分别设有密封圈5,滚动体2、保持架4和内外滚道间通过磁性微小润滑颗粒3相接触。

。依靠磁性微小润滑颗粒3间的滚动,减小了滚动体2与轴承内圈6、轴承外圈1间的滑动。磁性微小球形颗粒3由轴承两侧的密封圈5将其密封于轴承腔内。
